【摘要】：隨著建設(shè)社會主義法治國家的逐步推進(jìn),提高公民的法律素質(zhì)和法律意識顯得愈來愈重要。其中,當(dāng)代大學(xué)生是公民中的重要組成部分。他們是建設(shè)社會主義法制現(xiàn)代化的主力軍,是社會主義法治國家建設(shè)的中堅(jiān)力量,承擔(dān)著重要的國家使命。其法律意識和法律素質(zhì)的狀況直接影響著法治國家能否順利實(shí)現(xiàn),關(guān)系著建設(shè)社會主義現(xiàn)代化的成敗。因此,研究當(dāng)代大學(xué)生法律意識的培養(yǎng)具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文對當(dāng)代大學(xué)生的法律意識的研究主要有以下四個方面：第一,當(dāng)代大學(xué)生法律意識培養(yǎng)的理論前提,主要包括法律意識的內(nèi)涵、特征、功能和當(dāng)代大學(xué)生的法律意識的內(nèi)涵,以及馬克思主義經(jīng)典作家的法制觀和中國化馬克思主義的法制觀；第二提高當(dāng)代大學(xué)生法律意識的必要性；第三,當(dāng)代大學(xué)生法律意識的現(xiàn)狀,主要包含當(dāng)代大學(xué)生法律意識中存在的問題,例如法律知識缺乏、法制觀念淡薄、運(yùn)用法律的能力有限等,并探究分析了問題產(chǎn)生的原因,主要有社會、學(xué)校、家庭和個人四個方面的因素；第四,針對當(dāng)代大學(xué)生法律意識中存在的問題,提出有效地解決途徑和方法�？傊�,樹立當(dāng)代大學(xué)生的法制觀念,培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生的法律意識,需要社會、學(xué)校、家庭和大學(xué)生個人的共同努力,只有這樣才能順利實(shí)現(xiàn)建設(shè)社會主義法治國家的奮斗目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:With the development of building a socialist country ruled by law, it is more and more important to improve the legal quality and consciousness of citizens. Among them, contemporary university student is an important part of citizen. They are the main force in the modernization of socialist legal system, the backbone of the construction of socialist legal state, and undertake an important national mission. The situation of its legal consciousness and legal quality directly affects whether the country ruled by law can be successfully realized and the success or failure of building socialist modernization. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the cultivation of contemporary college students'legal consciousness. The research on the legal consciousness of contemporary college students mainly includes the following four aspects: first, the theoretical premise of cultivating the legal consciousness of contemporary college students, mainly including the connotation and characteristics of the legal consciousness. Function and the connotation of contemporary college students' legal consciousness, as well as the legal views of Marxist classic writers and Marxist legal views in China; second, the necessity of raising the legal consciousness of contemporary college students; third, The present situation of the legal consciousness of contemporary college students mainly includes the problems existing in the legal consciousness of contemporary college students, such as the lack of legal knowledge, the weak concept of the legal system, the limited ability to use the law, and the analysis of the causes of the problems. There are four main factors: society, school, family and individual. Fourth, in view of the problems existing in the legal consciousness of contemporary college students, the author puts forward effective ways and means to solve them. In a word, it needs the joint efforts of society, school, family and college students to establish the legal concept of contemporary college students and cultivate their legal consciousness. Only in this way can the goal of building a socialist country ruled by law be realized smoothly.
