【摘要】：思想政治道德素質(zhì)是高校教師綜合素質(zhì)體系的構(gòu)成內(nèi)容之一,其素質(zhì)狀況對(duì)推進(jìn)高校教師綜合素質(zhì)的發(fā)展、教學(xué)質(zhì)量的提升、教育對(duì)象的成長(zhǎng)具有深遠(yuǎn)影響。文章在對(duì)高校教師思想政治道德素質(zhì)模型基礎(chǔ)理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上,系統(tǒng)分析了構(gòu)建高校教師思想政治道德素質(zhì)模型的具體要求,提出較為完善的高校教師思想政治道德素質(zhì)模型實(shí)施的有效策略。正文分為三個(gè)部分： 第一部分：高校教師思想政治道德素質(zhì)模型的理論闡析和研究意義。該部分是本文研究的邏輯起點(diǎn),圍繞高校教師思想政治道德素質(zhì)模型及相關(guān)概念進(jìn)科學(xué)界定,系統(tǒng)闡釋高校教師思想政治道德素質(zhì)模型的理論基礎(chǔ),對(duì)研究高校教師思想政治道德素質(zhì)模型構(gòu)建及實(shí)施策略的理論價(jià)值和實(shí)踐意義進(jìn)行總結(jié)。 第二部分：高校教師思想政治道德素質(zhì)模型的構(gòu)建。此部分是本文研究的核心內(nèi)容,系統(tǒng)分析了高校教師思想政治道德素質(zhì)模型的構(gòu)建依據(jù)、模型結(jié)構(gòu)、構(gòu)建原則,圍繞高校教師思想政治道德素質(zhì)模型構(gòu)成內(nèi)容進(jìn)行素質(zhì)指標(biāo)體系的設(shè)計(jì),最終確立高校教師思想政治道德素質(zhì)模型。 第三部分：高校教師思想政治道德素質(zhì)模型的實(shí)施策略。該部分立足于前兩個(gè)章節(jié)對(duì)高校教師思想政治道德素質(zhì)模型構(gòu)建及確立,較有針對(duì)性地提出確保高校教師思想政治道德素質(zhì)模型得以順利實(shí)施的有效策略,主要包括準(zhǔn)確把握高校教師思想政治道德素質(zhì)模型實(shí)施策略的科學(xué)內(nèi)涵、建立健全高校教師思想政治道德素質(zhì)模型實(shí)施流程、加強(qiáng)高校教師思想政治道德素質(zhì)模型實(shí)施的隊(duì)伍建設(shè)、科學(xué)構(gòu)建高校教師思想政治道德素質(zhì)模型的實(shí)施機(jī)制以及營(yíng)造高校教師思想政治道德素質(zhì)模型實(shí)施的良好環(huán)境等內(nèi)容。
[Abstract]:The ideological, political and moral quality is one of the components of the comprehensive quality system of university teachers. Its quality has a profound influence on the development of teachers' comprehensive quality, the improvement of teaching quality and the growth of educational objects. On the basis of the research on the basic theory of the ideological and political quality model of university teachers, this paper systematically analyzes the specific requirements of constructing the ideological and political moral quality model of university teachers. This paper puts forward some effective strategies for the implementation of the ideological and political moral quality model of college teachers. The text is divided into three parts: The first part: the theoretical analysis and research significance of the ideological and political moral quality model of university teachers. This part is the logical starting point of this paper. It systematically explains the theoretical basis of the ideological and political moral quality model of college teachers around the scientific definition of the ideological and political quality model and related concepts of university teachers. This paper summarizes the theoretical value and practical significance of constructing and implementing the ideological and political moral quality model of university teachers. The second part: the construction of the ideological and political moral quality model of university teachers. This part is the core content of this paper, systematically analyzes the construction basis, the model structure, the construction principle of the college teachers' ideological and political moral quality model. The quality index system is designed around the content of the ideological and political moral quality model of university teachers, and finally the ideological and political moral quality model of university teachers is established. The third part: the implementation strategy of the ideological and political moral quality model of university teachers. This part is based on the first two chapters to construct and establish the ideological and political moral quality model of university teachers, and puts forward some effective strategies to ensure the smooth implementation of the ideological and political moral quality model of university teachers. It mainly includes grasping the scientific connotation of the implementation strategy of college teachers' ideological and political moral quality model, and establishing and perfecting the implementation process of college teachers' ideological and political moral quality model. To strengthen the construction of college teachers' ideological and political moral quality model, to construct scientifically the implementation mechanism of college teachers' ideological and political moral quality model and to create a good environment for the implementation of college teachers' ideological and political moral quality model, etc.
