馬克思交往理論指導(dǎo)下的高校思想政治教育

【摘要】:交往是馬克思主義唯物史觀的一個(gè)重要范疇。作為唯物史觀的創(chuàng)始人,馬克思正是看到了這一點(diǎn),把交往作為其歷史唯物主義的重要組成部分。馬克思交往理論是馬克思主義理論寶庫(kù)中的重要組成部分。所以說(shuō),研究交往范疇和交往理論,可以幫助我們更好地理解、繼承和發(fā)展馬克思主義理論,以及在中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義的歷史背景下,應(yīng)用這一理論分析當(dāng)前高校的思想政治教育,對(duì)高校思想政治教育的啟示。 當(dāng)前的思想政治教育必須在與時(shí)代相結(jié)合的哲學(xué)理論指導(dǎo)下進(jìn)行,才能彰顯其生命力,才能有成效。與傳統(tǒng)的思想政治教育相比較,高校交往思想政治教育給予了學(xué)生以前從未有過(guò)的關(guān)注,賦予了學(xué)生主體地位。高校交往思想政治教育使教師與學(xué)生在知識(shí)方面相互共享、在情感方面產(chǎn)生共鳴、在智慧方面產(chǎn)生共建。換而言之,高校交往思想政治教育指的就是多級(jí)主體即教師與學(xué)生、學(xué)生與學(xué)生、學(xué)生與社會(huì)、教師與社會(huì)之間以話語(yǔ)、書本、學(xué)識(shí)、技巧和行動(dòng)等作為媒介,進(jìn)行多角度、多層次、多變化、多方向的人際交往和溝通與交流,從而能達(dá)到主體間相互理解、相互關(guān)愛(ài),并以此基礎(chǔ)上,進(jìn)行思想政治教育。這也就意味著,與其他社會(huì)交往和社會(huì)實(shí)踐相比,高校交往思想政治教育是一種特殊的交往活動(dòng)。要想實(shí)現(xiàn)高校交往性思想政治教育,一是必須在堅(jiān)持以學(xué)生為本的教育理念的基礎(chǔ)上,把學(xué)生作為一切教育的出發(fā)點(diǎn)和落腳點(diǎn),不斷滿足學(xué)生的思想要求、道德提升和政治進(jìn)步,并促進(jìn)他們的全面發(fā)展。不論是教師還是學(xué)生都是獨(dú)立存在的個(gè)體,,都是思想政治教育要重視的主體。因此都應(yīng)該得到關(guān)愛(ài)得到尊重。二是必須堅(jiān)持民主平等原則;堅(jiān)持重視實(shí)踐原則;堅(jiān)持教育和自我教育相結(jié)合原則。三是改變過(guò)去舊的灌輸式的教育方式;逐步接受新型的對(duì)話溝通教育;運(yùn)用新的西方管理理論---以情理為依據(jù)、和諧互動(dòng)。
[Abstract]:Communication is an important category of Marxist historical materialism. As the founder of historical materialism, Marx saw this point and regarded communication as an important part of his historical materialism. Marxist communication theory is an important part of Marxist theory treasure house. Therefore, to study the category and theory of communication can help us better understand, inherit and develop Marxist theory, as well as in the historical background of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The application of this theory to the analysis of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, the inspiration to ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The current ideological and political education must be carried out under the guidance of the philosophy theory combined with the times in order to show its vitality and be effective. Compared with the traditional ideological and political education, the ideological and political education in colleges and universities has paid more attention to the students than ever before and given them the status of subject. Ideological and political education in colleges and universities makes teachers and students share each other's knowledge, resonate in emotion and build together in wisdom. In other words, ideological and political education in colleges and universities refers to multi-level subjects, that is, teachers and students, students and society, teachers and society, with discourse, books, learning, skills and actions as the media, multi-angle, Multi-level, multi-change, multi-direction interpersonal communication and communication, so as to achieve mutual understanding and love among subjects, and on this basis, ideological and political education. This means that, compared with other social intercourse and social practice, ideological and political education in colleges and universities is a special communicative activity. In order to realize the communicative ideological and political education in colleges and universities, first, we must adhere to the concept of student-oriented education, regard students as the starting point and foothold of all education, and constantly meet the ideological requirements of students. Moral advancement and political progress and promotion of their overall development. Both teachers and students are independent individuals, ideological and political education should attach importance to the main body. Therefore, they should be loved and respected. Second, we must adhere to the principle of democratic equality; adhere to the principle of practice; adhere to the principle of combining education with self-education. The third is to change the old way of education, to gradually accept the new education of dialogue and communication, and to use the new western management theory-based on reason, harmonious interaction.
