【摘要】：二戰(zhàn)之前，，受“國家主義”思潮的影響，日本的私立大學(xué)一度舉步維艱，面臨著很多的發(fā)展問題，這些問題既有來自外部的政府控制，也有私立大學(xué)自身的生源、師資和經(jīng)費(fèi)等問題，這些問題既是阻礙私立大學(xué)進(jìn)一步發(fā)展的重要因素，也是戰(zhàn)后初期私立大學(xué)改革的重要內(nèi)容。 戰(zhàn)后初期，日本政府進(jìn)行了政治和經(jīng)濟(jì)方面的民主改革，作為整個(gè)社會民主化改革的一部分，私立大學(xué)的改革也被提上日程，改革包括新制大學(xué)的建立、短期大學(xué)的設(shè)置以及政府對私立大學(xué)的應(yīng)急性資助等內(nèi)容，這些改革在一定程度上促進(jìn)了私立大學(xué)的發(fā)展，為戰(zhàn)后日本的經(jīng)濟(jì)振興和發(fā)展，貢獻(xiàn)了一份教育的力量。同時(shí)，私立大學(xué)的繁榮和發(fā)展，也大大促進(jìn)了日本高等教育大眾化的進(jìn)程。 日本私立大學(xué)發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，尤其是戰(zhàn)后初期這一階段的改革經(jīng)驗(yàn)，對我國民辦高等教育，在教育立法、管理機(jī)制、經(jīng)費(fèi)籌措等方面，有著很好的啟示和借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Before World War II, under the influence of the trend of "nationalism", Japan's private universities were once struggling and faced with many development problems, both from outside government control and from private universities' own student resources. The problems of teachers and funds are not only the important factors that hinder the further development of private universities, but also the important contents of the reform of private universities in the early postwar period. In the early postwar period, the Japanese government carried out political and economic democratic reforms. As part of the reform of democratization of the whole society, the reform of private universities was also put on the agenda, including the establishment of new universities. These reforms promoted the development of private universities to a certain extent and contributed to the development of Japanese economy after the war. At the same time, the prosperity and development of private universities greatly promoted the process of popularization of higher education in Japan. The experience of the development of Japanese private universities, especially the experience of reform in the early postwar period, has a good enlightenment and reference significance for the private higher education in our country in the aspects of educational legislation, management mechanism, financing and so on.
