【摘要】：通過對1952年~1967年和1976年~1994年兩個時期美國高等院校變化情況的考察,可以發(fā)現(xiàn)在大眾化和普及化進程中,高等院校升格所形成的趨同給高等教育多樣化帶來了巨大挑戰(zhàn)。分化和趨同是高等教育大眾化以來相伴生的現(xiàn)象,本文從新制度理論和資源依附理論,并結(jié)合政府和市場兩個因素來解釋美國高等院校升格行為。
[Abstract]:Through the investigation of the changes of American colleges and universities in the period from 1952 to 1967 and from 1976 to 1994, it can be found that in the process of popularization and popularization, the convergence of the upgrading of higher education has brought great challenges to the diversification of higher education. Differentiation and convergence are concomitant phenomena since the popularization of higher education. This paper explains the upgrading behavior of American colleges and universities from the theory of new system and the theory of resource dependence and combining the government and market factors.
