【摘要】：隨著我國社會主義市場經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,我國高等教育事業(yè)也得到了很好發(fā)展,高等教育已由過去的“精英教育”,逐步向“大眾化教育”方向發(fā)展,為更多想進(jìn)大學(xué)深造的人,提供了機(jī)會。但是伴隨著“就業(yè)難”問題的產(chǎn)生,使得越來越多的大學(xué)畢業(yè)生在擇業(yè)心態(tài)上產(chǎn)生了諸多問題。特別對于安徽省每年大批師范類本科畢業(yè)生來說,他們在面對愈發(fā)激烈的就業(yè)競爭壓力之下,擇業(yè)心態(tài)上也發(fā)生了很多變化同時(shí)也產(chǎn)生了很多問題,該采取什么樣的具體措施幫助他們擺正心態(tài)順利擇業(yè)就業(yè),這是做好安徽省師范類本科畢業(yè)生就業(yè)工作的關(guān)鍵。 本研究通過對安徽省內(nèi)16所含有師范類本科專業(yè)畢業(yè)生院校中的10所院校2011屆1000名畢業(yè)生進(jìn)行了問卷調(diào)查,旨在了解當(dāng)前安徽省師范類本科畢業(yè)生擇業(yè)心態(tài)的現(xiàn)狀和存在問題,探究這些問題的存在原因,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出解決策略。 本研究由五個部分組成： 第一部分是緒論。主要包括選題背景、研究意義、國內(nèi)外與選題相關(guān)研究成果的概述、選題的研究思路和方法、相關(guān)概念的界定和選題研究的理論依據(jù)等。 第二部分是本研究調(diào)查問卷的具體情況,這是本研究開展的基礎(chǔ),也是為最終解決問題而提出策略的依據(jù)。 第三部分是具體闡述安徽省師范類本科畢業(yè)生擇業(yè)心態(tài)存在的問題,主要從認(rèn)知、情緒和意志三個方面分析了他們擇業(yè)心態(tài)中存在的具體問題。 第四部分是對安徽省師范類本科畢業(yè)生擇業(yè)心態(tài)存在問題的產(chǎn)生原因進(jìn)行了分析。問題的產(chǎn)生主要受客觀因素和主觀因素兩方面的影響�？陀^方面包括社會環(huán)境、院校和家庭的影響,主觀方面包括他們就業(yè)形勢認(rèn)識度、價(jià)值觀、不良心理和綜合素質(zhì)的影響。 第五部分,在前面實(shí)證、分析問題及其產(chǎn)生原因的基礎(chǔ)上提出在畢業(yè)生、家庭、高校、政府和社會五個層面對解決安徽省師范類本科畢業(yè)生擇業(yè)心態(tài)存在問題的解決方案和策略。畢業(yè)生是問題產(chǎn)生的根源,只有讓他們能夠更好地自我認(rèn)知、樹立社會責(zé)任感、提升職業(yè)素養(yǎng),才能夠更好地適應(yīng)崗位需求,同時(shí)結(jié)合家庭、高校、政府和社會的具體措施的實(shí)施,形成解決實(shí)際問題的合力,有效地緩解當(dāng)前安徽省師范類本科畢業(yè)生擇業(yè)心態(tài)的壓力,幫助其樹立正確擇業(yè)心態(tài),順利就業(yè)。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of our socialist market economy, the cause of higher education in our country has also been well developed. Higher education has gradually developed from "elite education" to "popular education". It provides an opportunity for more people who want to go to college. However, with the emergence of "difficult employment", more and more college graduates have a lot of problems in the attitude of choosing jobs. Especially for a large number of normal university graduates in Anhui Province every year, under the pressure of increasingly fierce competition for employment, many changes have taken place in their mentality of choosing jobs, and at the same time, a lot of problems have arisen. What kind of concrete measures should be taken to help them get the right attitude to choose a job is the key to do a good job for the graduates of normal university in Anhui Province. In this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted among the 2011 class of 1000 graduates from 16 colleges and universities with normal college graduates in Anhui Province, in order to find out the present situation and problems of the psychology of choosing a profession for normal college graduates in Anhui Province. Explore the causes of these problems, and on this basis put forward solutions. This study consists of five parts: The first part is the introduction. It mainly includes the background of the topic, the significance of the research, the summary of the research results at home and abroad, the research ideas and methods of the topic, the definition of the related concepts and the theoretical basis of the research. The second part is the specific situation of this research questionnaire, which is the basis of this study, and it is also the basis of the strategy to solve the problem. The third part is the concrete elaboration of Anhui normal college graduates' career choice mentality, mainly from the cognitive, emotional and will three aspects of the analysis of the existence of specific problems in the mentality of career choice. The fourth part analyzes the causes of the problems in the psychology of choosing jobs for normal college graduates in Anhui Province. The problem is mainly affected by objective factors and subjective factors. The objective aspect includes the social environment, the influence of colleges and families, the subjective aspect includes their employment situation cognition, values, bad psychology and the influence of comprehensive quality. The fifth part, on the basis of the analysis of the problems and the causes of the problems, is put forward in the graduate, the family, the university, Five levels of government and society to solve the problems of Anhui normal college graduates' career choice mentality and strategies. Graduates are the root of the problem. Only by enabling them to have a better sense of self-awareness, establish a sense of social responsibility, and enhance their professional accomplishment can they better adapt to the needs of their posts, and combine their families and colleges and universities. The implementation of the concrete measures of the government and society forms the resultant force to solve the practical problems, effectively alleviates the pressure of the psychology of the graduates of normal university in Anhui Province, and helps them to set up the correct mentality of choosing a profession and obtain employment smoothly.
