湖南省屬本科院校辦學(xué)特色研究

【摘要】:在高等教育國際化的背景下,強化辦學(xué)特色是提高我國高等教育國際競爭力的關(guān)鍵。《中國教育改革和發(fā)展綱要》就明確提出高等學(xué)校要在各自的層次上辦出特色,在《普通高等學(xué)校本科教學(xué)工作水平評估方案》中也將“特色項目”作為一個重要評估指標(biāo)。可見辦學(xué)特色已成為我國高等教育改革與發(fā)展的核心問題,但是目前我國高等學(xué)校處于有限競爭狀態(tài),辦學(xué)趨同現(xiàn)象愈演愈烈,我國統(tǒng)一的高等教育管理體制、歷史辦學(xué)傳統(tǒng)以及學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者等成為制約和影響高等學(xué)校辦學(xué)特色形成的主要因素。雖然以往國內(nèi)學(xué)者在有關(guān)高等學(xué)校辦學(xué)特色方面開展了大量的研究,也取得了一定的研究成果,但是這些研究多集中在對辦學(xué)特色的概念、內(nèi)涵、特征、主要內(nèi)容、影響因素以及辦學(xué)特色建設(shè)措施方面的探討,許多理論有待于進一步證實。因此,加強省屬本科院校辦學(xué)特色方面的研究,對于促進我國高等院校辦學(xué)特色的建設(shè)具有重要意義。 本文在研究過程中采用文獻法、政策文本分析法、個案研究法等從以下幾個方面開展研究。首先,在分析國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,對我國大學(xué)辦學(xué)特色建設(shè)的萌芽階段和發(fā)展階段的特征予以了分析,并分析了大學(xué)辦學(xué)特色建設(shè)與形成的3種主要模式:自發(fā)模式、核心領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人模式和外力作用模式,進而提出和分析了大學(xué)辦學(xué)特色的主要影響因素、考察標(biāo)準(zhǔn);然后,選取4所湖南省屬本科院校作為研究對象,從辦學(xué)理念、學(xué)科專業(yè)建設(shè)、人才培養(yǎng)模式、校園文化四個維度對其辦學(xué)特色現(xiàn)狀進行調(diào)查分析,探討了其在形成辦學(xué)特色過程中的成功之處及不足,并從教育管理體制、辦學(xué)傳統(tǒng)、學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者三個方面分析了其缺乏辦學(xué)特色的主要原因;最后,從凝煉獨特的辦學(xué)理念、培育學(xué)科專業(yè)特色、創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)模式、構(gòu)建特色校園文化四個方面提出加強湖南省屬本科院校辦學(xué)特色建設(shè)的建議。通過本課題的研究,其成果可為我國高等學(xué)校辦學(xué)特色的建設(shè)提供一定的理論和實踐依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Under the background of internationalization of higher education, strengthening the characteristics of running schools is the key to improve the international competitiveness of higher education in China. "characteristic item" is also regarded as an important evaluation index in the Evaluation Program of undergraduate Teaching level in Colleges and Universities. It can be seen that the characteristics of running schools have become the core problem in the reform and development of higher education in our country. However, at present, the colleges and universities in our country are in a state of limited competition, and the phenomenon of running schools is becoming more and more common. The historical school-running tradition and school leaders are the main factors restricting and influencing the formation of the characteristics of higher education. Although domestic scholars have carried out a great deal of research on the characteristics of running a university in the past, they have also made certain achievements, but most of these studies have focused on the concept, connotation, characteristics and main contents of the characteristics of running a school. Many theories need to be further proved. Therefore, it is of great significance to strengthen the research on the characteristics of running colleges and universities of provincial colleges and universities in order to promote the construction of the characteristics of running colleges and universities in our country. In the course of the research, this paper adopts the literature method, the policy text analysis method and the case study method to carry out the research from the following aspects. First of all, on the basis of analyzing the related research results at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the characteristics of the budding stage and the developing stage of the characteristic construction of university running in our country. This paper also analyzes the three main modes of the construction and formation of university characteristics: spontaneous mode, core leader model and external force mode, and then puts forward and analyzes the main influencing factors of the characteristics of running a university, and inspects the standards. Four colleges and universities of Hunan Province are selected as the research object. The present situation of the school running characteristics is investigated and analyzed from four dimensions: the idea of running a school, the construction of discipline and specialty, the mode of talent training, and the campus culture. This paper probes into its success and shortcomings in the process of forming the characteristics of running a school, and analyzes the main reasons for its lack of the characteristics of running a school from three aspects: the educational management system, the tradition of running a school, and the leaders of the school, and finally, from the point of view of condensing the unique idea of running a school, In this paper, the author puts forward some suggestions on how to strengthen the characteristic construction of colleges and universities in Hunan Province from four aspects: cultivating the specialty of subject and specialty, innovating the training mode of talents and constructing the characteristic campus culture. Through the research of this subject, the results can provide certain theoretical and practical basis for the construction of the characteristics of running colleges and universities in China.
