【摘要】：大學(xué)校園穩(wěn)定是我們建設(shè)和諧社會的晴雨表。加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生群體突發(fā)事件的控制和干預(yù)，是防范社會危機(jī)與政治危機(jī)的一項(xiàng)重要內(nèi)容。我國大學(xué)生突發(fā)事件管理的研究起步晚，成果不多，且理論性不夠全面、系統(tǒng)性不夠完整，，尚未形成相對成熟的研究體系。 本文在研究前人成果的基礎(chǔ)上，以江西南昌某工科性大學(xué)本科生和研究生群體為研究對象，對大學(xué)生群體突發(fā)事件的形成機(jī)理和預(yù)警機(jī)制進(jìn)行了探討，為構(gòu)建和諧校園提供理論支持。 本文理論分析與實(shí)證調(diào)查相結(jié)合，采用文獻(xiàn)研究法、訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法、統(tǒng)計(jì)分析方法、情景分析法及其它相關(guān)方法進(jìn)行研究。 本文內(nèi)容從以下幾個(gè)方面展開：從大學(xué)生群體突發(fā)事件形成背景、形成的原因、演化流程三個(gè)視角對大學(xué)生群體突發(fā)事件形成進(jìn)行了分析；利用因子分析法對影響大學(xué)生群體突發(fā)事件的主要因子進(jìn)行提取，確定了大學(xué)生群體突發(fā)事件的主要影響要素，并針對這些影響要素提出了相應(yīng)的對策；利用方差分析法，對不同學(xué)生群體的要素的相關(guān)性評價(jià)進(jìn)行了差異性分析，為有效實(shí)施危機(jī)監(jiān)控、預(yù)警、控制、干預(yù)等提出了理論依據(jù)；在上述分析的基礎(chǔ)上，利用情景分析法，以某工科大學(xué)生群體為分析對象，對大學(xué)生群體突發(fā)事件預(yù)警機(jī)制進(jìn)行了研究，并提出了相應(yīng)的對策，為構(gòu)建和諧校園提供理論支持。 通過調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)分析，提取了5項(xiàng)重要因子，同時(shí)得出了不同類別學(xué)生群體對群體突發(fā)事件不同影響因素認(rèn)識顯著性差異。 加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生群體突發(fā)事件預(yù)防的對策為情景分析制度化；爭取管理者，減少和摒除影響因素；強(qiáng)調(diào)影響因素的差異性，加強(qiáng)心理危機(jī)干預(yù)。
[Abstract]:University campus stability is our barometer of building a harmonious society. It is an important content to prevent social and political crises to strengthen the control and intervention of college students'group emergencies. The research on the emergency management of college students in our country started late, the results are not much, and the theory is not comprehensive enough, the system is not complete enough, and has not yet formed a relatively mature research system. On the basis of the previous research results, this paper discusses the formation mechanism and early warning mechanism of the unexpected events of the undergraduates and graduate students of a certain engineering university in Nanchang, Jiangxi Province. To provide theoretical support for the construction of a harmonious campus. This paper combines the theoretical analysis with the empirical investigation, and uses literature research, interview, questionnaire, statistical analysis, situational analysis and other related methods to study. The content of this paper is from the following aspects: from the background of the formation of college students' group emergencies, the causes of formation, evolution of the process of three perspectives to analyze the formation of college students' group emergencies; Using factor analysis method to extract the main factors that affect the college students' group emergencies, determine the main influencing factors of the college students' group emergencies, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures for these factors. This paper makes a difference analysis on the correlation evaluation of the elements of different student groups, and puts forward the theoretical basis for the effective implementation of crisis monitoring, early warning, control, intervention, etc. On the basis of the above analysis, the paper makes use of the situational analysis method. Taking an engineering college student group as the analysis object, this paper studies the early warning mechanism of the college students' group emergency, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to provide theoretical support for the construction of a harmonious campus. Through the analysis of survey data, five important factors were extracted, and the significant differences in understanding of different influencing factors of group emergencies among different groups of students were obtained at the same time. The countermeasures to strengthen the prevention of college students' group emergencies are institutionalization of situational analysis; striving for managers to reduce and eliminate the influence factors; emphasizing the difference of influencing factors; strengthening psychological crisis intervention.
