【摘要】：大學(xué)的靈魂是學(xué)術(shù)，學(xué)術(shù)性是大學(xué)與生俱來的本質(zhì)屬性。縱覽世界頂級大學(xué)的崛起，無不得益于其長期積淀形成的學(xué)術(shù)至上大學(xué)理念，以及基于大學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)屬性所構(gòu)建的現(xiàn)代大學(xué)制度。它們以理念為先，以學(xué)術(shù)為本，以治校為業(yè)，以崇尚學(xué)術(shù)的良善制度，持續(xù)引領(lǐng)大學(xué)問鼎世界一流之巔。中國高等教育在經(jīng)歷了近30年大改革、大發(fā)展、大提高階段以后，已進(jìn)入全面提高高等教育質(zhì)量的攻堅(jiān)階段。如何以堅(jiān)守大學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)屬性的思想理念為指導(dǎo)完善中國特色現(xiàn)代大學(xué)制度，是事關(guān)我國高等教育改革與發(fā)展的重大理論與現(xiàn)實(shí)問題。 本研究從堅(jiān)守大學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)屬性的視角，以崇尚大學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)精神為主線，以高等教育基本原理、高等教育哲學(xué)思想為理論指導(dǎo)，運(yùn)用論證性的寫作手法，鮮明地提出堅(jiān)守大學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)屬性是中國大學(xué)不斷實(shí)現(xiàn)自我超越從而走向卓越的本然生存邏輯。筆者在廣泛閱覽、深入研讀并深刻分析中外文獻(xiàn)資料的基礎(chǔ)上，，以歷史縱覽的維度探尋并對比分析中西方現(xiàn)代大學(xué)制度構(gòu)建伊始的精神傳統(tǒng)，用大量的史料考證出現(xiàn)代大學(xué)制度正是以其崇尚學(xué)術(shù)的精神傳統(tǒng)在大學(xué)的歷史演進(jìn)中日臻完善，而崇尚學(xué)術(shù)的精神傳統(tǒng)也驗(yàn)證了學(xué)術(shù)是大學(xué)的本然生存邏輯與其問鼎世界一流之巔的根本。 本研究以對“大學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)屬性”和“現(xiàn)代大學(xué)制度”的內(nèi)涵解讀和剖析論證為邏輯起點(diǎn)，通過闡明大學(xué)、學(xué)術(shù)、學(xué)者三方關(guān)系，層層深入地表明本文的核心觀點(diǎn)“學(xué)術(shù)性是大學(xué)的本質(zhì)屬性”。通過分析現(xiàn)代大學(xué)制度與大學(xué)相依相存的密切關(guān)系提出大學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)屬性的維護(hù)離不開現(xiàn)代大學(xué)制度的保駕護(hù)航，歸納分析出當(dāng)前學(xué)術(shù)界對現(xiàn)代大學(xué)制度基于外鑠與內(nèi)生、理想與現(xiàn)實(shí)以及政治論與認(rèn)識論三重維度的討論，并對“基于大學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)屬性的現(xiàn)代大學(xué)制度”的合理性進(jìn)行了立論分析。在此基礎(chǔ)上，從歷史縱覽的維度，本研究考證分析出中西方現(xiàn)代大學(xué)制度的構(gòu)建伊始，均是以崇尚學(xué)術(shù)的精神傳統(tǒng)為其共性所在：西方現(xiàn)代大學(xué)制度彰顯了大學(xué)自治、學(xué)術(shù)自由、教授治校的大學(xué)精神傳統(tǒng)；我國現(xiàn)代大學(xué)制度傳承了潛心向?qū)W的書院精神、中體西用的治學(xué)思想、學(xué)術(shù)至上等大學(xué)精神傳統(tǒng)，此外，本文分析指出“外儒內(nèi)道”的哲學(xué)思想，是我國現(xiàn)代大學(xué)制度肇始的精神本原。為構(gòu)建基于大學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)屬性的現(xiàn)代大學(xué)制度提供現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù)，本文用鮮活的例證分析指出我國現(xiàn)代大學(xué)制度構(gòu)建過程中大學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)性的缺失表象：浮躁、僵化與禁錮自由的學(xué)術(shù)文化氛圍和功利化、行政化的制度導(dǎo)向成為制約中國大學(xué)發(fā)展的核心瓶頸；本文從理念、歷史、社會三個(gè)維度探究指出當(dāng)前我國現(xiàn)代大學(xué)制度失靈的根源：一是學(xué)術(shù)傳統(tǒng)理念的缺失導(dǎo)致大學(xué)崇尚學(xué)術(shù)精神的本土化程度不高；二是學(xué)術(shù)理想與學(xué)術(shù)現(xiàn)實(shí)存在偏差；三是功利化、行政化的社會現(xiàn)實(shí)與大學(xué)本應(yīng)有面目的差距難以彌合。在以上系統(tǒng)分析論證的基礎(chǔ)上，本文從理念與現(xiàn)實(shí)兩個(gè)層面分別論述基于大學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)屬性的現(xiàn)代大學(xué)制度建設(shè)的思想根基與對策選擇：指出堅(jiān)守西方“大學(xué)自治、學(xué)術(shù)自由、教授治校”的思想理念，秉持中國“外儒內(nèi)道”辯證統(tǒng)一的哲學(xué)思想是我國現(xiàn)代大學(xué)制度建設(shè)的思想根基；提出營造濃厚的學(xué)術(shù)文化氛圍、建設(shè)自由良善的制度環(huán)境、建立以學(xué)術(shù)為導(dǎo)向的制度體系是我國現(xiàn)代大學(xué)制度建設(shè)的對策選擇。