廣東某民辦高校就業(yè)現(xiàn)狀分析及對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:民辦高等教育的成長(zhǎng)和發(fā)展改變了我國(guó)高等教育投資長(zhǎng)期由國(guó)家財(cái)政獨(dú)家承擔(dān)的局面,拓寬了高等教育資金來(lái)源的渠道,減輕了國(guó)家財(cái)政負(fù)擔(dān),同時(shí)也緩解了高等教育供求關(guān)系嚴(yán)重失衡的矛盾,為實(shí)現(xiàn)中國(guó)的高等教育從“精英教育”轉(zhuǎn)入“大眾化教育”起到重要的推動(dòng)作用。但是大眾化教育必然帶來(lái)大眾化就業(yè)。高校畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)已經(jīng)打破了傳統(tǒng)的由國(guó)家包分配的觀念和機(jī)制,而建立起了一種由“市場(chǎng)導(dǎo)向,政府調(diào)控、學(xué)校推薦,學(xué)生和用人單位雙向選擇的就業(yè)機(jī)制”。在這樣的背景下大學(xué)生的就業(yè)就逐漸成了一個(gè)凸顯的社會(huì)問(wèn)題。與公立高校相比,民辦高校在辦學(xué)條件、師資隊(duì)伍、辦學(xué)信譽(yù)、教育質(zhì)量、和社會(huì)認(rèn)可度等各方面都是先天不足,可以說(shuō)是在夾縫中生存,那么要改變這種狀態(tài)靠什么?加強(qiáng)學(xué)校的就業(yè)管理,提高畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,提高就業(yè)質(zhì)量才是民辦高校的唯一出路。它是一所民辦高校發(fā)展的生命線。 本文主要是通過(guò)對(duì)在廣東省內(nèi)民列前茅的某民辦高校的近三年的本科畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)跟蹤調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)為依據(jù)分析該校目前的就業(yè)現(xiàn)狀、就業(yè)影響因素然后據(jù)此提出相應(yīng)的管理對(duì)策,以便為該校的下一階段跨越式發(fā)展提供策略參考。文章共分三部分:第一部分主要是通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)研究法對(duì)民辦普通高校就業(yè)現(xiàn)狀及就業(yè)影響因素進(jìn)行分析研究。第二部分主要是通過(guò)問(wèn)卷和訪談等方式收集、整理、分析數(shù)據(jù),然后對(duì)廣東某民辦高校的就業(yè)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析。首先是從該校的一個(gè)總體情況進(jìn)行介紹,其次是通過(guò)該校近幾年的畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)情況進(jìn)行現(xiàn)狀分析。第三部分主要是依據(jù)已有的關(guān)于民辦高校就業(yè)影響因素的研究成果結(jié)合該校具體的就業(yè)情況從社會(huì)、家庭、學(xué)校和個(gè)人四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,研究這些因素對(duì)該校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)影響的具體特點(diǎn)。第四部分主要是根據(jù)前面分析出的該校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)影響因素呈現(xiàn)出的具體特點(diǎn),依舊從社會(huì)、家庭、學(xué)校和個(gè)人四個(gè)大的方面進(jìn)行深入的具體的切合該校實(shí)際情況,提出改進(jìn)該校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)質(zhì)量及其競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:The growth and development of private higher education has changed the situation that the investment in higher education in our country has been borne exclusively by the state finance for a long time, broadened the channels of funding sources for higher education, and lightened the financial burden of the state. At the same time, it also alleviates the contradiction of the serious imbalance between the supply and demand of higher education, and plays an important role in promoting China's higher education from "elite education" to "popular education". But mass education is bound to bring mass employment. The employment of college graduates has broken the traditional concept and mechanism of distribution by the state, and has established a kind of employment mechanism which is guided by the market, regulated by the government, recommended by the school, and chosen by the students and the employing units. In this context, the employment of college students has gradually become a prominent social problem. Compared with public colleges and universities, private colleges and universities in the conditions of running schools, teachers, school reputation, educational quality, and social recognition and other aspects are innate deficiencies, can be said to exist in the gap, so to change the state of what depends on? It is the only way out for private colleges to strengthen the management of employment, improve the employment competitiveness of graduates and improve the quality of employment. It is the lifeline of the development of a private university. This paper mainly analyzes the present employment situation of a private university based on the employment tracking survey data of a private university in Guangdong Province. The influencing factors of employment then put forward corresponding management countermeasures in order to provide a strategic reference for the next stage of leapfrogging development of the school. The article is divided into three parts: the first part is to analyze the employment status and employment influencing factors of private colleges and universities through literature research. The second part mainly collects, collates and analyzes the data by questionnaire and interview, and then analyzes the employment situation of a private university in Guangdong. The first is to introduce the general situation of the school, and the second is to analyze the employment situation of the graduates in recent years. The third part is mainly based on the existing research on the factors affecting the employment of private colleges and universities combined with the specific employment situation of the school from the social, family, school and personal four aspects of comparative analysis. This paper studies the specific characteristics of the influence of these factors on the graduates' employment. The fourth part is mainly based on the specific characteristics of the factors affecting the employment of the graduates of this school, which are still carried out from the social, family, school and personal four major aspects of the specific and practical situation of the school. The countermeasures to improve the employment quality and competitiveness of the graduates are put forward.
