【摘要】：改革開放三十年來，我國的產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作取得了豐碩的成果。但從整體上來講我國的自主創(chuàng)新能力依然比較薄弱，產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作的潛力還沒有真正發(fā)揮出來。在知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)和經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的新形勢(shì)下，傳統(tǒng)的產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作模式已經(jīng)不能適應(yīng)當(dāng)今經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)發(fā)展需要，必須從戰(zhàn)略、組織和制度層面進(jìn)行改革和創(chuàng)新。產(chǎn)學(xué)研戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟就是產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作的一種新模式和發(fā)展新階段，它是從戰(zhàn)略的角度和組織的視角，推動(dòng)產(chǎn)、學(xué)、研三方建立長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定的聯(lián)盟，從而為我國建設(shè)創(chuàng)新型國家提供新的戰(zhàn)略路徑。 本文在分析產(chǎn)學(xué)研戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的內(nèi)涵、特點(diǎn)、發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及存在問題的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合典型案例首先探討了產(chǎn)學(xué)研戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的兩種基本模式——契約式和股權(quán)式模式；然后，采用博弈論方法，，從有限次和無限次重復(fù)博弈兩個(gè)視角，剖析了產(chǎn)學(xué)研戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟不穩(wěn)定性的原因；接著，探討了產(chǎn)學(xué)研戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的共贏機(jī)制；最后，提出了促進(jìn)產(chǎn)學(xué)研戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟發(fā)展的若干政策建議。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up 30 years ago, the cooperation of industry, university and research in our country has achieved fruitful results. But on the whole, the independent innovation ability of our country is still weak, the potential of the cooperation of industry, college and research has not really been brought into full play. Under the new situation of knowledge economy and economic globalization, the traditional mode of cooperation between industry, university and research can not meet the needs of economic and social development. Therefore, it is necessary to reform and innovate from the level of strategy, organization and system. The strategic alliance between industry, university and research is a new model and a new stage of development of industry, university and research. It is to promote the establishment of a long-term and stable alliance between industry, learning and research from the perspective of strategy and organization. In order to provide a new strategic path for China to build an innovative country. On the basis of analyzing the connotation, characteristics, development status and existing problems of the strategic alliance of industry, college and research, this paper first discusses two basic models of the strategic alliance of industry, education and research, namely, contract mode and equity mode, and then discusses the two basic models of the strategic alliance of industry, education and research. Using the game theory method, this paper analyzes the reasons for the instability of the strategic alliance between industry, college and research from the perspective of limited and infinite repeated game. Then, it discusses the win-win mechanism of the strategic alliance. Some policy suggestions are put forward to promote the development of strategic alliance of industry, university and research.
