【摘要】：《國(guó)家中長(zhǎng)期教育改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要(2010-2020年)》中明確提出:必須加強(qiáng)就業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)教育和就業(yè)指導(dǎo)服務(wù),要強(qiáng)化創(chuàng)業(yè)教育,促進(jìn)以創(chuàng)業(yè)帶動(dòng)就業(yè),創(chuàng)立高校與科研院所、行業(yè)、企業(yè)聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)人才的新機(jī)制。綜觀當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展形勢(shì)和高等教育改革的發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì),推進(jìn)創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育是高校人才培養(yǎng)改革的創(chuàng)新舉措。在大學(xué)階段開展創(chuàng)業(yè)教育是高等教育面向現(xiàn)代化、面向世界、面向未來的必然選擇和發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育不僅是一種創(chuàng)業(yè)技能教育,也是一種素質(zhì)教育,一種生存教育和發(fā)展教育,這就決定在大學(xué)生的創(chuàng)業(yè)教育中,需要思想政治教育發(fā)揮著不可替代的重要作用。在大學(xué)生的創(chuàng)業(yè)教育中,高校要結(jié)合理論教學(xué)與實(shí)踐活動(dòng)的方式,引導(dǎo)大學(xué)生在良好價(jià)值取向的基礎(chǔ)之上樹立正確的創(chuàng)業(yè)觀;培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生堅(jiān)定的理想信念,樹立高尚的創(chuàng)業(yè)品格;磨礪大學(xué)生艱苦奮斗的創(chuàng)業(yè)精神與堅(jiān)韌不拔的創(chuàng)業(yè)意志;完善大學(xué)生的創(chuàng)業(yè)知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu),全面提升大學(xué)生的創(chuàng)業(yè)綜合素質(zhì)與創(chuàng)業(yè)能力;為大學(xué)生順利創(chuàng)業(yè)營(yíng)造良好的環(huán)境支持;最終塑造出大學(xué)生健全的創(chuàng)業(yè)人格、獨(dú)特的創(chuàng)業(yè)個(gè)性,能夠更好的適應(yīng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)激烈的市場(chǎng)環(huán)境,更好的將適合自身情況的創(chuàng)業(yè)規(guī)劃付諸于行動(dòng),促進(jìn)創(chuàng)業(yè)的順利進(jìn)行。而當(dāng)前,我國(guó)對(duì)于創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的研究尚且有限,對(duì)于大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育中的思想政治教育研究更是未成體系。本文以大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育為出發(fā)點(diǎn),從以下幾個(gè)方面對(duì)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育中的思想政治教育進(jìn)行研究:第一部分,研究當(dāng)前我國(guó)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的發(fā)展、內(nèi)涵及意義。第二部分,研究大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育與思想政治教育的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系。第三部分,對(duì)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查,并對(duì)調(diào)查結(jié)果進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。第四部分,結(jié)合調(diào)查分析和前文的理論研究,提出大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育中思想政治教育存在的主要問題并對(duì)問題產(chǎn)生的原因進(jìn)行分析。第五部分,根據(jù)前面的研究,有針對(duì)性的就如何開展大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育中的思想政治教育進(jìn)行研究并提出相關(guān)對(duì)策。通過以上研究,以期思想政治教育能夠充分發(fā)揮自身的功能和優(yōu)勢(shì),為大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)教育服務(wù)。
[Abstract]:The outline of the National medium- and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan 2010-2020 clearly states that it is necessary to strengthen employment education and employment guidance services, to strengthen entrepreneurship education, to promote employment through entrepreneurship, and to create institutions of higher learning, scientific research institutes, and industries. A new mechanism for the joint training of talents by enterprises. In view of the current situation of economic and social development and the development trend of higher education reform, it is an innovative measure to promote innovative entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities. It is an inevitable choice and development trend for higher education to face the modernization, the world and the future to carry out entrepreneurship education in the university stage. Entrepreneurship education for college students is not only a kind of entrepreneurship education, but also a quality education, a kind of survival education and development education, which determines that ideological and political education plays an irreplaceable important role in the entrepreneurship education of college students. In college students' entrepreneurship education, colleges and universities should combine theoretical teaching with practical activities to guide college students to set up a correct view of entrepreneurship on the basis of good value orientation, to cultivate students' firm ideals and beliefs, To set up noble entrepreneurial character, to sharpen the enterprising spirit and perseverance of college students, to perfect the knowledge structure of college students' entrepreneurship, and to improve the comprehensive quality and ability of college students' entrepreneurship. To create a good environment for college students to start a business, and finally to shape a sound entrepreneurial personality of college students, unique entrepreneurial personality, can better adapt to the fierce competition in the market environment, Better to suit their own circumstances of entrepreneurial planning into action to promote the smooth progress of entrepreneurship. At present, the research on entrepreneurship education in our country is still limited, and the research on ideological and political education in entrepreneurship education of college students is even less systematic. This paper studies the ideological and political education in the entrepreneurship education of college students from the following aspects: the first part is to study the development, connotation and significance of the entrepreneurship education of college students in China. In the second part, the author studies the inner relationship between entrepreneurship education and ideological and political education of college students. In the third part, the current situation of entrepreneurship education for college students is investigated, and the results are statistically analyzed. The fourth part, combining the investigation and analysis and the previous theoretical research, puts forward the main problems of ideological and political education in college students' entrepreneurship education and analyzes the causes of the problems. The fifth part, according to the previous research, focused on how to carry out ideological and political education in entrepreneurship education of college students and put forward relevant countermeasures. Through the above research, we hope that ideological and political education can give full play to its own functions and advantages, and serve the entrepreneurship education of college students.
