【摘要】：志愿服務(wù)是人類社會(huì)利他精神的體現(xiàn)，是一項(xiàng)高尚的社會(huì)行為和一項(xiàng)重要的公益事業(yè)；它在彌補(bǔ)公共服務(wù)的縫隙、促進(jìn)社會(huì)團(tuán)結(jié)穩(wěn)定、加強(qiáng)青年社會(huì)化以及塑造公民文化、服務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)等方面都發(fā)揮了積極作用，對(duì)于推進(jìn)社會(huì)進(jìn)步具有重要意義。近些年，隨著越來越多的國際體育賽事活動(dòng)在我國的舉辦，其對(duì)志愿服務(wù)的需求與日俱增，大量的志愿者投身于這種志愿服務(wù)中，其中高校學(xué)生成為志愿服務(wù)者中的重要組成部分，他們的表現(xiàn)受到了社會(huì)越來越多的關(guān)注；并且高校大學(xué)生參與志愿服務(wù)不僅受到社會(huì)的普遍支持和高度認(rèn)可。“奉獻(xiàn)、友愛、互助、進(jìn)步”的志愿精神不僅僅符合大學(xué)生思想政治教育的主旋律，更加體現(xiàn)與時(shí)俱進(jìn)和青春氣息，使大學(xué)生更加容易接受。 高校思想政治教育工作需要借助一定的載體才能對(duì)教育對(duì)象發(fā)揮作用。志愿服務(wù)行為自身的特點(diǎn)使它成為加強(qiáng)高校大學(xué)生思想政治教育實(shí)效性的新型重要載體。通過參與志愿服務(wù)的活動(dòng)，大學(xué)生們提升了自身價(jià)值觀，培養(yǎng)了自身思想品質(zhì)；這些都對(duì)大學(xué)生將來走進(jìn)社會(huì)之后盡快地融入社會(huì)大有裨益。因此，高校大學(xué)生參與志愿服務(wù)已經(jīng)成為高校思想政治教育工作的積極推動(dòng)力量。高校思想政治工作也期望借助大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)活動(dòng)加強(qiáng)高校思想政治工作的可行性、實(shí)效性。本文以此為實(shí)踐和理論背景，探討高校志愿服務(wù)如何更加有效地推進(jìn)高校學(xué)生思想政治工作的進(jìn)行。本文共分為三章： 論文第一章講述了“高校志愿服務(wù)對(duì)增強(qiáng)大學(xué)生思想政治教育實(shí)效研究的問題與現(xiàn)狀”。這一章首先分析了我國目前高校志愿服務(wù)與學(xué)生思想政治教育實(shí)效研究的現(xiàn)狀為，高校志愿服務(wù)對(duì)于推進(jìn)學(xué)生思想政治教育實(shí)效性的制度保障欠缺；以及高校志愿服務(wù)與學(xué)生思想政治教育實(shí)效研究的專業(yè)性針對(duì)性不夠深入。接下來，針對(duì)目前研究現(xiàn)狀分析總結(jié)出高校志愿服務(wù)與學(xué)生思想政治教育實(shí)效研究的問題有：對(duì)高校志愿服務(wù)的定位研究存在偏差；高校志愿服務(wù)缺少相應(yīng)合理的評(píng)價(jià)與激勵(lì)機(jī)制；高校志愿服務(wù)缺少作為思想政治教育重要實(shí)踐陣地的長效穩(wěn)定的管理機(jī)制等。這些分析和總結(jié)，為下文提出具體對(duì)策機(jī)制分析打下了基礎(chǔ)。 論文第二章進(jìn)行了“高校志愿服務(wù)對(duì)增強(qiáng)大學(xué)生思想政治教育實(shí)效性的對(duì)策機(jī)制分析”。這是文章的主體部分，與上一章相對(duì)應(yīng)，這一章首先針對(duì)對(duì)志愿服務(wù)的定位問題解析了傳統(tǒng)觀念對(duì)志愿服務(wù)的看法，分析了志愿服務(wù)的利他動(dòng)機(jī)，并糾正了傳統(tǒng)觀念中對(duì)志愿服務(wù)的錯(cuò)誤理解，最后解析了志愿服務(wù)激勵(lì)不當(dāng)產(chǎn)生的不公平感。接下來文章提出要對(duì)高校志愿服務(wù)進(jìn)行的團(tuán)體組織與技能培訓(xùn)——包括熱情與技能培養(yǎng)、團(tuán)隊(duì)精神的養(yǎng)成以及品牌意識(shí)的形成。對(duì)于形成高校志愿服務(wù)對(duì)學(xué)生思想政治教育長效機(jī)制，文章分析了高校志愿服務(wù)對(duì)學(xué)生思想政治教育難以產(chǎn)生長效激勵(lì)的原因，進(jìn)行了高校學(xué)生群體的道德素質(zhì)的特殊性分析，從而進(jìn)行了高校志愿服務(wù)激勵(lì)機(jī)制的制度設(shè)計(jì)。 論文最后一章“高校志愿服務(wù)對(duì)增強(qiáng)大學(xué)生思想政治教育實(shí)際案例分析”介紹了在我國2008年北京奧運(yùn)期間和2010年上海世博會(huì)期間的高校大學(xué)生志愿服務(wù)的特點(diǎn)，以及對(duì)于非志愿者不愿參加志愿活動(dòng)的心理訪談。這一章通過分析得出，在我國08奧運(yùn)期間，是我國高校大學(xué)生志愿者首次參與到大型國際賽事的志愿服務(wù)中來，光榮感和奉獻(xiàn)精神成為志愿活動(dòng)的首要?jiǎng)訖C(jī)；到了2010上海世博期間，由于積累了豐富的志愿服務(wù)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)和組織技巧，，這次志愿服務(wù)通過更為廣泛的招募上海高校大學(xué)生參與的同時(shí)，進(jìn)行了更為周密的立法支持與保障，同時(shí)高校大學(xué)生志愿者參與的心理動(dòng)機(jī)也更多的轉(zhuǎn)化為追求個(gè)人的自我實(shí)現(xiàn)，自我價(jià)值，實(shí)現(xiàn)豐富的人生目標(biāo)。這一轉(zhuǎn)化表明，我國志愿服務(wù)的實(shí)踐有了一定的成熟化過程。文章還分析了在對(duì)14名被訪談的非志愿者的談話反映出來的目前志愿服務(wù)尚存的一些引人深思的問題與警示。
[Abstract]:Voluntary service is the embodiment of the altruistic spirit of human society, a noble social behavior and an important public welfare undertakings. It plays an active role in making up the gap of public service, promoting social solidarity and stability, strengthening the socialization of youth and shaping the culture of citizens, serving the economic construction and so on. It has a great effect on promoting social progress. In recent years, as more and more international sports events have been held in China, the demand for volunteer services is increasing, and a large number of volunteers are involved in this volunteer service, among which college students become an important part of the volunteer service, and their performance has attracted more and more attention from the society; And college students' participation in volunteer service is not only widely supported and highly recognized by the society. The volunteerism of "dedication, friendship, mutual help and progress" is not only in line with the theme of the ideological and political education of college students, but also reflects the progress of the times and the atmosphere of youth, so that college students are more easily accepted.
The ideological and political education in Colleges and universities needs a certain carrier to play a role in the object of education. The characteristics of voluntary service behavior make it a new and important carrier to strengthen the effectiveness of College Students' Ideological and political education. By participating in voluntary service activities, college students have promoted their own values and trained their own ideas. Quality is of great benefit to the integration of college students into society as soon as possible. Therefore, college students' participation in volunteering has become a positive driving force for ideological and political education in Colleges and universities. The ideological and political work in Colleges and universities also hopes to strengthen the ideological and political work of colleges and Universities with the help of College Students' volunteer service activities. This paper, based on the practical and theoretical background, discusses how college volunteer service can promote the ideological and political work of college students more effectively. This paper is divided into three chapters.
