現(xiàn)代大學(xué)制度視域下教授治學(xué)的問(wèn)題與對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:教授治學(xué)是我國(guó)高等教育界普遍關(guān)注的問(wèn)題,也是現(xiàn)代大學(xué)制度的核心內(nèi)容和現(xiàn)代大學(xué)制度建設(shè)的關(guān)鍵因素。本文通過(guò)對(duì)當(dāng)前高校教授治學(xué)存在的問(wèn)題及原因進(jìn)行分析,論證教授治學(xué)在現(xiàn)代大學(xué)制度建設(shè)中的地位和作用,從而提出完善教授治學(xué)的措施,推進(jìn)現(xiàn)代大學(xué)制度建設(shè)。 本文運(yùn)用歷史研究法、文獻(xiàn)研究法和案例分析法對(duì)教授治學(xué)作系統(tǒng)研究,并從以下三個(gè)部分進(jìn)行論述。第一部分是對(duì)現(xiàn)代大學(xué)制度的演變歷史進(jìn)行分析,突出建設(shè)現(xiàn)代大學(xué)制度的核心內(nèi)容離不開大學(xué)自治、學(xué)術(shù)自由和教授治學(xué),明確教授在現(xiàn)代大學(xué)制度建設(shè)中的重要地位。并結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外教授治學(xué)的經(jīng)驗(yàn),,對(duì)教授治學(xué)的內(nèi)涵,教授治學(xué)的主要組織機(jī)構(gòu)及其合理性進(jìn)行探討。第二部分針對(duì)當(dāng)前我國(guó)高校教授治學(xué)存在教授自身治學(xué)能力不足、教授治學(xué)的實(shí)施力量薄弱、行政權(quán)力處于主導(dǎo)地位等主要問(wèn)題,從對(duì)教授治學(xué)的認(rèn)識(shí)誤區(qū)、高校管理體制不合理、官本位思想的影響、民主管理氛圍的缺失及教授自身的影響五個(gè)方面分析產(chǎn)生問(wèn)題的原因。第三部分探討完善我國(guó)高校教授治學(xué)的對(duì)策。通過(guò)提高人們對(duì)教授治學(xué)的認(rèn)識(shí),加強(qiáng)教授隊(duì)伍的建設(shè),創(chuàng)新學(xué)術(shù)管理的機(jī)制,健全教授治學(xué)組織機(jī)構(gòu)及完善教授治學(xué)法規(guī)來(lái)保障教授治學(xué)實(shí)施,推動(dòng)我國(guó)現(xiàn)代大學(xué)制度的改革和發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Academic research by professors is a common concern in the field of higher education in China. It is also the core content of the modern university system and the key factor in the construction of the modern university system. Based on the analysis of the problems and reasons existing in the academic research of university professors at present, this paper demonstrates the position and role of the professors in the construction of the modern university system, and puts forward some measures to improve the academic research of the professors and to promote the construction of the modern university system. This paper uses the historical research method, the literature research method and the case analysis method to make the systematic research to the professor scholarship, and carries on the discussion from the following three parts. The first part is to analyze the evolution history of modern university system, highlight the core content of the construction of modern university system can not be separated from university autonomy, academic freedom and academic research, and make clear the important position of professors in the construction of modern university system. Combined with the experience of professors at home and abroad, this paper discusses the connotation, organization and rationality of the academic research of professors. The second part aims at the main problems, such as the deficiency of the professors' academic ability, the weakness of the implementation of the professors' scholarship, the dominant position of the administrative power, and so on, from the misunderstanding of the professors' academic research. This paper analyzes the causes of the problems from the following five aspects: the irrational management system of colleges and universities, the influence of officialdom, the absence of democratic management atmosphere and the influence of the professors themselves. The third part probes into the countermeasures of perfecting the academic research of university professors in our country. By improving people's understanding of professors' scholarship, strengthening the construction of professors' team, innovating the mechanism of academic management, perfecting the organization of professors' scholarship and perfecting the rules and regulations of professors' scholarship, we can guarantee the implementation of professors' scholarship. To promote the reform and development of our modern university system.
