【摘要】：本文在大學(xué)信息公開(kāi)與民眾公平訴求相關(guān)基本理論的鋪墊下，分析了大學(xué)信息公開(kāi)與民眾公平訴求間的相互關(guān)系、挖掘出了大學(xué)信息公開(kāi)與民眾公平訴求之間存有的核心矛盾，，然后根據(jù)這些因素構(gòu)建了相關(guān)的“大學(xué)信息公開(kāi)與民眾公平訴求間的矛盾調(diào)和機(jī)制架構(gòu)”、“大學(xué)信息公開(kāi)與民眾公平訴求間的矛盾調(diào)和組織建設(shè)”、“大學(xué)信息公開(kāi)與公民公平訴求間的矛盾調(diào)和渠道”以及“大學(xué)信息公開(kāi)與民眾公平訴求間的矛盾調(diào)和方法”。研究旨在通過(guò)機(jī)制的建設(shè)，切實(shí)地發(fā)現(xiàn)及調(diào)和大學(xué)信息公開(kāi)中那些違背民眾公平訴求的矛盾因素，以期通過(guò)機(jī)制的構(gòu)建推進(jìn)大學(xué)信息公開(kāi)的制度化和民主化進(jìn)程，切實(shí)服務(wù)于大學(xué)的民主管理與監(jiān)督。
[Abstract]:Under the foundation of the basic theories of the university information openness and the public fair appeal, this paper analyzes the relationship between the university information openness and the public fair demand, and excavates the core contradiction between the university information openness and the public fair demand. Then, according to these factors, the paper constructs the relevant "contradiction and reconciliation mechanism between university information openness and the appeal of public justice", "the contradiction and the organization construction between university information openness and the appeal of public fairness". "the contradiction between university information openness and citizen's fair demand" and "the contradiction and harmony method between university information openness and public's fair demand". The purpose of this study is to find out and reconcile the contradictory factors in university information disclosure that are contrary to the demands of public equity through the construction of mechanism, in order to promote the process of institutionalization and democratization of university information disclosure through the construction of mechanism. To serve the democratic management and supervision of universities.
