【摘要】：高校后勤主要職責是為教學(xué)、科研以及師生生活等提供重要的保障,它是高校的穩(wěn)定和改革發(fā)展不可或缺的部門。搞好服務(wù)是高校后勤工作的基本職責和核心任務(wù),也是高校后勤工作生存和發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)。隨著社會的進步和經(jīng)濟發(fā)展,教育部提出了高校后勤要“為教學(xué)服務(wù),為科研服務(wù),為師生員工服務(wù)的后勤工作宗旨,明確了后勤工作具有服務(wù)和育人的兩重性。 對于提高高校后勤服務(wù)育人,本文主要從以下三個方面進行研究:一是高校后勤工作在服務(wù)育人現(xiàn)狀;二是目前高校后勤工作在育人中存在的問題;三是提高高校后勤服務(wù)育人的對策和建議。認為,要加強后勤自身的宣傳及與學(xué)生的溝通,提高服務(wù)育人質(zhì)量;要加強隊伍建設(shè),強化“服務(wù)育人”意識;要正確處理服務(wù)與育人的關(guān)系,堅持服務(wù)與育人的統(tǒng)一;正確處理目標與細節(jié)的關(guān)系,堅持明確的工作目標與精細化管理的統(tǒng)一;要正確處理市場與公益的關(guān)系,堅持市場性與公益性的統(tǒng)一;加強后勤內(nèi)部管理,使學(xué)生在優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)中受到感染和教育。
[Abstract]:The main duty of university logistics is to provide important guarantee for teaching, scientific research and the life of teachers and students. It is an indispensable department for the stability, reform and development of colleges and universities. It is not only the basic duty and core task of university logistics work, but also the foundation of its existence and development. With the development of society and economy, the Ministry of Education has put forward the aim of "serving for teaching, scientific research and staff, and making clear the duality of service and education." In order to improve the service of university logistics education, this paper mainly studies from the following three aspects: first, the current situation of university logistics work in service education, second, the existing problems of university logistics work in educating people; The third is to improve the university rear-service educating the countermeasure and the suggestion. The author thinks that it is necessary to strengthen the propaganda of logistics itself and the communication with students to improve the quality of service education, to strengthen the team building, to strengthen the consciousness of "serving and educating people", to correctly handle the relationship between service and education, and to insist on the unity of service and education. We should correctly handle the relationship between objectives and details, adhere to the unity of clear working objectives and fine management, correctly handle the relationship between the market and public welfare, adhere to the unity of marketability and public welfare, and strengthen the internal management of logistics. Infects and educates students in quality services.
