【摘要】：新時期研究如何充分發(fā)揮思想政治理論課教研室主任的作用問題,有利于加強(qiáng)高校思想政治理論課師資隊伍建設(shè),有利于凝聚高校思想政治理論課教學(xué)科研力量,有利于創(chuàng)新實踐高校教研室主任作用發(fā)揮機(jī)制。目前,高校思想政治理論課教研室主任在配備、使用和管理方面還存在許多問題,未能充分發(fā)揮教研室主任的作用�？梢酝ㄟ^選拔優(yōu)秀教師擔(dān)任教研室主任,增強(qiáng)教研室主任的榮譽(yù)感;完善教研室主任管理使用機(jī)制,增強(qiáng)教研室主任的責(zé)任感;提高教研室主任相關(guān)工作待遇,增強(qiáng)教研室主任的幸福感等方式調(diào)動教研室主任的積極性,使教研室主任的作用得到充分發(fā)揮。
[Abstract]:In the new period, the research on how to give full play to the role of the director of the teaching and Research Department of the ideological and political theory course is helpful to strengthen the construction of the teaching staff of the ideological and political theory course in Colleges and universities, to condense the teaching and scientific research forces of the ideological and political theory course in Colleges and universities, and to practice the mechanism of the role of the director of the teaching and research department in Colleges and universities. The director of the teaching and research department has many problems, and there are still many problems in use and management. It can not give full play to the role of the director of the teaching and research department. By selecting excellent teachers to serve as the director of the teaching and research department, we can enhance the sense of honor of the director of the teaching and research department, improve the management and use mechanism of the director of the teaching and research department, strengthen the sense of responsibility of the director of the teaching and Research Office, and improve the director of the teaching and research department. In order to mobilize the enthusiasm of the director of the teaching and research section, the role of the director of the teaching and research section is brought into full play.
