【摘要】：隨著我國高等教育事業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,理工科院校女大學(xué)生人數(shù)不斷增多,女大學(xué)生思想政治教育問題日益凸顯出來。強(qiáng)化理工科院校的教育職能,改善校園文化和教育模式,全面提高理工科院校女大學(xué)生素質(zhì),使其將來能夠更好地走向社會、立足社會,真正成為合格的社會主義事業(yè)的建設(shè)者和接班人,是理工科院校思想政治教育工作者面臨的一個重要課題。 本文從理工科院校思想政治教育工作出發(fā),分析了理工科院校女大學(xué)生思想政治教育面臨的現(xiàn)狀和特點(diǎn),闡釋了其產(chǎn)生的原因,重點(diǎn)就女大學(xué)生成才障礙分析、思想政治教育存在的問題等兩個方面進(jìn)行全面剖析,從轉(zhuǎn)變思想教育觀念、擴(kuò)展教育內(nèi)容和創(chuàng)新教育方法等方面對理工科院校女大學(xué)生思想政治教育內(nèi)容和方法問題進(jìn)行研究,并從構(gòu)建理工科院校女大學(xué)生思想政治教育長效機(jī)制的角度,提出了加強(qiáng)和改進(jìn)理工科院校女大學(xué)生思想政治教育的對策建議。 本文以西安石油大學(xué)和西安電子科技大學(xué)調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù)為例,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究、個案研究、調(diào)查訪談等社會學(xué)、教育學(xué)、心理學(xué)的研究方法,通過對比分析和深入研究,為進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng)理工科院校女大學(xué)生思想政治教育針對性和實(shí)效性,尋求改善理工科院校女大學(xué)生思想政治教育狀況的方法提供了一定的理論意義和實(shí)踐價值,旨在引起社會對理工科院校女大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作的關(guān)注,促進(jìn)理工科院校思想政治教育體系的不斷完善,為教育目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)打下堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of higher education in China, the number of female college students in science and engineering colleges and universities is increasing, and the ideological and political education of female students has become increasingly prominent. Strengthening the educational functions of science and engineering colleges and universities, improving the campus culture and education model, and improving the quality of female students in the science and engineering colleges and universities in the future, so that they can be better in the future. Society, based on society, and truly become the builder and successor of qualified socialist cause, is an important subject facing ideological and political education workers in science and engineering colleges.
Starting from the ideological and political education work in science and engineering colleges, this paper analyzes the present situation and characteristics of the ideological and political education of female college students in science and engineering colleges and universities, and explains the reasons for it, focusing on two aspects of the analysis of the obstacles to the adult students and the problems of Ideological and political education, and the change of the idea of ideological education. The contents and methods of the ideological and political education of female college students in science and engineering colleges and universities are studied in the aspects of expanding educational content and innovative education methods. From the angle of constructing the long-term mechanism of Ideological and political education for female college students in science and engineering colleges, the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to strengthen and improve the ideological and political education of female college students in science and engineering colleges.
This paper, taking the survey data of Xi'an Petroleum University and Xi'an Electronic and Science University as an example, uses literature research, case study, interview and other sociological, pedagogy, and psychology research methods, through comparative analysis and in-depth study, in order to further enhance the ideological and political education of female college students in science and engineering, and to seek improvement. The ideological and political education of female college students in engineering colleges and universities provides a certain theoretical and practical value, which aims to arouse the attention of the society to the ideological and political education of female college students in science and engineering colleges and universities, to promote the continuous improvement of the ideological and political education system in science and engineering colleges and universities, and to lay a solid foundation for the realization of the educational goal.