進(jìn)而得出結(jié)論，基于大學(xué)學(xué)屬性的現(xiàn)代大學(xué)制度是統(tǒng)攝高等教育改革發(fā)展全局的根本，也是高等教育質(zhì)量提升的根本。故此我們必須通過創(chuàng)新高等教育體制機(jī)制，建設(shè)基于大學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)屬性的現(xiàn)代大學(xué)制度，解決高等教育質(zhì)量提升的深層次問題，使大學(xué)保持良好的發(fā)展態(tài)勢，使中國大學(xué)涵養(yǎng)出更多具有學(xué)術(shù)創(chuàng)新精神的杰出人才，使中國大學(xué)矯健前行實(shí)現(xiàn)自我超越從而走向卓越。
[Abstract]:The spirit of the university is academic and academic is the essential attribute of the university . In view of the rise of the top universities in the world , it has not benefited from the academic top university idea formed by its long - term accumulation , and the modern university system based on the university academic property .

Based on the extensive reading , deep study and profound analysis of Chinese and foreign literature materials , the author points out that the modern university system is gradually perfected in the historical evolution of the university , and the academic spirit tradition also validates that the academic is the foundation of the university ' s survival logic and the top of the world .

Based on the analysis of the relationship between the modern university system and the university , the author analyzes the rationality of the modern university system based on the relationship between the modern university system and the university .
The modern university system of our country inherits the spirit of the university spirit , such as the spirit of the core , the school of Chinese and western medicine , the academic first and so on . In addition , this paper points out that the philosophical thought of " external Confucianism " is the original spirit of the modern university system . In order to construct the modern university system based on the university academic property , this paper points out the missing representation of university academic character in the construction of modern university system .
From the three dimensions of concept , history and society , this paper points out the causes of the failure of modern university system in our country : Firstly , the lack of academic tradition leads to the high degree of localization of the academic spirit of the university .
Second , there is deviation between academic ideal and academic reality ;
Based on the above system analysis and demonstration , this paper discusses the ideological roots and countermeasures of modern university system construction based on university academic attributes from the perspectives of concept and reality .
Therefore , it is necessary to construct a modern university system based on academic attributes to solve the deep problem of improving the quality of higher education .
