【摘要】：人際交往在當(dāng)代大學(xué)生生活中占有重要地位。人際交往能力關(guān)系到個人前途，，更關(guān)系到國家未來人才隊伍的建設(shè)。尤其是21世紀(jì)的當(dāng)代大學(xué)生，他們處在一個社會轉(zhuǎn)型的時期，而正是由于處在這樣的一個社會環(huán)境發(fā)生巨大變化的轉(zhuǎn)型時期，使得當(dāng)代大學(xué)生人際交往關(guān)系發(fā)生了巨大變化，隨之出現(xiàn)一系列的交往困境，進而影響到他們的學(xué)習(xí)、工作、生活，嚴(yán)重的甚至產(chǎn)生一些心理疾病。本文的目的是通過對交往理性理論的闡述，針對當(dāng)代大學(xué)生在交往過程中呈現(xiàn)的特點和存在的現(xiàn)實問題，采取相應(yīng)的措施，幫助當(dāng)代大學(xué)生盡快走出交往困境，回到理性的交往軌道上。通過思想政治教育，幫助當(dāng)代大學(xué)生樹立正確的世界觀、人生觀、價值觀，使其學(xué)會人際交往，形成科學(xué)的交往觀，這也是新時期思想政治教育的重要內(nèi)容。 本論文的研究首先從國內(nèi)外著名學(xué)者提出的交往理論著手，簡單闡述本論文研究的相關(guān)理論背景及其相關(guān)概念的界定，把相關(guān)理論背景與本論文的研究對象結(jié)合起來，分析當(dāng)代大學(xué)生群體中出現(xiàn)的交往困境這一普遍現(xiàn)象。同時本論文的研究綜合運用教育學(xué)、心理學(xué)、社會學(xué)、管理學(xué)等方面的材料加以對比論證，并聯(lián)系現(xiàn)實進行反思，力圖幫助大學(xué)生樹立科學(xué)、理性的人際交往觀，引導(dǎo)他們正確地進行人際交往。
[Abstract]:Interpersonal communication plays an important role in the life of contemporary college students. Interpersonal ability is related to the future of the individual, but also to the construction of the country's future talent team. Especially the contemporary college students in the 21st century, they are in a period of social transformation, and it is precisely because they are in such a social environment of the transformation period, the contemporary college students' interpersonal relations have undergone tremendous changes. Subsequently, a series of communication difficulties appeared, which affected their study, work, life, and even some psychological diseases. The purpose of this paper is to take appropriate measures to help contemporary college students get out of the predicament of communication by expounding the theory of communicative rationality, aiming at the characteristics and existing practical problems of contemporary college students in the process of communication. Return to rational communication track. Through ideological and political education to help contemporary college students to establish a correct world outlook, outlook on life, values, so that they learn interpersonal communication, form a scientific concept of communication, which is also an important content of ideological and political education in the new era. The research of this thesis begins with the communication theory put forward by famous scholars at home and abroad, and briefly expounds the relevant theoretical background of this paper and the definition of related concepts, and combines the relevant theoretical background with the research object of this paper. This paper analyzes the common phenomenon of communication dilemma in contemporary college students. At the same time, the research of this paper synthetically uses the materials of education, psychology, sociology, management and so on to compare and prove, and to reflect on the reality, trying to help college students to establish a scientific and rational view of interpersonal communication. Guide them to communicate with each other correctly.
