【摘要】:胡錦濤總書(shū)記在十七屆六中全會(huì)上做的報(bào)告中指出:“要建設(shè)優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化傳承體系”,強(qiáng)調(diào)全面認(rèn)識(shí)傳統(tǒng)文化,“取其精華、去其糟粕,古為今用、推陳出新”。中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化凝聚著中華民族歷久彌新的精神財(cái)富,是建設(shè)和諧社會(huì)主義精神家園的深厚基礎(chǔ)和重要支撐。傳統(tǒng)儒家思想是中國(guó)優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化的核心和精髓,其豐富的內(nèi)涵和輝煌的成就對(duì)于當(dāng)前社會(huì)具有深刻的影響力,同時(shí)對(duì)于社會(huì)道德體系的建立也起到一定的作用。當(dāng)代大學(xué)生是我們國(guó)家未來(lái)的棟梁,更是民族的希望,承擔(dān)著繼承和弘揚(yáng)中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化的歷史使命,他們的道德觀念狀況影響著民族的進(jìn)步和社會(huì)的發(fā)展。在社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)對(duì)大學(xué)生思想道德的沖擊下,高校工作者要加強(qiáng)大學(xué)生的思想政治教育,正確引導(dǎo)大學(xué)生的思想觀念,幫助大學(xué)生樹(shù)立良好的道德觀念,培養(yǎng)優(yōu)秀的道德品質(zhì),完善社會(huì)主義道德體系。在高校的德育工作中,有關(guān)中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化的教育內(nèi)容和手段方式不是很多。因此,將傳統(tǒng)儒家思想為主的中華優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化精神納入到高校的思想政治教育工作中是十分必要的,也具有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 文章主要分為三大部分: 第一部分主要針對(duì)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生道德觀的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,說(shuō)明了大學(xué)生道德觀出現(xiàn)偏失的問(wèn)題及其原因。目前大學(xué)生道德觀念的問(wèn)題主要有人生理想模糊不定、價(jià)值取向重利輕義、個(gè)人誠(chéng)信責(zé)任缺失、人際關(guān)系注重自我、社會(huì)責(zé)任難與擔(dān)當(dāng)?shù)鹊取4嬖谶@些問(wèn)題的原因是從多方面考慮的,社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型期的負(fù)面影響和市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的不利因素,高校工作環(huán)境的不完善和高校工作者素質(zhì)低下,家庭環(huán)境惡劣和家長(zhǎng)素質(zhì)不高,以及大學(xué)生對(duì)自身道德觀的認(rèn)識(shí)不夠深刻。 第二部分主要闡述了傳統(tǒng)儒家思想蘊(yùn)含的道德觀內(nèi)容,以及傳統(tǒng)儒家思想對(duì)于當(dāng)代大學(xué)生道德觀的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。傳統(tǒng)儒家思想重視人格修養(yǎng),這種優(yōu)秀品質(zhì)主要體現(xiàn)在學(xué)思結(jié)合、篤行精神、自強(qiáng)不息、寬厚仁愛(ài)、明辨義利和中和之道這六個(gè)方面。傳統(tǒng)儒家思想對(duì)大學(xué)生道德觀的建立也具有積極的意義,它有利于大學(xué)生樹(shù)立正確的人生觀和價(jià)值觀,有利于培養(yǎng)大學(xué)生愛(ài)國(guó)主義精神和高度的社會(huì)責(zé)任感,有利于磨礪大學(xué)生自強(qiáng)剛毅的意志,有利于樹(shù)立大學(xué)生誠(chéng)信為本的思想,有利于提升大學(xué)生為人處事的能力。 第三部分主要提出了傳統(tǒng)儒家思想寓于大學(xué)生道德觀建設(shè)的有效途徑。價(jià)值實(shí)現(xiàn)的途徑主要從三個(gè)方面解決,第一營(yíng)造弘揚(yáng)傳統(tǒng)儒家思想的社會(huì)大環(huán)境和重視家庭對(duì)傳統(tǒng)儒家思想的教育模式;第二強(qiáng)化學(xué)校對(duì)大學(xué)生的道德觀教育,通過(guò)“第一、二、三課堂”開(kāi)展有關(guān)傳統(tǒng)儒家思想的教學(xué)活動(dòng)、課外活動(dòng)和實(shí)踐活動(dòng);第三提升大學(xué)生自身道德素質(zhì)的自覺(jué)性,培養(yǎng)對(duì)傳統(tǒng)文化的興趣和愛(ài)好等。希望這些途徑和方法對(duì)于大學(xué)生道德觀的建立起到實(shí)際性的作用。
[Abstract]:In his report at the sixth Plenary session of the 17th CPC Central Committee, General Secretary Hu Jintao pointed out that "it is necessary to build an excellent system of inheriting traditional culture," emphasizing comprehensive understanding of traditional culture, "taking the essence of the traditional culture away from its dross, using the past for the present and bringing forth the new through the past". Chinese traditional culture condenses the enduring spiritual wealth of the Chinese nation and is the profound foundation and important support for the construction of harmonious socialist spiritual homeland. Traditional Confucianism is the core and essence of Chinese excellent traditional culture. Its rich connotation and brilliant achievements have profound influence on the current society and also play a certain role in the establishment of social moral system. The contemporary college students are the future pillars of our country and the hope of the nation. They undertake the historical mission of inheriting and carrying forward the Chinese traditional culture. Their moral sense condition affects the progress