高校助困育人的現(xiàn)存問(wèn)題及對(duì)策

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)高等教育體制改革的不斷深入,高校擴(kuò)招和學(xué)費(fèi)制度改革以來(lái),高校貧困生問(wèn)題日益突出,其產(chǎn)生的矛盾和社會(huì)問(wèn)題已成為高等教育事業(yè)發(fā)展中的焦點(diǎn)和社會(huì)關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。在我國(guó)政府針對(duì)這些矛盾和問(wèn)題不斷制定和完善相應(yīng)的資助政策的前提下,如何更好地利用這些政策,使資助的配置達(dá)到最優(yōu)化,讓學(xué)生在物質(zhì)上得到幫助的同時(shí),在精神上獲得關(guān)愛(ài),更加堅(jiān)定愛(ài)國(guó)信念,樹(shù)立遠(yuǎn)大理想,努力進(jìn)取,健康成才,從而真正切實(shí)達(dá)到助困育人的目的,這是一個(gè)十分緊迫的問(wèn)題。 強(qiáng)化我國(guó)高校貧困生資助中的育人功能,對(duì)于培養(yǎng)社會(huì)主義合格建設(shè)者,促進(jìn)教育公平和社會(huì)公正,構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)具有重要意義。既解決貧困生“物質(zhì)脫貧”,又解決“心理脫貧”問(wèn)題,是一個(gè)系統(tǒng)工程,需要多角度、全方位共同努力和推進(jìn)。只有將高校貧困生資助工作與育人工作緊密聯(lián)系在一起,形成高校資助工作新機(jī)制和模式,才能最大程度發(fā)揮資助工作的育人功能。具有重大的理論價(jià)值和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文系統(tǒng)地闡述了資助政策的發(fā)展過(guò)程,詳細(xì)描述了我國(guó)高,F(xiàn)行的資助政策及其效果,通過(guò)對(duì)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查、和訪談的方式,對(duì)受助貧困生的基本情況進(jìn)行了調(diào)查,指出了我國(guó)高校貧困生資助育人工作的必要性及所面臨問(wèn)題,對(duì)貧困生的思想現(xiàn)狀及問(wèn)題的產(chǎn)生進(jìn)行了深入剖析,闡述了高校貧困生資助育人的理論依據(jù),并結(jié)合當(dāng)前高校資助工作的開(kāi)展現(xiàn)狀,進(jìn)行了分析和建議,以期發(fā)揮資助工作的育人功能并取得更大成效,最后提出了加強(qiáng)高校貧困生資助中的育人功能的主要舉措。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the reform of higher education system in our country, the problem of poor students in colleges and universities has become increasingly prominent since the expansion of enrollment and the reform of tuition system. Its contradictions and social problems have become the focus of the development of higher education and the hot issues of social concern. On the premise of our government continuously formulating and perfecting the corresponding subsidy policies in the light of these contradictions and problems, how to make better use of these policies to optimize the allocation of financial aid, so that students can get material help at the same time, It is a very urgent problem to get care and care in spirit, to strengthen patriotic belief, to set up lofty ideals, to make great efforts to make progress, and to be healthy and talented, so as to really achieve the goal of helping to educate people. It is of great significance to strengthen the educational function of poor college students in our country to train qualified constructors of socialism, to promote educational fairness and social justice, and to build a harmonious socialist society. It is a systematic project to solve the problem of "material poverty relief" and "psychological poverty eradication" for poor students, which requires joint efforts and promotion from many angles and all directions. Only by closely linking the work of aiding and educating poor students in colleges and universities and forming a new mechanism and model of subsidization work in colleges and universities can the educational function of subsidization work be brought into play to the greatest extent. It has great theoretical value and practical significance. This paper systematically expounds the development process of the subsidy policy, describes in detail the current funding policy and its effect in colleges and universities in China, and investigates the basic situation of the impoverished students receiving assistance by means of questionnaires and interviews. This paper points out the necessity and problems of the education of poor students in colleges and universities in our country, analyzes the present situation and problems of the poor students, and expounds the theoretical basis of the financial aid for the poor students in colleges and universities. Combined with the current situation of university financial aid, this paper makes analysis and suggestions in order to give full play to the educational function of financial aid and achieve greater results. Finally, it puts forward the main measures to strengthen the educational function of poor students in colleges and universities.
