【摘要】:當(dāng)今社會,在各學(xué)科都發(fā)展較為完備的基礎(chǔ)上,交叉學(xué)科便成為了知識生產(chǎn)的主力軍。交叉學(xué)科的出現(xiàn),使得不同的學(xué)科得以跨過彼此的分界相互協(xié)作,從而得以恰當(dāng)?shù)陌盐罩R不斷增長的復(fù)雜性來解決單一學(xué)科無法解決的復(fù)雜問題。而高等院校為知識產(chǎn)生與發(fā)展的集合地,其自身發(fā)展的好壞直接關(guān)系到整個國家競爭力的大小,從而大力提高高等院校的競爭力將是提高整個國家綜合實力的重要途徑。因此,研究如何可以讓我國研究型大學(xué)更為高效更為全面的開展交叉學(xué)科研究是非常具有現(xiàn)實意義的。 本課題研究首先通過對國內(nèi)外交叉學(xué)科、交叉學(xué)科科研組織、科研組織組織架構(gòu)、管理及運(yùn)行機(jī)制相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料的搜集和整理,掌握國內(nèi)外交叉學(xué)科及交叉學(xué)科科研組織的發(fā)展歷史及高校科研組織架構(gòu),管理及運(yùn)行的理論基礎(chǔ)和歷史資料,根據(jù)已經(jīng)獲得的文獻(xiàn)通過國內(nèi)外交叉學(xué)科科研組織運(yùn)行經(jīng)驗以及現(xiàn)狀的對比來分析高校科研管理中存在的一些普遍性問題。并在此基礎(chǔ)上對哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)校內(nèi)交叉學(xué)科學(xué)科科研組織進(jìn)行實地調(diào)研,對其科研管理工作者進(jìn)行訪談,并據(jù)此總結(jié)出哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)校內(nèi)交叉學(xué)科科研組織管理運(yùn)行機(jī)制中的一些成功經(jīng)驗以及不足。并運(yùn)用層次分析法以及模糊綜合評價的方法對其影響管理的各指標(biāo)進(jìn)行量化研究。最后提出對于改進(jìn)我國研究型大學(xué)交叉學(xué)科科研組織管理的一些思考,包括嘗試建立健全學(xué)部制,依托大項目發(fā)展交叉學(xué)科,加強(qiáng)學(xué)科帶頭人遴選,培養(yǎng)領(lǐng)軍式人才,加強(qiáng)組織建設(shè),以人為本創(chuàng)造核心競爭力,,優(yōu)化組織管理,組織運(yùn)行科學(xué)高效,加大政策扶持力度,保證資源供給等方面。
[Abstract]:In today's society, on the basis of the complete development of various disciplines, cross-discipline has become the main force of knowledge production. With the emergence of cross-discipline, different disciplines can cross the boundaries and cooperate with each other, so that they can properly grasp the growing complexity of knowledge to solve the complex problems that can not be solved by a single discipline. For the gathering place of knowledge generation and development, the development of colleges and universities is directly related to the competitiveness of the whole country. Therefore, to improve the competitiveness of colleges and universities will be an important way to improve the comprehensive strength of the whole country. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study how to make the research universities in our country more efficient and comprehensive in carrying out the interdisciplinary research. Scientific research organization structure, management and operation mechanism, collection and collation of relevant documents and materials, master the development history of cross-disciplinary and cross-disciplinary scientific research organizations at home and abroad and the scientific research organization structure of colleges and universities, Based on the theoretical basis and historical data of management and operation, this paper analyzes some universal problems in the management of scientific research in colleges and universities through the comparison of the operational experience and current situation of interdisciplinary scientific research organizations at home and abroad. On the basis of this, the field investigation was carried out on the inter-disciplinary scientific research organization of Harbin University of Technology, and the scientific research management workers were interviewed. Based on this, some successful experiences and shortcomings in the management mechanism of interdisciplinary scientific research organization in Harbin University of Technology are summarized. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are used to quantify the indexes that affect the management. Finally, some thoughts on how to improve the organization and management of cross-disciplinary scientific research in research universities in China are put forward, including trying to establish and perfect the system of academic departments, developing interdisciplinary disciplines on the basis of large projects, strengthening the selection of subject leaders, and training leading talents. We should strengthen the organization construction, create the core competence with people first, optimize the organization management, organize the operation scientifically and efficiently, strengthen the policy support, and guarantee the supply of resources, etc.
