【摘要】:獨(dú)立學(xué)院的畢業(yè)生從業(yè)能力薄、社會(huì)認(rèn)同度較低,就業(yè)存在治標(biāo)不治本的問題、就業(yè)人員職業(yè)化專業(yè)化低、較低的學(xué)生就業(yè)認(rèn)可度等是畢業(yè)生就業(yè)工作中很困難的現(xiàn)狀。就業(yè)一直是民生之本,獨(dú)立學(xué)院就業(yè)情況,不光阻礙它的前進(jìn),也是獨(dú)立學(xué)院可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要途徑,而且對(duì)整個(gè)民辦高等教育都產(chǎn)生深遠(yuǎn)影響。獨(dú)立學(xué)院健康和持續(xù)發(fā)展的重點(diǎn)是就業(yè)認(rèn)可,是社會(huì)主要關(guān)注的問題,而獨(dú)立學(xué)院自我的特色,表現(xiàn)了現(xiàn)在和將來,獨(dú)立學(xué)院出現(xiàn)一個(gè)重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)問題。 本文采用理論結(jié)合實(shí)際的分析方法,從理論概念闡述入手,結(jié)合具體的案例經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié),基于學(xué)校、學(xué)生和社會(huì)三個(gè)視覺對(duì)獨(dú)立學(xué)院學(xué)生就業(yè)認(rèn)可度問題進(jìn)行了探討,分析了影響?yīng)毩W(xué)院學(xué)生就業(yè)認(rèn)可度的主要因素,并給出了相應(yīng)的完善對(duì)策建議。全文共分為四個(gè)部分:第一部分,對(duì)選題的研究目的、意義、相關(guān)綜述等進(jìn)行概述;對(duì)獨(dú)立學(xué)院的就業(yè)認(rèn)可度的含義、衡量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和認(rèn)可度現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行概述,提出了選題研究問題;第二部分,從社會(huì)、學(xué)校和學(xué)生三個(gè)角度,對(duì)影響?yīng)毩W(xué)院學(xué)生就業(yè)認(rèn)可度的原因進(jìn)行了分析和總結(jié);第三部分,利用獨(dú)立學(xué)院學(xué)生就業(yè)認(rèn)可度高的兩所獨(dú)立院校,從中借鑒并分析其差距和原因。第四部分,在前面分析論述的基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)問題、影響因素給出了提高獨(dú)立學(xué)院畢業(yè)學(xué)生就業(yè)認(rèn)可度的對(duì)策建議。旨在探究實(shí)現(xiàn)就業(yè)認(rèn)可的方法,以便能推進(jìn)獨(dú)立學(xué)院畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)事態(tài),推進(jìn)獨(dú)立學(xué)院的成長,推進(jìn)我國民辦高等教,具有一定的實(shí)踐意義和理論價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The graduates of independent colleges have a thin ability of employment, a low degree of social identity, a problem of fixing the symptoms and not the root causes of employment, a low degree of professionalization of employed personnel and a low degree of student employment recognition are the very difficult situation in the employment of graduates. Employment is always the foundation of people's livelihood. The employment situation of independent college not only hinders its progress, but also plays an important role in the sustainable development of independent college, and has a profound impact on the whole private higher education. The emphasis of the healthy and sustainable development of the independent college is employment recognition, which is the main concern of the society. The characteristics of the independent college show that there is an important practical problem in the independent college now and in the future. This paper discusses the employment recognition of independent college students based on the three vision of school, students and society, starting with the theoretical concept, combining with the concrete case experience summary, using the analytical method of combining theory with practice, and discussing the problem of employment acceptance of independent college students based on the three vision of school, student and society. This paper analyzes the main factors influencing the employment acceptance of independent college students, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. The full text is divided into four parts: the first part, the research purpose, significance, related overview of the topic, the meaning of the independent college employment recognition, the measurement standard and the status quo of recognition, put forward the topic research issues; The second part, from the social, the school and the student three angles, has carried on the analysis and the summary to the influence independent college student employment acceptance; the third part, uses the independent college student employment recognition high two independent colleges, Draw lessons from it and analyze its gap and reason. In the fourth part, on the basis of the previous analysis and discussion, the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the employment acceptance of graduate students in independent colleges. The purpose of this paper is to explore the methods of realizing employment recognition so as to promote the employment situation of graduates of independent colleges, promote the growth of independent colleges, and promote private higher education in our country, which has certain practical significance and theoretical value.
