來(lái)華留學(xué)生文化適應(yīng)策略、自尊與文化智力的關(guān)系研究

【摘要】:文化適應(yīng)是指擁有某種文化中的個(gè)體,在與另一種文化進(jìn)行直接、長(zhǎng)期且持續(xù)的接觸時(shí),發(fā)生的學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)程。文化適應(yīng)策略則是留學(xué)生在文化適應(yīng)過(guò)程中采取的策略。隨著近年來(lái)越來(lái)越多的外國(guó)學(xué)生選擇來(lái)中國(guó)進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí)深造,其各方面的問(wèn)題也就得到了研究者的重視。文化適應(yīng)作為留學(xué)生來(lái)到中國(guó)所面臨的第一個(gè)問(wèn)題,長(zhǎng)久以來(lái)雖然得到了一些研究者的關(guān)注,但研究往往停留在表面,對(duì)于其深層原因則很少有探討;在研究工具方面,更是缺乏適合中國(guó)國(guó)情的留學(xué)生文化適應(yīng)策略問(wèn)卷。 針對(duì)上述問(wèn)題,將本研究分為兩部分。首先,采用探索性因素分析、驗(yàn)證性因素分析、信效度分析的統(tǒng)計(jì)方法對(duì)國(guó)外的文化適應(yīng)策略問(wèn)卷進(jìn)行修訂,經(jīng)檢驗(yàn),修訂問(wèn)卷信效度良好,符合心理測(cè)量學(xué)要求。其次,以修訂的文化適應(yīng)策略問(wèn)卷、文化智力問(wèn)卷和自尊問(wèn)卷,生活滿意度問(wèn)卷為工具,對(duì)279名來(lái)自不同國(guó)家的來(lái)華留學(xué)生進(jìn)行施測(cè),深入探討來(lái)華留學(xué)生文化適應(yīng)策略的狀況以及文化適應(yīng)策略、文化智力和自尊的關(guān)系,以此期望為來(lái)華留學(xué)生的教育事業(yè)做出一點(diǎn)貢獻(xiàn)。本研究的主要結(jié)果如下: 1、修訂的來(lái)華留學(xué)生文化適應(yīng)策略問(wèn)卷的信度和效度均達(dá)到心理測(cè)量學(xué)的要求。 2、來(lái)華留學(xué)生文化適應(yīng)策略在性別、年齡、來(lái)華時(shí)間上不存在顯著差異。 3、來(lái)華留學(xué)生文化適應(yīng)策略在洲籍、專業(yè)分類(文化和語(yǔ)言、科學(xué))、有無(wú)中國(guó)朋友、中國(guó)文化認(rèn)同程度、漢語(yǔ)水平、日常用語(yǔ)上存在顯著差異。4、來(lái)華留學(xué)生文化智力在洲籍和日常用語(yǔ)上存在顯著差異。 5、不同文化智力水平的留學(xué)生在文化適應(yīng)策略上存在顯著差異。 6、自尊與文化智力存在顯著的正相關(guān),與文化適應(yīng)策略的邊緣化策略存在顯著的正相關(guān),與整合策略存在顯著的負(fù)相關(guān)。 7、自尊在來(lái)華留學(xué)生文化智力和異文化適應(yīng)策略問(wèn)存在部分中介作用。 8、來(lái)華留學(xué)生文化適應(yīng)策略的同化策略可以有效的預(yù)測(cè)來(lái)華留學(xué)生的生活滿意度,即同化策略使用的越多,其生活滿意度越高。
[Abstract]:Cultural adaptation refers to the learning process that occurs when individuals in a certain culture are in direct, long-term and continuous contact with another culture. Cultural adaptation is a strategy adopted by foreign students in the process of cultural adaptation. With more and more foreign students coming to China for further study in recent years, researchers pay more attention to their various problems. Cultural adaptation, as the first problem for foreign students to come to China, has been concerned by some researchers for a long time, but the research often stays on the surface, and the deep reasons are seldom discussed; in the aspect of research tools, There is also a lack of cultural adaptation strategies questionnaire for Chinese students. In view of the above problems, this study is divided into two parts. First of all, we use exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and reliability and validity analysis to revise the foreign cultural adaptation strategy questionnaire. The reliability and validity of the revised questionnaire are good and meet the requirements of psychometrics. Secondly, 279 Chinese students from different countries were tested with the revised cultural adaptation strategy questionnaire, cultural intelligence questionnaire, self-esteem questionnaire and life satisfaction questionnaire. This paper probes into the situation of cultural adaptation strategy and the relationship between cultural intelligence and self-esteem of foreign students in China in order to make some contributions to the educational career of foreign students in China. The main results of this study are as follows: 1. The reliability and validity of the revised questionnaire are up to the requirements of psychometrics. 2. There are no significant differences in the cultural adaptation strategies of Chinese students in terms of gender, age, and time to come to China. (3) the cultural adaptation strategy of Chinese students in China is based on Chinese nationality, major classification (culture and language, science, whether there are Chinese friends or not, the degree of Chinese cultural identity, the level of Chinese language, etc.) There are significant differences in daily language. 4. There are significant differences in the cultural intelligence of foreign students from China. 5. There are significant differences in cultural adaptation strategies among foreign students with different levels of cultural intelligence. 6. There is a significant positive correlation between self-esteem and cultural intelligence, a significant positive correlation with the marginalization strategy of cultural adaptation strategies, and a significant negative correlation between self-esteem and integration strategies. 7. Self-esteem plays an intermediary role in foreign students' cultural intelligence and foreign cultural adaptation strategies. 8. The assimilation strategy of the cultural adaptation strategy can effectively predict the life satisfaction of the Chinese students, that is, the more assimilation strategies are used, the higher the life satisfaction.
