【摘要】：正教高[2012]4號各省、自治區(qū)、直轄市教育廳(教委),新疆生產(chǎn)建設(shè)兵團(tuán)教育局,有關(guān)部門(單位)教育司(局),部屬各高等學(xué)校:為深入貫徹落實(shí)胡錦濤總書記在慶祝清華大學(xué)建校100周年大會(huì)上的重要講話精神和《國家中長期教育改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要(2010-2020年)》,大力提升人才培養(yǎng)水平、增強(qiáng)科學(xué)研究能力、服務(wù)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展、推進(jìn)文化傳承創(chuàng)新,全面提高高等教育質(zhì)量,現(xiàn)提出如下意見。
