大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)測評工作的問題和對策研究

【摘要】:大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)測評工作是對大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)發(fā)展水平和狀態(tài)的測量、分析和評價,通過測評,得出思想政治教育目標(biāo)的理想化狀態(tài)與實際狀態(tài)的差異,從而檢查與總結(jié)高校思想政治教育工作的實效性,加強和改進大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作,全面貫徹執(zhí)行黨的教育方針,全面提高大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì),促進大學(xué)生的成長與全面發(fā)展。 大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)測評工作是大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作的重要組成部分,是高校育人工作的一個有效手段和重要環(huán)節(jié)。高校對大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)進行科學(xué)的測評,能夠客觀、真實地反映大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)的狀況,從而促使高校自覺改進思想政治教育工作的方法、內(nèi)容甚至目標(biāo)。我國部分高校在大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)測評工作上花了不少心思,投入了一定的精力。但是,從實際情況來看,各高校的測評工作參差不齊,大部分高校的大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)測評工作仍存在一些問題,科學(xué)可行的工作體系并未建立,仍有進一步研究的必要。 本研究通過調(diào)查問卷、深度訪談,并結(jié)合自身的工作經(jīng)驗和體會,對當(dāng)前高校大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)測評工作的具體情況有所了解。在歸納和分析的基礎(chǔ)上,看到當(dāng)前高校大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)測評工作主要存在對測評工作的認(rèn)識不到位、測評指標(biāo)體系設(shè)置不科學(xué)、測評手段單一和方法不多、測評工作的功能發(fā)揮不到位等問題。 論文主張把大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)測評工作作為高校思想政治教育不可分割的一部分加以重視,認(rèn)為馬克思主義哲學(xué)原理、教育評價學(xué)理論、比較學(xué)理論、計量學(xué)理論、信息管理學(xué)理論是大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)測評工作的理論基礎(chǔ)和來源,以這些理論為指導(dǎo)有利于對當(dāng)前高校大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)測評工作存在的主要問題進行深入的分析,并提出相應(yīng)的解決對策。一是由于把測評工作目的簡單化、重“智育”輕“德育”等因素造成人們對測評工作存在的認(rèn)識偏差問題,本研究提出要加強宣傳,讓廣大師生了解并參與測評工作,引導(dǎo)廣大師生正確認(rèn)識測評工作,給予測評工作一定的政策傾斜。 二是由于指標(biāo)體系內(nèi)容具備復(fù)雜性、動態(tài)性、難控性造成的指標(biāo)體系設(shè)置不科學(xué)問題,本研究提出要把握測評指標(biāo)體系的整體性、掌握構(gòu)建指標(biāo)體系的方法、科學(xué)把握指標(biāo)體系的動態(tài)性、簡約性、可測性。 三是由于測評工作專業(yè)性強、技術(shù)性高、內(nèi)容多等造成測評工作方式方法難以掌握問題,本研究提出開展測評工作應(yīng)注意定性評價和定量評價相結(jié)合、形成性評價和終結(jié)性評價相結(jié)合、共性評價與個性評價相結(jié)合、自評與他評相結(jié)合的方法和手段。 四是由于高校工作人員的主觀原因和客觀原因造成測評工作的功能作用發(fā)揮不到位問題,本研究提出要建立由高校為主導(dǎo)、社會各界與大學(xué)生個體參與的測評工作機制、建立測評工作的綜合保障機制、堅持并靈活運用測評工作的基本原則。 論文從思想政治和文化建設(shè)的高度把握大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)測評工作的價值導(dǎo)向,提出加強大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)測評工作的相應(yīng)對策及注意問題,將為大學(xué)生思想政治素質(zhì)測評工作的有效開展和實施提供一些有益的參考和借鑒。
[Abstract]:The evaluation work of Ideological and political quality of college students is to measure the level and state of the development of Ideological and political quality of college students. The setting of evaluation index system is not scientific, the means of assessment are single and the methods are few, and the function of evaluation work is not in place.
The thesis advocates that the evaluation work of Ideological and political quality of college students should be regarded as an inseparable part of the ideological and political education in Colleges and universities. The theory of Marx's philosophy, the theory of educational evaluation, the theory of comparative science, the theory of metrology, and the theory of information management are the theoretical basis and source of the college students' thinking and thinking of political quality. Guided by these theories, it is beneficial to the analysis of the main problems existing in the evaluation work of the ideological and political quality of college students at present, and put forward the corresponding solutions. One is that the problems of understanding the evaluation work are caused by the simplification of the purpose of the evaluation work, the emphasis on "intellectual education" and the light of "moral education". This study proposes to strengthen the publicity, let the teachers and students understand and participate in the evaluation work, guide the teachers and students to correctly understand the evaluation work, and give a certain policy to the evaluation work.
