【摘要】：本文以河北省高校民族傳統(tǒng)體育專業(yè)學生就業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀為出發(fā)點進行分析與研究，，就業(yè)問題關系著國家經(jīng)濟建設、社會穩(wěn)定和人民群眾的根本利益，關系到高等教育的持續(xù)健康協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展，關系我們黨的執(zhí)政能力建設。河北省是武術大省，省內(nèi)的體育院校是培養(yǎng)高級體育專業(yè)人才的基地，隨著招生規(guī)模的擴大,學生就業(yè)形勢更加嚴峻，一些不利于學生就業(yè)的因素逐漸呈現(xiàn)出來，突出表現(xiàn)在，武術與民族傳統(tǒng)體育武術專業(yè)是非師范專業(yè)，然而開設的技術專項課程基本上是套路和散打，教學內(nèi)容單調(diào)，武術與民族傳統(tǒng)體育中其它精彩項目如舞龍舞獅、摔跤等項目涉及較少，并且課程的設置完全按照師范專業(yè)的教學模式培養(yǎng)。做好河北省武術與民族傳統(tǒng)體育專業(yè)畢業(yè)生就業(yè)工作，就必須認真研究該專業(yè)畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)現(xiàn)狀、畢業(yè)生流向、社會需求動向，就業(yè)特點、以及影響畢業(yè)生就業(yè)的因素和對策研究。掌握社會對人才需求的第一手資料，有利于體育院校根據(jù)市場需求，有針對性的培養(yǎng)人才，能夠有機的結合實際情況有針對性地開展就業(yè)指導工作。 本文以現(xiàn)實需要為出發(fā)點，運用文獻資料法、調(diào)查法、邏輯分析法和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法，在當前大學生就業(yè)形勢嚴峻的背景下，以民族傳統(tǒng)體育專業(yè)畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)情況為切入點進行研究。通過對河北省高校武術與民族傳統(tǒng)體育專業(yè)2011至2013屆的畢業(yè)生就業(yè)資料和畢業(yè)流向的研究，為河北省武術與民族傳統(tǒng)體育專業(yè)新一屆的畢業(yè)生了解人才市場需求信息，發(fā)現(xiàn)當前民族傳統(tǒng)體育專業(yè)學生就業(yè)時存在的問題，并提出相應的解決對策，總而使學生樹立新的擇業(yè)觀，增強擇業(yè)意識和競爭意識，樹立就業(yè)信心，順利完成就業(yè)，從而更好的成才、更好的為社會主義現(xiàn)代化建設服務，為畢業(yè)生在擇業(yè)過程中能順利找到最佳立足點打下良好的基礎，使體育院校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)走向規(guī)范化、法制化、制度化的軌道提供幫助。 通過研究得出以下結論： 1.河北省高校民族傳統(tǒng)體育專業(yè)畢業(yè)的學生，所面臨的就業(yè)形勢較為嚴峻，所學專業(yè)的就業(yè)面較窄。 2.河北省高校民族傳統(tǒng)體育專業(yè)畢業(yè)的學生，需要加強對社會就業(yè)形勢的嚴峻程度的認識。 3.河北省高校民族傳統(tǒng)體育專業(yè)畢業(yè)的學生，大部分的學生期望畢業(yè)后能進入收入相對穩(wěn)定的國家機關、事業(yè)單位，從事公務員、教師的職業(yè)。 4.影響河北省高校民族傳統(tǒng)體育專業(yè)畢業(yè)的學生就業(yè)的原因主要有社會因素、家庭的因素、學校的因素以及個人的因素。 5.針對就業(yè)形勢嚴峻的現(xiàn)狀，需要通過學生自身提高個人的綜合能力，學校繼續(xù)加強就業(yè)指導的工作并與市場需求的銜接并不斷完善專業(yè)的課程設置，以及政府相關職能部門的一系列調(diào)控和監(jiān)管，提高河北省高校民族傳統(tǒng)體育專業(yè)學生的就業(yè)率。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis and study of the present situation of employment of traditional sports students in Hebei Province, the employment problem is related to the national economic construction, social stability and the fundamental interests of the people. It is related to the sustainable and healthy development of higher education and the construction of our Party's governing ability. Hebei Province is a large province of martial arts, and sports colleges and universities in the province are the bases for training senior sports professionals. With the expansion of the enrollment scale, the employment situation of students becomes more severe, and some factors that are not conducive to students' employment are gradually emerging. Martial arts and traditional national sports martial arts is a non-normal major, but the technical special courses are basically routine and Sanda, the teaching content is monotonous, martial arts and traditional national sports in other wonderful events such as dragon and lion dance, Wrestling and other events involved less, and the curriculum is completely in accordance with the normal professional teaching model. To do a good job in the employment of graduates majoring in martial arts and traditional national sports in Hebei Province, we must seriously study the present employment situation, the direction of graduates, the trend of social demand, and the characteristics of employment. As well as the factors and countermeasures that affect the employment of graduates. Mastering the first-hand information of the society's demand for talents is helpful for physical education colleges to cultivate talents according to the market demand, and can organically combine with the actual situation to carry out the employment guidance work. This article takes the realistic need as the starting point, uses the literature material method, the investigation method, the logic analysis method and the mathematical statistics method, under the present university student employment situation austere background, Take the national tradition sports major graduate's employment situation as the breakthrough point to carry on the research. Based on the study of the employment data and graduation direction of graduates from 2011 to 2013 of martial arts and traditional national sports major in Hebei Province, this paper aims to understand the market information of talents for the graduates of the new class of martial arts and traditional national sports major in Hebei Province. This paper finds out the problems existing in the employment of the students majoring in traditional national sports at present, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, so that the students can establish a new concept of job selection, strengthen their sense of job selection and competition, build up their confidence in employment, and successfully complete their employment. So as to become a better talent, better serve the socialist modernization drive, lay a good foundation for graduates to find the best foothold in the course of choosing a job, and make the employment of the graduates of physical education colleges and universities to be standardized and legalized. The institutionalized track helps. The following conclusions were drawn from the study: 1. The employment situation of the college students who graduated from the traditional sports major in Hebei Province is severe, and the employment scope of the major is narrow. 2. It is necessary to strengthen the understanding of the severe degree of social employment for the college students majoring in traditional sports in Hebei province. 3. The majority of the college students majoring in traditional national sports in Hebei province expect to enter the state organs and institutions with relatively stable income after graduation. They are engaged in the profession of civil servants and teachers. 4. There are social factors, family factors, school factors and personal factors that influence the employment of the students majoring in traditional sports major in Hebei Province. 5. In view of the grim employment situation, we need to improve the students' comprehensive ability, and the school should continue to strengthen the work of employment guidance, link up with the market demand and constantly improve the curriculum of the major. And a series of regulation and supervision of the relevant functional departments of the government to improve the employment rate of college students majoring in traditional national sports in Hebei Province.
