大學(xué)生誠(chéng)信品質(zhì)培養(yǎng)研究

【摘要】:誠(chéng)信是人們做人的基本道德規(guī)范和安身立命之本,是中華民族的傳統(tǒng)美德和社會(huì)主義道德建設(shè)的重點(diǎn)。誠(chéng)信建設(shè)事關(guān)社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的健康發(fā)展和公民道德素質(zhì)的全面提升,對(duì)發(fā)展我國(guó)的文化軟實(shí)力和建設(shè)中華民族共有精神家園,無(wú)疑有著極為重要的意義和價(jià)值。 大學(xué)生的誠(chéng)信品質(zhì)狀況是整個(gè)社會(huì)誠(chéng)信品質(zhì)的“風(fēng)向標(biāo)”和“晴雨表”。他們的誠(chéng)信品質(zhì)不僅決定著其行為方式和行為結(jié)果,而且影響著集體和國(guó)家的誠(chéng)信狀況。大學(xué)生的誠(chéng)信品格并不是與身俱來(lái)的,需要通過(guò)學(xué)校培養(yǎng)、家庭教育、社會(huì)熏陶和自我修養(yǎng)鍛煉才能獲得。 為了更好地了解大學(xué)生誠(chéng)信狀況,本論文在堅(jiān)持正確導(dǎo)向的基礎(chǔ)上,選取湖南省4所普通高校(其中重點(diǎn)本科2所,一般本科2所)和4所職業(yè)院校(其中職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院2所,技師學(xué)院2所)的大學(xué)生進(jìn)行抽樣問(wèn)卷調(diào)查和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)訪談,獲得了關(guān)于大學(xué)生誠(chéng)信現(xiàn)狀的第一手材料,并由此概括出當(dāng)今的大學(xué)生的誠(chéng)信品質(zhì)總體上存在對(duì)誠(chéng)信問(wèn)題認(rèn)同的矛盾、對(duì)誠(chéng)信品質(zhì)范疇認(rèn)定不清、選擇誠(chéng)信品質(zhì)時(shí)帶有明顯的功利主義傾向,誠(chéng)信意識(shí)與行為存在不一致,把誠(chéng)信品質(zhì)缺失的原因歸結(jié)為外界因素等現(xiàn)象;與此同時(shí)對(duì)造成當(dāng)今大學(xué)生誠(chéng)信品質(zhì)缺失的深層次的原因予以深刻分析,指出造成當(dāng)今大學(xué)生誠(chéng)信品質(zhì)缺失的原因有學(xué)校誠(chéng)信品質(zhì)培養(yǎng)教育不當(dāng),家庭誠(chéng)信教育缺失,自身要求不嚴(yán),社會(huì)環(huán)境影響等因素。 針對(duì)大學(xué)生誠(chéng)信品質(zhì)缺失的現(xiàn)狀和原因,本論文提出了關(guān)于加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生誠(chéng)信品質(zhì)培養(yǎng)的應(yīng)對(duì)措施與方法,即正確認(rèn)識(shí)當(dāng)今大學(xué)生誠(chéng)信品質(zhì)缺失的問(wèn)題,從營(yíng)造校園誠(chéng)信氛圍,強(qiáng)化大學(xué)生誠(chéng)信意識(shí)入手,改革高校誠(chéng)信教育的內(nèi)容,改革高校誠(chéng)信教育的方式來(lái)加大對(duì)大學(xué)生誠(chéng)信品質(zhì)的培養(yǎng)力度;從構(gòu)建大學(xué)生誠(chéng)信度測(cè)評(píng)體系,建立完善的輿論監(jiān)督、懲罰機(jī)制,設(shè)立大學(xué)生個(gè)人誠(chéng)信品質(zhì)檔案,將大學(xué)生誠(chéng)信檔案納入網(wǎng)絡(luò)化管理幾個(gè)方面來(lái)建立健全大學(xué)生誠(chéng)信品質(zhì)培養(yǎng)的制度體系;從發(fā)揮家庭教育在當(dāng)今大學(xué)生誠(chéng)信品質(zhì)培養(yǎng)中的輔助作用入手來(lái)培育全社會(huì)的誠(chéng)信道德文化,營(yíng)造學(xué)校、家庭、社會(huì)相結(jié)合的誠(chéng)信環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:Honesty is the basic moral standard and foundation of people's life. It is the focus of Chinese traditional virtue and socialist moral construction. The construction of honesty is related to the healthy development of socialist market economy and the promotion of citizens' moral quality. It is undoubtedly of great significance and value to the development of our country's cultural soft power and the construction of the common spiritual homeland of the Chinese nation. The integrity quality of college students is the "weather vane" and "barometer" of the integrity quality of the whole society. Their integrity quality not only determines their behavior and results, but also affects the integrity of the collective and the country. The integrity character of college students does not come from their bodies. They can be acquired only through school cultivation, family education, social edification and self-cultivation. In order to better understand the integrity of college students, on the basis of adhering to the correct guidance, this paper selects 4 ordinary colleges and universities (2 key undergraduate courses and 2 general undergraduate courses) and 4 vocational colleges (2 vocational and technical colleges) in Hunan Province. Through sampling questionnaires and on-the-spot interviews, the college students obtained firsthand information about the status quo of college students' honesty and credit, and concluded that there is a contradiction in the integrity quality of today's college students. The category of credit quality is not clear, the choice of credit quality has obvious utilitarian tendency, the honesty consciousness and behavior are inconsistent, the reason of the lack of credit quality is attributed to external factors. At the same time, it makes a deep analysis of the deep reasons for the lack of honesty quality of college students today, and points out that the reasons for the loss of honesty quality of college students are the improper cultivation of honesty quality in schools and the lack of honesty education in families. Its own requirements are not strict, social environmental impact and other factors. In view of the present situation and reasons of college students' credit quality deficiency, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and methods to strengthen the cultivation of college students' credit quality, that is, to correctly understand the problem of college students' credit quality deficiency, and to create the atmosphere of campus honesty. Starting with strengthening college students' honesty consciousness, reforming the content of honesty education in colleges and universities, reforming the way of honesty education in colleges and universities to strengthen the cultivation of college students' honesty and credit quality, to build up the evaluation system of college students' honesty and establish the perfect supervision of public opinion. Punishment mechanism, the establishment of college students personal integrity quality files, the integrity of college students into the network management of several aspects to establish and improve the integrity of college students to cultivate the quality of the system; In order to cultivate the moral culture of honesty and credit in the whole society, family education should be brought into play in the cultivation of college students' honesty and credit quality, and the environment of honesty and credit should be established by combining school, family and society.
