【摘要】：大學(xué)教師學(xué)術(shù)創(chuàng)新力是指大學(xué)教師在學(xué)術(shù)研究中的推陳出新,是做出跟別人不一樣的且具有價(jià)值事情的能力。大學(xué)教師學(xué)術(shù)創(chuàng)新力是大學(xué)教師創(chuàng)新力的重要組成部分。通過(guò)訪談,我們認(rèn)為大學(xué)人事制度——比如資格配置機(jī)制、遴選聘用機(jī)制、考核評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)制和激勵(lì)保障機(jī)制是大學(xué)教師學(xué)術(shù)創(chuàng)新力的主要影響因素。另外,大學(xué)教師知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)單一、青年教師物質(zhì)待遇低以及高校行政化和學(xué)術(shù)功利化的不利環(huán)境是影響大學(xué)教師學(xué)術(shù)創(chuàng)新力的不利因素。
[Abstract]:The academic innovation ability of university teachers refers to the ability of university teachers to bring forth new ideas in academic research and to do different and valuable things. The academic innovation ability of university teachers is an important part of the innovation ability of university teachers. Through interviews, we think that university personnel system-such as qualification allocation mechanism, selection and employment mechanism, evaluation mechanism and incentive guarantee mechanism, are the main influencing factors of academic innovation ability of university teachers. In addition, the single knowledge structure of university teachers, the low material treatment of young teachers and the unfavorable environment of university administration and academic utilitarianism are the unfavorable factors that affect the academic innovation ability of university teachers.
