高校輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)生涯管理存在的問題及對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:高校輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)生涯管理是關(guān)系到高等學(xué)校事業(yè)發(fā)展和輔導(dǎo)員個(gè)人成長的非常重要的一項(xiàng)制度設(shè)計(jì)、措施和活動(dòng),主要包括高校組織對(duì)輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)生涯管理和輔導(dǎo)員自我職業(yè)生涯管理兩個(gè)方面。輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)生涯管理符合現(xiàn)代人力資源管理的發(fā)展趨勢(shì),對(duì)高校來說有利于優(yōu)化輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍的結(jié)構(gòu),提高輔導(dǎo)員的職業(yè)榮譽(yù)感,為輔導(dǎo)員構(gòu)建一個(gè)實(shí)現(xiàn)自身價(jià)值的制度平臺(tái),提高高校的育人水平;對(duì)輔導(dǎo)員個(gè)人來說,通過職業(yè)生涯管理,可以使自己在本職工作中實(shí)現(xiàn)職業(yè)價(jià)值。但是,受傳統(tǒng)的人事管理體制影響,高校組織和輔導(dǎo)員個(gè)人對(duì)職業(yè)生涯管理的重要性認(rèn)識(shí)不夠,輔導(dǎo)員考核、培訓(xùn)機(jī)制還相當(dāng)不完善,輔導(dǎo)員工作職責(zé)不明確、輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍專業(yè)背景龐雜,加上高校組織以科研、教學(xué)為中心的組織價(jià)值觀,都影響到輔導(dǎo)員職業(yè)生涯管理的實(shí)施。要加強(qiáng)高校輔導(dǎo)員的職業(yè)生涯管理應(yīng)從高校組織和輔導(dǎo)員個(gè)人兩個(gè)層面著手。就高校組織來講應(yīng)轉(zhuǎn)變傳統(tǒng)的管理理念,將職業(yè)生涯管理理念引入到輔導(dǎo)員隊(duì)伍的建設(shè)中來,進(jìn)一步明確細(xì)化高校輔導(dǎo)員的工作職責(zé),完善高校輔導(dǎo)員的考核、培訓(xùn)機(jī)制,提高輔導(dǎo)員的待遇,加強(qiáng)對(duì)輔導(dǎo)員的人文關(guān)懷;從輔導(dǎo)員自身角度講應(yīng)重視職業(yè)生涯管理的作用,學(xué)習(xí)職業(yè)生涯管理知識(shí),掌握職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃技巧,主動(dòng)加強(qiáng)與高校組織的信息溝通。
[Abstract]:The career management of college counselors is a very important system design, measure and activity related to the development of college career and the personal growth of counselors. It mainly includes two aspects: career management of counselors and self-management of career. The career management of counselors is in line with the development trend of modern human resource management, which is conducive to optimizing the structure of counselors' team, improving their sense of professional honor, and constructing a system platform for counselors to realize their own value. To improve the educational level of colleges and universities, to the individual counselors, it is possible to realize their professional value in their own work through career management. However, under the influence of the traditional personnel management system, the importance of career management is not well understood by university organizations and counselors, the assessment and training mechanism of counselors is not perfect, and the responsibilities of counselors are not clear. The professional background of counselors and the organizational values of scientific research and teaching in colleges and universities affect the implementation of counselors' career management. In order to strengthen the career management of college counselors, we should start from two aspects: college organization and counselors. As far as university organization is concerned, we should change the traditional management idea, introduce the concept of career management into the construction of counselors, further clarify the responsibilities of college counselors, perfect the assessment and training mechanism of college counselors. From the perspective of counselors, we should pay attention to the role of career management, learn the knowledge of career management, and master the skills of career planning. Actively strengthen information communication with university organizations.
