社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型期校園外來暴力及其防范對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:當(dāng)前,校園外來暴力事件時(shí)有發(fā)生,并已成為社會(huì)公眾高度關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)和焦點(diǎn)問題。校園外來暴力不僅嚴(yán)重威脅學(xué)生的生存權(quán)與發(fā)展權(quán),,而且對(duì)于整個(gè)社會(huì)的和諧穩(wěn)定都有著極為嚴(yán)重的消極影響。轉(zhuǎn)型期的中國(guó)社會(huì),已經(jīng)進(jìn)入了社會(huì)矛盾凸顯期,文化的沖突與各類社會(huì)矛盾交織引發(fā)的諸多社會(huì)不穩(wěn)定因素,成為校園外來暴力叢生的巨大動(dòng)因。如何打造安全的社會(huì),有效防范校園外來暴力,創(chuàng)建平安和諧的校園,是促進(jìn)社會(huì)公正與教育公平的重大課題,也是構(gòu)建科學(xué)發(fā)展觀指導(dǎo)下的社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)的題中之義。 本文以馬克思主義基本原理與社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)的相關(guān)理論為依據(jù),探討社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型與校園外來暴力的關(guān)系。在綜合國(guó)內(nèi)外校園暴力理論的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合我國(guó)國(guó)情界定校園外來暴力的概念,分析我國(guó)校園外來暴力的現(xiàn)狀、主要類型及其發(fā)生原因,并提出防范校園外來暴力的對(duì)策與建議。本文主要包括以下四個(gè)部分: 第一部分:介紹我國(guó)校園外來暴力的社會(huì)背景,分析校園外來暴力的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,并闡述所選課題的研究意義與創(chuàng)新之處。 第二部分:依據(jù)校園暴力理論,界定相關(guān)核心概念。在研究校園暴力理論的基礎(chǔ)上,界定校園外來暴力的概念,并從校園外來暴力的構(gòu)成要素與類型等方面進(jìn)一步分析闡釋校園外來暴力的內(nèi)涵。 第三部分:從國(guó)內(nèi)和國(guó)外的視域分別分析校園外來暴力及其防范的現(xiàn)狀,重點(diǎn)是深入分析我國(guó)校園外來暴力的現(xiàn)狀、特點(diǎn)及在防范種存在的主要問題,并分析國(guó)外防范校園外來暴力的做法對(duì)我國(guó)的啟示。 第四部分:從政府、社區(qū)、學(xué)校和家庭四個(gè)維度入手,對(duì)防范校園外來暴力提出建設(shè)性的對(duì)策與建議,以期形成多部門、組織通力協(xié)作的綜合防治體系。
[Abstract]:At present, the external violence in campus occurs from time to time, and has become a hot spot and focus of public attention. Campus violence not only threatens the students' right to survival and development, but also has a very serious negative impact on the harmony and stability of the whole society. In the period of transformation, Chinese society has entered the period of social contradiction. The social instability caused by the conflict of culture and all kinds of social contradictions has become a huge cause of the outgrown violence on campus. How to build a safe society, effectively prevent foreign violence on campus, and create a peaceful and harmonious campus is an important task to promote social justice and education fairness, and is also the meaning of constructing a harmonious socialist society under the guidance of scientific development view. Based on the basic principles of Marxism and the relevant theories of socialist harmonious society, this paper discusses the relationship between social transformation and external violence on campus. On the basis of synthesizing the theory of campus violence at home and abroad, combining with the situation of our country to define the concept of foreign violence on campus, this paper analyzes the present situation, main types and causes of foreign violence on campus in our country. And puts forward the countermeasure and the suggestion to prevent the campus foreign violence. This paper mainly includes the following four parts: The first part introduces the social background of foreign violence on campus in our country, analyzes the current research situation of foreign violence on campus at home and abroad, and expounds the significance and innovation of the selected topic. The second part: according to the campus violence theory, defines the related core concept. On the basis of studying the theory of campus violence, this paper defines the concept of campus foreign violence, and further analyzes the connotation of campus foreign violence from the elements and types of campus foreign violence. The third part analyzes the current situation of campus violence and its prevention from domestic and foreign perspectives respectively. The emphasis is on the in-depth analysis of the current situation, characteristics and main problems in the prevention of foreign violence on campus in China. And analyzes the foreign prevention of foreign campus violence to our country's enlightenment. The fourth part: starting from the four dimensions of government, community, school and family, the author puts forward constructive countermeasures and suggestions to prevent foreign violence on campus, in order to form a comprehensive prevention and control system of multi-department and cooperative organization.