The first chapter of the paper describes the problems and current situation of college volunteer service to enhance the effectiveness of College Students' Ideological and political education. This chapter first analyzes the present situation of the study of the actual effect of college volunteer service and students' Ideological and political education, and the institutional guarantee of college volunteer service for promoting the effectiveness of students' Ideological and political education. Lack of research on the effectiveness of college volunteer service and students' Ideological and political education. Then, in view of the current research status, the problems of college volunteer service and students' Ideological and political education are summarized as follows: there is a deviation in the study of the orientation of voluntary service in Colleges and universities, and the lack of voluntary service in Colleges and universities. Less reasonable evaluation and incentive mechanism; the lack of voluntary service in Colleges and universities as a long-term and stable management mechanism for the important practical positions of Ideological and political education. These analyses and summaries have laid the foundation for the analysis of specific countermeasures mechanism below.
The second chapter of the paper has carried out "the analysis of the countermeasures mechanism of college volunteer service to enhance the effectiveness of College Students' Ideological and political education". This is the main part of the article, which corresponds to the previous chapter. This chapter first analyzes the traditional concept of voluntary service and analyzes the altruistic motivation of voluntary service. And correct the wrong understanding of the volunteer service in the traditional concept, and finally analyze the unfairness of the voluntary service. The following article puts forward the organization and skill training for the volunteer service in Colleges and universities, including the training of enthusiasm and skill, the formation of team spirit and the formation of brand consciousness. The long effect mechanism of school volunteer service to students' Ideological and political education, the article analyses the reasons that college volunteer service can not produce long effect incentive for students' Ideological and political education, and carries out the special analysis of the moral quality of the college student group, thus the system design of the incentive mechanism of college volunteer service is carried out.
The last chapter of the paper "the analysis of the actual cases of college volunteer service to enhance the ideological and political education of college students" introduces the characteristics of College Students' volunteer service during the 2008 Beijing Olympics in China and World Expo in Shanghai in 2010, as well as psychological interviews with non volunteers who do not want to participate in voluntary activities. In the period of 08 Olympic Games in China, it is the first time that college students volunteer to participate in the voluntary service of large international competitions. The sense of honor and dedication become the primary motivation of voluntary activities. During the period of the 2010 Shanghai Expo, the volunteer service has passed through the rich volunteer service management experience and organizational skills. At the same time, the extensive recruitment of college students in Shanghai has carried out more thoughtful legislative support and security. Meanwhile, the psychological motivation of College Students' volunteer participation is more transformed into the pursuit of personal self realization, self value, and rich life goal. This transformation shows that the practice of voluntary service in China has a certain extent. The article also analyzes some thought-provoking questions and warnings about the present volunteer service, which is reflected by 14 interviews of non volunteer conversations.