of the nation and the development of the society. Under the impact of socialist market economy on college students' ideology and morality, college workers should strengthen the ideological and political education of college students, guide them correctly and help them to establish good moral concepts. We should cultivate excellent moral quality and perfect the socialist moral system. In the work of moral education in colleges and universities, there are not many educational contents and methods about Chinese traditional culture. Therefore, it is necessary to bring the spirit of Chinese excellent traditional culture into the ideological and political education of colleges and universities, and it is also of certain practical significance. The article is divided into three parts: The first part mainly analyzes the status quo of contemporary college students' moral outlook, and explains the problems and causes of the moral bias of college students. At present, the main problems of college students' moral concept are life ideal ambiguity, value orientation, personal integrity responsibility deficiency, interpersonal relationship focus on self, social responsibility difficult and bear, and so on. The reasons for these problems are considered from many aspects, such as the negative influence of the social transition period and the unfavorable factors of the development of the market economy, the imperfection of the working environment in colleges and universities, the low quality of the university workers, the bad family environment and the poor quality of the parents. And college students' understanding of their own morality is not deep enough. The second part mainly expounds the content of moral concept contained in the traditional Confucian thought, and the practical significance of the traditional Confucian thought to the moral concept of contemporary college students. Traditional Confucian thought attaches importance to personality cultivation, which is mainly reflected in six aspects: combination of learning and thought, practice of spirit, self-improvement, generosity and benevolence, clear distinction between righteousness and profit and the way of neutralization. The traditional Confucian thought also has the positive significance to the establishment of the college students' moral view, it is advantageous to the university student to establish the correct outlook on life and the value, is advantageous to the cultivation university student patriotism spirit and the high social responsibility, It helps to sharpen the will of college students to strengthen themselves, to set up the idea of honesty and credit of college students, and to promote the ability of dealing with people. In the third part, the author puts forward the effective way of traditional Confucian thought in the construction of college students'moral concept. The way to realize the value is mainly solved from three aspects: first, to create a social environment for carrying forward the traditional Confucian ideology and to attach importance to the educational model of the family to the traditional Confucianism; second, to strengthen the moral education of college students through "first," The second and third classes "carry out teaching activities, extracurricular activities and practical activities related to traditional Confucianism; third, promote the consciousness of college students' own moral quality and cultivate their interest and interest in traditional culture." It is hoped that these approaches and methods will play a practical role in the establishment of college students' moral outlook.
