【摘要】：2005年，新一輪高校思想政治理論課課程改革開始。高校思想政治理論課的改革在教材編寫、學(xué)科建設(shè)、教師培訓(xùn)等方面做出了新的要求，，帶來了新的課程和教學(xué)理念，高校思想政治理論課的改革提出的課程和教學(xué)理念的實現(xiàn)，最終將落實在高校思想政治理論課教師的教學(xué)行為上。 高校思想政治理論課教學(xué)行為是指高校思想政治理論課教師基于自己的教學(xué)理念、教學(xué)個性、知識背景、教學(xué)能力與教學(xué)智慧，在教學(xué)過程中所表現(xiàn)出來的操作方式的總和。為了使高校思想政治理論課教師行為的發(fā)展有更堅實的理論支撐，在綜述大量的高校思想政治理論課教師教學(xué)行為相關(guān)資料的基礎(chǔ)上，作者對湖南的四所高校進(jìn)行了課堂觀察、教師訪談和問卷調(diào)查，對該領(lǐng)域進(jìn)行了一些探索。論文主要分為五個部分。 第一部分，緒論。主要包括研究背景、研究綜述、研究意義和研究采用的方法以及可能的創(chuàng)新點。第二部分，高校思想政治理論課教師教學(xué)行為相關(guān)概述。分析了行為、教學(xué)行為和高校思想政治理論課教學(xué)行為相關(guān)概念的內(nèi)涵，對高校思想政治理論課教師教學(xué)行為進(jìn)行了分類，并闡述了其特殊性。第三部分，高校思想政治理論課教師教學(xué)行為現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查。通過抽樣課堂觀察、教師訪談和問卷調(diào)查，在研究高校思想政治理論課教學(xué)行為的總體現(xiàn)狀基礎(chǔ)上，從講述行為、多媒體展示行為、提問行為、指導(dǎo)討論行為、動機(jī)激發(fā)行為、糾正學(xué)生問題行為等幾個方面分別分析高校思想政治理論課教學(xué)行為的基本情況。第四部分，剖析高校思想政治理論課教師教學(xué)行為存在的積極方面以及它所存在的問題，并對高校思想政治理論課教師教學(xué)行為影響因素進(jìn)行分析�？偨Y(jié)了高校思想政治理論課教師教學(xué)行為有著重視多媒體的使用、教學(xué)精神狀態(tài)好、認(rèn)同啟發(fā)式教學(xué)、良好的自我反思等積極因素，也重點剖析了高校思想政治理論課教師教學(xué)行為存在的問題，主要是講述行為所占比重過大、師生互動缺乏、教學(xué)行為形式化傾向明顯、學(xué)生課堂問題糾正行為不足等，從外部、內(nèi)部和教師個體三個角度分析了影響高校思想政治理論課教師教學(xué)行為的影響因素。第五部分，高校思想政治理論課教師教學(xué)行為優(yōu)化探析。在計劃行為理論的指導(dǎo)下給出了優(yōu)化高校思想政治理論課教師教學(xué)行為優(yōu)化的總體視野，使外部因素、內(nèi)部因素和教師個體因素形成聯(lián)動效應(yīng)，促進(jìn)高校思想政治理論課教師教學(xué)行為的實效性的提升。最后，按高校思想政治理論課教師教學(xué)行為的分類提出完善的具體操作策略。
[Abstract]:In 2005, a new round of ideological and political theory curriculum reform began. The reform of the ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities has made new demands in the aspects of textbook compilation, discipline construction, teacher training, etc. It has brought about new curriculum and teaching idea, and the realization of the curriculum and teaching idea put forward by the reform of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities. Finally, it will be carried out on the teaching behavior of ideological and political theory teachers in colleges and universities. The teaching behavior of the ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities refers to the summation of the operation mode of the ideological and political theory course teachers based on their own teaching idea, teaching personality, knowledge background, teaching ability and teaching wisdom. In order to make the development of teachers' behavior of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities more solid theoretical support, on the basis of summarizing a large number of related materials of teaching behavior of ideological and political theory course teachers in colleges and universities, the author makes classroom observation on four colleges and universities in Hunan. Teachers interview and questionnaire survey, the field of some exploration. The paper is divided into five parts. The first part, introduction. It mainly includes the research background, research review, research significance, research methods and possible innovations. The second part, the university ideological and political theory teacher teaching behavior related summary. This paper analyzes the connotation of the related concepts of behavior, teaching behavior and teaching behavior of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities, classifies the teaching behavior of teachers of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities, and expounds its particularity. The third part, the university ideological and political theory teacher teaching behavior investigation. Through sample classroom observation, teacher interview and questionnaire survey, on the basis of studying the general situation of the teaching behavior of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities, from the narration behavior, the multimedia display behavior, the questioning behavior, the instruction discussion behavior, the motive stimulates the behavior. This paper analyzes the basic situation of teaching behavior of ideological and political theory course in colleges and universities from several aspects, such as correcting student's problem behavior and so on. The fourth part analyzes the positive aspects and problems of the teaching behavior of the ideological and political theory teachers in colleges and universities, and analyzes the influencing factors of the teaching behavior of the ideological and political theory teachers in colleges and universities. This paper summarizes the positive factors such as attaching importance to the use of multimedia, good teaching spirit, identification with heuristic teaching, good self-reflection and so on in the teaching behavior of ideological and political theory teachers in colleges and universities. It also analyzes the problems existing in the teaching behavior of the ideological and political theory teachers in colleges and universities, such as the excessive proportion of the narration behavior, the lack of teacher-student interaction, the obvious formalization tendency of the teaching behavior, the insufficient behavior of correcting the students' classroom problems, and so on. From the external, internal and individual perspectives, this paper analyzes the influencing factors on the teaching behavior of ideological and political theory teachers in colleges and universities. The fifth part, the university ideological and political theory teacher teaching behavior optimization analysis. Under the guidance of the planning behavior theory, this paper gives the overall vision of optimizing the teaching behavior of the ideological and political theory teachers in colleges and universities, which makes the external factors, internal factors and teachers' individual factors form a linkage effect. To promote the effectiveness of the teaching behavior of ideological and political theory teachers in colleges and universities. Finally, according to the classification of the teaching behavior of the ideological and political theory teachers in colleges and universities, the author puts forward the perfect concrete operation strategy.
