【摘要】:人際交往是個(gè)體在社會(huì)生活中必不可少的組成部分和生活方式,然而大學(xué)生人際關(guān)系的現(xiàn)狀不容樂觀,能否妥善處理好人際交往問題,直接關(guān)系到他們學(xué)習(xí)和生活的質(zhì)量。本文以中國傳統(tǒng)人際交往思想、西方哈貝馬斯人際交往理論和馬克思恩格斯的交往思想為指導(dǎo),通過分析當(dāng)前大學(xué)生人際交往的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題,進(jìn)一步探討這些問題出現(xiàn)的原因和解決的對(duì)策,筆者認(rèn)為,需要對(duì)大學(xué)生進(jìn)行有針對(duì)性的思想政治教育以此幫助解決困擾大學(xué)生人際交往的諸問題,提高人際交往能力,走向成功的未來。 本文由四部分組成:第一部分前言,闡述研究大學(xué)生人際交往問題的社會(huì)背景、研究現(xiàn)狀和研究意義;大學(xué)生人際交往的相關(guān)概念界定。 第二部分:大學(xué)生人際交往的主要相關(guān)思想和理論介紹,包括中國傳統(tǒng)的人際交往思想、西方哈貝馬斯的人際交往理論和馬克思恩格斯的交往思想;探析大學(xué)生人際交往與思想政治教育的關(guān)系:思想政治教育引導(dǎo)大學(xué)生和諧人際交往關(guān)系的構(gòu)建,大學(xué)生和諧人際交往關(guān)系有助于思想政治教育的開展。 第三部分:結(jié)合調(diào)查問卷分析大學(xué)生人際交往的現(xiàn)狀、存在的問題,并對(duì)當(dāng)前大學(xué)生人際交往存在問題進(jìn)行析因。本文主要采用問卷調(diào)查法、案例分析法進(jìn)行研究。此部分首先以天津大學(xué)在校本科生為調(diào)查對(duì)象進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,概括當(dāng)前大學(xué)生人際交往的現(xiàn)狀;其次從對(duì)問卷的數(shù)據(jù)分析中找出大學(xué)生人際交往存在的主要問題;最后從主觀和客觀兩個(gè)維度進(jìn)行問題的原因分析,主觀原因主要是思想水平和人格修養(yǎng)上的差異、性格上的差異、人際交往觀念和認(rèn)知上的偏差;客觀原因則主要論及生活環(huán)境的變化、文化和家庭背景上的差異、學(xué)校德育養(yǎng)成機(jī)制、網(wǎng)絡(luò)文化的消極影響、社會(huì)不良風(fēng)氣的影響等方面。 第四部分:從思想政治教育視角探討解決當(dāng)前大學(xué)生人際交往問題的對(duì)策措施。此部分包括兩塊內(nèi)容,第一塊提出指導(dǎo)大學(xué)生掌握人際交往的基本原則,包括平等交往原則、互惠互利原則、寬以待人原則和真誠守信原則;第二塊探討解決當(dāng)前大學(xué)生人際交往的具體措施,首先,加強(qiáng)思想政治教育理論課的教學(xué)工作;其次,思想政治教育要力求與多學(xué)科進(jìn)行融合,,培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生的人際交往能力;再次,形成家庭、學(xué)校和社會(huì)思想政治教育的整體合力;最后,優(yōu)化大學(xué)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)人際交往的環(huán)境。
[Abstract]:Interpersonal communication is an indispensable part and life style of individual in social life. However, the present situation of college students' interpersonal relationship is not optimistic. Whether or not they can properly handle the problem of interpersonal communication is directly related to the quality of their study and life. Under the guidance of Chinese traditional interpersonal communication theory, western Habermas' interpersonal communication theory and Marx and Engels' communication thought, this paper analyzes the present situation and existing problems of college students' interpersonal communication. Further discussing the causes of these problems and the countermeasures to solve these problems, the author believes that it is necessary to carry out targeted ideological and political education to help college students solve the problems that beset their interpersonal communication and improve their interpersonal communication ability. To a successful future. This paper is composed of four parts: the first part is the preface, the social background, the present situation and the significance of the study on the interpersonal communication of college students, and the definition of the related concepts of the interpersonal communication of college students. The second part: the main related thoughts and theories of college students' interpersonal communication, including the Chinese traditional interpersonal communication thought, the western Habermas' interpersonal communication theory and Marx and Engels' communication thought; This paper probes into the relationship between college students' interpersonal communication and ideological and political education: ideological and political education guides the construction of harmonious interpersonal relations of college students, and harmonious interpersonal relations of college students contribute to the development of ideological and political education. The third part analyzes the present situation and existing problems of college students' interpersonal communication with the questionnaire, and analyzes the causes of the problems existing in the current college students' interpersonal communication. This article mainly uses the questionnaire survey method, the case analysis method carries on the research. In this part, first of all, the undergraduates of Tianjin University are investigated to summarize the current situation of college students' interpersonal communication, and then the main problems in the interpersonal communication of college students are found out from the data analysis of the questionnaire. Finally, from the subjective and objective dimensions of the cause analysis of the problem, subjective reasons are mainly ideological level and personality training differences, personality differences, interpersonal communication concept and cognitive deviation; The objective reasons are mainly about the change of living environment, the difference between culture and family background, the formation mechanism of moral education in school, the negative influence of network culture, the influence of bad social atmosphere and so on. Part four: from the angle of ideological and political education, the author discusses the countermeasures to solve the interpersonal problems of college students. This part includes two parts. The first part puts forward the basic principles of guiding college students to master interpersonal communication, including the principle of equal communication, mutual benefit, leniency and truthfulness. The second part discusses the concrete measures to solve the current interpersonal communication of college students, firstly, strengthening the teaching work of the ideological and political education theory course, secondly, the ideological and political education should strive to integrate with various subjects to cultivate the interpersonal communication ability of college students. Third, form the family, school and social ideological and political education as a whole; finally, optimize the networking environment of college students.
