【摘要】：本論文從揚(yáng)州大學(xué)大學(xué)生科技創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)狀入手,分析了這一現(xiàn)狀中的問題及其出現(xiàn)的成因。從人的全面發(fā)展理論、創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)理論及現(xiàn)代激勵(lì)理論等相關(guān)理論角度對我國高校對大學(xué)生科技創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)的對策進(jìn)行了思考和探索。 本研究闡釋了大學(xué)生科技創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)的基本問題,包括大學(xué)生科技創(chuàng)新的內(nèi)涵、大學(xué)生科技創(chuàng)新能力構(gòu)成及其理論基礎(chǔ),同時(shí)對創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)的理念進(jìn)行了國際比較,來反思我國科技創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)理念的不足。 本研究通過對揚(yáng)州大學(xué)大學(xué)生科技創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀問卷調(diào)查及訪談,揚(yáng)州大學(xué)對大學(xué)生科技創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)的措施及其成效；可見從學(xué)生、高校、社會(huì)三個(gè)角度分析現(xiàn)階段大學(xué)生科技創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)依然存在的一些問題；綜合分析與探索大學(xué)生科技創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)過程中問題出現(xiàn)的成因,主要有四個(gè)方面：傳統(tǒng)文化對學(xué)生創(chuàng)造力的抑制,傳統(tǒng)教育對大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力的抑制,缺乏激發(fā)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)造性的激勵(lì)機(jī)制和環(huán)境,現(xiàn)代大學(xué)教育對大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)的匱乏等。在對成因進(jìn)行闡釋之后,本文運(yùn)用人的全面發(fā)展理論、創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)理論及現(xiàn)代激勵(lì)理論等相關(guān)理論為高校進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)對大學(xué)生科技創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)提出相應(yīng)的對策建議。通過鍛煉大學(xué)生科技創(chuàng)新思維能力,完善大學(xué)生科技創(chuàng)新管理機(jī)制,激發(fā)大學(xué)生科技創(chuàng)新內(nèi)在欲望,營造適合大學(xué)生科技創(chuàng)新的良好的社會(huì)氛圍,來推動(dòng)大學(xué)生科技創(chuàng)新能力培養(yǎng)工作的良性發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:This paper starts with the current situation of the cultivation of the scientific and technological innovation ability of Yangzhou university students, and analyzes the problems in this situation and the causes of their emergence. From the perspective of the theory of all-round development of human being, the theory of cultivating innovative talents and the theory of modern motivation, this paper discusses the countermeasures of cultivating the scientific and technological innovation ability of college students in our country. This study explains the basic problems of the cultivation of college students' scientific and technological innovation ability, including the connotation of college students' scientific and technological innovation, the composition of college students' scientific and technological innovation ability and its theoretical basis, and makes an international comparison of the concept of cultivating innovative talents. To reflect on the lack of scientific and technological innovation talent training concept. Through the questionnaire survey and interview on the cultivation of scientific and technological innovation ability of Yangzhou college students, the measures and effects of Yangzhou University on the cultivation of scientific and technological innovation ability of university students can be seen from the students, universities, colleges and universities. This paper analyzes some problems existing in the cultivation of college students' scientific and technological innovation ability from three angles of society, and comprehensively analyzes and explores the causes of the problems in the process of cultivating college students' scientific and technological innovation ability. There are four main aspects: the inhibition of creativity by traditional culture, the inhibition of creativity by traditional education, the lack of incentive mechanism and environment to stimulate creativity of college students. The deficiency of modern college education to the cultivation of college students'innovation ability. After explaining the cause of formation, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for colleges and universities to further strengthen the cultivation of scientific and technological innovation ability of college students by using the theory of all-round development of human beings, the theory of talent training and the theory of modern motivation. Through training the thinking ability of university students' scientific and technological innovation, perfecting the management mechanism of college students' scientific and technological innovation, arousing the inherent desire of college students' scientific and technological innovation, and creating a good social atmosphere suitable for college students' scientific and technological innovation, To promote the development of scientific and technological innovation ability of college students.
