高校新生始業(yè)教育探究

【摘要】:大學(xué)生從中學(xué)進(jìn)入大學(xué)以后,常會(huì)因?yàn)榄h(huán)境的巨大變化而不適應(yīng)。而大學(xué)階段又是學(xué)生面對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)折與發(fā)展的重要時(shí)期,因此大學(xué)對(duì)學(xué)生承擔(dān)著重要的教育和引導(dǎo)責(zé)任。高校新生始業(yè)教育是高校幫助學(xué)生實(shí)現(xiàn)自我超越的重要方面,對(duì)學(xué)生的個(gè)體發(fā)展起著重要影響。高校新生始業(yè)教育作為新生入學(xué)后的“第一課”,關(guān)系大學(xué)新生能否實(shí)現(xiàn)從高中到大學(xué)的順利過(guò)渡,始業(yè)教育對(duì)于培養(yǎng)大學(xué)新生的環(huán)境適應(yīng)能力,縮短角色轉(zhuǎn)換的適應(yīng)期,使之盡早融入到大學(xué)生活起著非常重要的作用。 高校新生始業(yè)教育是高等院校為了讓大學(xué)新生盡快適應(yīng)大學(xué)生活而進(jìn)行的準(zhǔn)備性教育,思想政治教育在高校新生始業(yè)教育中位居核心地位。我黨一貫重視思想政治教育,認(rèn)為思想政治教育是黨的教育事業(yè)的重要內(nèi)容和人才培養(yǎng)的根本保障。開(kāi)展高校新生始業(yè)教育重在引導(dǎo)學(xué)生形成正確的學(xué)習(xí)目的和學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度,確立正確的人生觀、價(jià)值觀和世界觀。新生始業(yè)教育是從入學(xué)源頭對(duì)學(xué)生進(jìn)行思想政治教育,提高思想政治教育素質(zhì),幫助學(xué)生建立獨(dú)立的意識(shí)、培養(yǎng)良好的行為習(xí)慣和樹(shù)立積極的人生目的。積極而有步驟地做好中學(xué)到大學(xué)的思想、學(xué)習(xí)和生活上的銜接。 本文著重討論、研究的是高校新生始業(yè)教育。分析了剛步入大學(xué)的新生在新的環(huán)境中所面臨的不適應(yīng),根據(jù)目前在大學(xué)新生身上所表現(xiàn)出來(lái)的問(wèn)題和特點(diǎn),總結(jié)了大學(xué)新生始業(yè)教育問(wèn)題的成因,并以此為依據(jù)探討了實(shí)施大學(xué)新生始業(yè)教育的可行性實(shí)施方略。在高校新生始業(yè)教育實(shí)施方略中,,提出了高校教育工作者要充分認(rèn)識(shí)新生的心理、行為特點(diǎn),重視高校新生始業(yè)教育工作,從學(xué)習(xí)、生活、道德、心理、人生價(jià)值等全方位地采取措施促進(jìn)他們盡快適應(yīng)新環(huán)境和新生活,順利完成角色轉(zhuǎn)換。
[Abstract]:After entering the university, college students often fail to adapt because of the great changes in the environment. The university stage is an important period for the students to face the turning point and development, so the university bears the important responsibility of education and guidance to the students. College freshmen's starting education is an important aspect of helping students to achieve self-transcendence, and plays an important role in the individual development of students. As the "first lesson" of the freshmen, it is related to whether the freshmen can realize the smooth transition from high school to university, and how to cultivate the adaptability of freshmen to the environment and shorten the adaptation period of the role change. Early integration into college life plays a very important role. College freshmen's starting education is a kind of preparatory education carried out by colleges and universities in order to make the freshmen adapt to college life as soon as possible. Ideological and political education plays a key role in the starting education of college freshmen. Our party has always attached great importance to ideological and political education, thinking that ideological and political education is an important content of the Party's education and the fundamental guarantee of talent training. It is important to guide the students to form the correct learning aim and attitude, and to establish the correct outlook on life, values and world outlook. The new students' starting education is to carry on the ideological and political education to the students from the source of admission, to improve the ideological and political education quality, to help the students to establish the independent consciousness, to cultivate the good behavior habit and to set up the positive purpose of life. Actively and step by step to do a good job of thinking to the university, learning and life interface. This paper focuses on the study of college freshmen starting education. This paper analyzes on the inadaptability of freshmen who have just entered university in the new environment, and sums up the causes of the problem of starting education for freshmen according to the problems and characteristics of freshmen at present. On the basis of this, this paper probes into the feasibility of implementing the starting education of college freshmen. In the implementation strategy of freshmen's starting education, the author puts forward that college educators should fully understand the psychological and behavioral characteristics of freshmen, attach importance to the work of starting education for freshmen, from study, life, morality, psychology, etc. The value of life and other omnidirectional measures are taken to promote them to adapt to the new environment and life as soon as possible and to complete the role transformation smoothly.
