【摘要】：獨立學院作為中國高等教育制度創(chuàng)新的產物,經過12年的發(fā)展歷程,現已成為我國高等教育系統的重要組成部分。專業(yè)是高校教學活動的主要載體,專業(yè)設置的合理與否直接關系到高校的人才培養(yǎng)質量。對于新生的獨立學院,專業(yè)設置更是影響其核心競爭力、人才培養(yǎng)質量的關鍵因素。 因此,如何優(yōu)化獨立學院的專業(yè)設置,提高獨立學院的人才培養(yǎng)的質量,是一個亟需研究的課題。 本文首先通過對湖北省31所普通高等學校獨立學院本科專業(yè)設置情況進行數據統計分析,并結合相關訪談等定性資料,分析其專業(yè)設置的現狀和問題,并深入剖析存在問題的成因,最后提出優(yōu)化專業(yè)設置的對策和建議。 本文共分四個部分： 第一部分,介紹了問題提出的背景和研究意義,對獨立學院專業(yè)設置相關研究的現狀進行了歸納和梳理,并且對文章的研究思路和方法做出了說明。 第二部分,對本研究的核心概念做出了界定,介紹了本研究理論基礎——系統理論、帕累托最優(yōu)理論、人力資本投資理論的基本內容。 第三部分,基于湖北省31所獨立學院本科專業(yè)設置現狀的統計分析結果和評估專家考察定性意見,深入剖析獨立學院專業(yè)設置存在的四大問題：專業(yè)設置趨同現象嚴重；專業(yè)設置與區(qū)域經濟需求失衡；專業(yè)設置目標定位較為模糊；專業(yè)設置條件缺乏基本保障。 第四個部分,從外部和內部兩個維度分析獨立學院專業(yè)設置問題的形成原因。 第五個部分,提出獨立學院專業(yè)設置優(yōu)化的對策與建議。結合系統理論、資源配置理論提出了以下建議：教育行政部門嚴格專業(yè)審批,加強管理與評估；建立專業(yè)狀態(tài)信息預測系統,加強政策引導；加強輿論引導社會觀念,正確引導生源市場；加強專業(yè)論證與調查,避免低水平重復建設；以市場需求為導向,與區(qū)域經濟發(fā)展相適應；以培養(yǎng)應用復合型人才為導向,建立特色專業(yè)和品牌優(yōu)勢；正確處理辦學成本高低的關系,建立專業(yè)優(yōu)勝劣汰機制。
[Abstract]:As the product of Chinese higher education system innovation, independent college has become an important part of China's higher education system after 12 years of development. Specialty is the main carrier of teaching activities in colleges and universities. Whether the specialty is reasonable or not is directly related to the quality of talents cultivation in colleges and universities. For a freshman's independent college, professional setting is a key factor affecting its core competitiveness and the quality of talent training. Therefore, how to optimize the professional setting of independent colleges and improve the quality of talent training in independent colleges is a subject that needs to be studied. First of all, this paper analyzes the current situation and problems of undergraduate specialty setting in 31 colleges and universities in Hubei Province by means of statistical analysis, and combining with qualitative data such as related interviews, the author analyzes the current situation and problems of undergraduate specialty setting in 31 colleges and universities in Hubei Province. The causes of the problems are analyzed in depth. Finally, the countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the specialty setting are put forward. This paper is divided into four parts: The first part introduces the background and significance of the question, summarizes and combs the current situation of the relevant research on the establishment of major in independent college, and explains the research ideas and methods of the article. In the second part, the core concepts of this study are defined, and the basic contents of the theoretical basis of this study, the system theory, the Pareto optimal theory and the human capital investment theory are introduced. The third part, based on the statistical analysis results of 31 independent colleges in Hubei Province and the qualitative opinions of evaluation experts, the author deeply analyzes the four major problems in the professional setting of independent colleges: the phenomenon of convergence of professional settings is serious; Professional setting and regional economic demand are out of balance; the orientation of professional setting is fuzzy; the condition of professional setting is lack of basic guarantee. The fourth part analyzes the causes of the problem of independent college specialty setting from the external and internal dimensions. In the fifth part, the author puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the optimization of professional setting in independent colleges. Combined with the system theory, the resource allocation theory puts forward the following suggestions: the educational administrative department should strengthen the professional examination and approval, strengthen the management and evaluation, establish the professional state information prediction system, strengthen the policy guidance, strengthen the public opinion to guide the social concept, To guide the market of students correctly; to strengthen the professional argumentation and investigation to avoid low level repeated construction; to take the market demand as the guide to adapt to the development of regional economy; Correctly deal with the relationship between the cost of running a school, and establish a mechanism for the survival of the fittest.
