【摘要】：法律碩士教育旨在為國家培養(yǎng)復合型、應用型法律實務人才,但是法律碩士人才培養(yǎng)的目標并未得到充分落實,法律碩士人才培養(yǎng)和法律職業(yè)沒有出現(xiàn)良好的聯(lián)系和互動。我國法律碩士人才培養(yǎng),在招生環(huán)節(jié)、過程管理以及學生就業(yè)等方面還存在很多問題,嚴重制約法律碩士人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的提高。把握目標、控制數(shù)量、提高質(zhì)量,應該是未來法律碩士人才培養(yǎng)機制改革的主導方向。探索合理的課程體系和考核方式,采用靈活多樣的教學方法,嚴把學位論文質(zhì)量關,規(guī)范學生日常管理等,是確保法律碩士人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的關鍵。
[Abstract]:The purpose of law master's education is to train the compound and applied legal practical talents for the country, but the goal of the legal master's training has not been fully implemented, and there is no good relationship and interaction between the legal master's training and the law profession. In our country, there are still many problems in the aspects of enrollment, process management and students' employment, which seriously restrict the improvement of the quality of legal master's training. Grasping the goal, controlling the quantity and improving the quality should be the leading direction of the reform of the training mechanism of law master in the future. It is the key to ensure the quality of legal master's talents to explore the reasonable course system and examination method, adopt flexible and diverse teaching methods, strictly control the quality of degree thesis, and standardize the daily management of students.
