【摘要】:大學(xué)肩負(fù)著傳播知識、培養(yǎng)人才、服務(wù)社會的歷史使命,隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)時代的縱深發(fā)展,科學(xué)技術(shù)在推動社會發(fā)展的貢獻(xiàn)越來越大,大學(xué)已經(jīng)從社會的邊緣步入社會的中心成為了社會的軸心機(jī)構(gòu),在社會中發(fā)揮著舉足輕重的作用,人們對大學(xué)有了更高的期望和要求。黨在十七大就提出了“優(yōu)先發(fā)展教育,建設(shè)人力資源強(qiáng)國”的戰(zhàn)略部署。2010年教育部頒布的《國家中長期教育改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要(2010-2020年)》提出“全面提高高等教育質(zhì)量。到2020年,高等教育結(jié)構(gòu)更加合理,特色更加鮮明,人才培養(yǎng)、科學(xué)研究和社會服務(wù)整體水平全面提升,建成一批國際知名、有特色、高水平的高等學(xué)校,若干所大學(xué)達(dá)到或接近世界一流大學(xué)水平”的要求。教育質(zhì)量是任何一所大學(xué)發(fā)展的使命線,大學(xué)的教育質(zhì)量已經(jīng)成為社會關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。 自1999年我國高校實(shí)行擴(kuò)招政策以來,我國高等教育規(guī)模急速擴(kuò)大,實(shí)現(xiàn)了高等教育大眾化的跨越式發(fā)展,高等教育大眾化已經(jīng)成了高等發(fā)展中不可逆轉(zhuǎn)的趨勢。由于規(guī)模的快速擴(kuò)大,生源質(zhì)量的良莠不齊,外加市場經(jīng)濟(jì)和就業(yè)壓力的沖擊以及西方拜金主義、享樂主義等不良思想的影響在大學(xué)校園里風(fēng)行新的“讀書無用論”、“讀書實(shí)用論”,大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)氣氛淡薄已經(jīng)成為人們詬病我國高等教育大眾化的焦點(diǎn)。大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)氣氛具有驅(qū)動功能、凝聚功能、熏陶功能、規(guī)范功能,在人的成長中發(fā)揮著“潤物細(xì)無聲”的巨大作用。積極營造大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)氣氛是大學(xué)的本質(zhì)屬性的要求、是大學(xué)現(xiàn)實(shí)發(fā)展的需要,也是保證我國高等教育質(zhì)與量協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的必要條件。因此,對大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)氣氛的營造研究不僅從理論上豐富了我國高等教育持續(xù)健康發(fā)展的理論,也能對我國大學(xué)建設(shè)的實(shí)踐提供參考意見。 本文主要采用文獻(xiàn)法和調(diào)查法進(jìn)行研究。通過專業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)庫、網(wǎng)站、文本資料的查閱,獲得全面的資料,理清大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)氣氛研究的歷史脈絡(luò)和研究發(fā)展趨勢,找到營造大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)氣氛的理論基礎(chǔ)。另外采用問卷調(diào)查與訪談相結(jié)合的方式,對廣西師范大學(xué)雁山校區(qū)的學(xué)習(xí)氣氛進(jìn)行實(shí)例研究,用相對封閉和開放的方式去收集資料保證使得信息與真實(shí)情況保持一致。 論文主要由五個部分組成。引言介紹了大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)氣氛的研究背景、研究方法和研究意義和目前國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀及主要概念的界定。第一章從營造大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)氣氛的重要性和必要性闡述了營造大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)氣氛的重要意義。第二章概述和分析了營造大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)氣氛的理論基礎(chǔ)——庫爾特.勒溫的動力場理論和雷納托.塔吉尤學(xué)校氣氛影響因素理論。第三章從大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)氣氛的內(nèi)在結(jié)構(gòu)、存在結(jié)構(gòu)、功能結(jié)構(gòu)三個角度對大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)氣氛的結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行解析。第四章歸納提煉出營造大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)氣氛的五大基本原則(整體性原則、以人為本原則、教育性原則、生活性原則、機(jī)會充分性原則)和四條基本途徑(創(chuàng)造綠色、美感校園,營造和諧、溫馨人際關(guān)系,凝練彰顯大學(xué)理念的大學(xué)精神,構(gòu)建自由、平等的組織結(jié)構(gòu))并加以實(shí)例分析進(jìn)行佐證。第五章以廣西師范大學(xué)雁山校區(qū)為實(shí)例,分析其學(xué)習(xí)氣氛的現(xiàn)狀,并提出了“以戰(zhàn)略思想來規(guī)劃,從實(shí)處著手,以‘圖書館’和‘紅豆咖啡館’為突破點(diǎn)”的建議。

With the deep development of the economic era, the contribution of science and technology in promoting social development is becoming more and more important. The university has entered the center of society from the edge of society and becomes the axis of society and plays an important role in the society. With higher expectations and requirements, the party put forward the strategic deployment of "priority development education, building a strong power of human resources" in the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (.2010), which was issued by the Ministry of education for the "national medium and long term education reform and development plan (2010-2020)". The atmosphere of study in the university has the function of driving, cohesive, edifying, and regulating. In the growth of human beings, the great effect of "moistening things and silent" is played. It is the requirement of the essential attribute of the university to build a learning atmosphere of the University, the need of the development of the University and the necessary condition for the coordinated development of the quality and quantity of the higher education in our country. Therefore, the study of the atmosphere of the study of the university has not only enriched me theoretically. The theory of sustainable and healthy development of higher education in China can also provide reference for the practice of university construction in China.
This article mainly uses the literature method and the investigation method to carry on the research. Through the professional database, the website, the text data access, obtain the comprehensive information, clear the history and the research development trend of the study atmosphere of the University, find the theoretical basis for building the learning atmosphere of the University. In addition, the method of combining questionnaire survey and interview with Guangxi is used. The study atmosphere of the Yanshan school area of the normal university is studied by an example. The information is collected in a relatively closed and open way to ensure that the information is consistent with the real situation.
The thesis mainly consists of five parts. The introduction introduces the background of the study atmosphere of the University, the research methods and significance and the current research status and the definition of the main concepts at home and abroad. In the first chapter, the importance and necessity of building the learning atmosphere of the university are expounded. The second chapters are summarized and analyzed. The theoretical basis of building the learning atmosphere of the University - Kurt Lewin's dynamic field theory and Renato tajiw school atmosphere influence factor theory. The third chapter analyzes the structure of the university learning atmosphere from the inner structure, the existence structure and the functional structure of the university learning atmosphere. The fourth chapter summarizes the construction and refinement of the construction. The five basic principles of the learning atmosphere of the University (integrity principle, people-oriented principle, educational principle, living principle, opportunity sufficiency principle) and four basic ways (creating green, aesthetic campus, building a harmonious and warm interpersonal relationship, practicing the university spirit of the university concept, building a free and equal organizational structure) and taking an example. The fifth chapter, taking the Yanshan campus of Guangxi Normal University as an example, analyzes the present situation of its learning atmosphere, and puts forward the suggestion of "planning with strategic ideas, starting from the practical point and taking" library "and" Red Bean Cafe "as a breakthrough point.
