【摘要】：自20世紀70年代以來,政府公共經(jīng)費撥款的萎縮所引發(fā)的美國公立大學(xué)融資危機,使美國公立大學(xué)陷入了嚴重的發(fā)展困境。美國經(jīng)濟持續(xù)疲軟使政府投入的公共教育撥款持續(xù)下降,為了維持大學(xué)運營,公立大學(xué)紛紛大幅提高學(xué)費,強化了實用主義至上的理念。這使得公立大學(xué)逐步背離了大學(xué)理念,造成了公立教育的質(zhì)量危機。
[Abstract]:Since the 1970s, the American public university financing crisis caused by the shrinking of government funds has led to a serious development dilemma for American public universities. As the U.S. economy continues to weaken, government spending on public education continues to decline, and public universities have sharply increased tuition fees to keep the universities running, reinforcing the pragmatist philosophy. This makes the public universities gradually deviate from the concept of universities, resulting in the quality of public education crisis.
