H大學(xué)本科生轉(zhuǎn)專業(yè)政策研究

【摘要】:2005年,H大學(xué)將新的轉(zhuǎn)專業(yè)政策納入學(xué)籍管理,自此以后H大學(xué)的轉(zhuǎn)專業(yè)政策開始出現(xiàn)一系列的變化。2007年,H大學(xué)在學(xué)籍管理基礎(chǔ)上出臺(tái)轉(zhuǎn)專業(yè)細(xì)則,將轉(zhuǎn)專業(yè)的條件、程序及管理做了具體明晰的說明。2010年,H大學(xué)開始實(shí)施新的學(xué)籍管理,其中轉(zhuǎn)專業(yè)方面也有了相應(yīng)的調(diào)整,轉(zhuǎn)專業(yè)條件、程序和管理更加寬松與人性化。從2005年至今,H大學(xué)的轉(zhuǎn)專業(yè)政策已走過了7個(gè)年頭,從最初的1人轉(zhuǎn)專業(yè)到2011年的55人轉(zhuǎn)專業(yè)。這不僅是轉(zhuǎn)專業(yè)學(xué)生數(shù)量的增加,還是轉(zhuǎn)專業(yè)政策從理論文件到與具體實(shí)際不斷磨合、逐漸完善的過程。 本文對(duì)H大學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)專業(yè)政策出臺(tái)的背景、轉(zhuǎn)專業(yè)政策的變化、轉(zhuǎn)專業(yè)政策的運(yùn)行、轉(zhuǎn)專業(yè)政策的運(yùn)行結(jié)果以及學(xué)生、學(xué)校對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)專業(yè)政策的反饋和評(píng)價(jià),都做了較為細(xì)致的探討,尤其是用政策分析方法對(duì)這些內(nèi)容做了動(dòng)態(tài)的研究,探究其中的變化及原因,用訪談法和問卷調(diào)查法考察學(xué)生對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)專業(yè)政策的反饋,旨在對(duì)H大學(xué)的轉(zhuǎn)專業(yè)政策做到深入全面的研究。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出H大學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)專業(yè)政策改進(jìn)的建議。本文的基本結(jié)構(gòu)是:第一章是緒論部分,介紹了本課題研究的背景和意義、國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀、研究方法、概念界定;第二章,探討H大學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)專業(yè)政策出臺(tái)的背景、歷史沿革;第三章,分析當(dāng)前H大學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)專業(yè)政策的內(nèi)容、執(zhí)行過程;第四章,分析H大學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)專業(yè)政策的實(shí)施結(jié)果和問題;第五章,提出如何改進(jìn)H大學(xué)的轉(zhuǎn)專業(yè)政策,更好滿足學(xué)生發(fā)展;第六章,總結(jié)和討論全文,概括文章的主旨,反思文章的不足。
[Abstract]:In 2005, HU brought the new policy of transferring majors into the management of student status. Since then, a series of changes have taken place in the policy of transferring majors. In 2007, HU issued the rules for transferring majors on the basis of the management of student status. The procedure and management have made the concrete clear explanation. In 2010, the university began to carry out the new student status management, its transference specialty aspect also had the corresponding adjustment, the transfer specialized condition, the procedure and the management were more relaxed and humanized. From 2005 to now, it has been 7 years since the transfer policy of H University, from the first one to 55 in 2011. This is not only the increase of the number of students, but also the gradual improvement of the policy from the theory document to the concrete reality. This paper makes a detailed discussion on the background of the policy, the change of the policy, the result of the policy, and the feedback and evaluation of the policy from the students and the school. In particular, it makes a dynamic study of these contents with the method of policy analysis, explores the changes and reasons, and investigates the feedback of students on the policy of transferring majors by means of interviews and questionnaires. The purpose of this paper is to conduct a thorough and comprehensive study on H University's policy of transferring majors. On the basis of this, the paper puts forward some suggestions for the policy improvement of H University. The basic structure of this paper is as follows: the first chapter is the introduction part, which introduces the background and significance of this research, the domestic and foreign research status, the research method, the concept definition, the second chapter, discusses the background, the historical evolution of the policy of H university to major; The third chapter analyzes the content and implementation process of the current policy of transferring from H university to major, the fourth chapter analyzes the implementation results and problems of the policy of transferring major in H university, the fifth chapter puts forward how to improve the policy of transferring major in H university to better meet the needs of students' development. The sixth chapter summarizes and discusses the full text, summarizes the main purpose of the article, reflects on the shortcomings of the article.
