高校國防教育促進(jìn)大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)的策略研究

【摘要】:高校國防教育是我國國防事業(yè)的重要組成部分,在高校教育體系中有著特殊的地位。高校國防教育與高校素質(zhì)教育之間存在著種種關(guān)聯(lián),,對大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)的發(fā)展也具有促進(jìn)作用。大學(xué)生是民族文化和精神的繼承人和傳承者,他們的素質(zhì)狀況關(guān)系到國家和民族的未來。本文以“高校國防教育促進(jìn)大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)發(fā)展”為研究視角,探索國防教育與素質(zhì)教育的內(nèi)涵本質(zhì),探索國防教育對綜合素質(zhì)的促進(jìn)功能及其實(shí)現(xiàn)。 本文具體分析了高校國防教育的內(nèi)涵特征,從本質(zhì)定位、主要特征、價(jià)值功能三個(gè)方面對高校國防教育的本質(zhì)進(jìn)行了探索。文中以馬克思關(guān)于人的全面發(fā)展理論為指導(dǎo),將大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)劃分為思想政治素質(zhì)、科學(xué)文化素質(zhì)、身心素質(zhì)和創(chuàng)新素質(zhì),并對上述素質(zhì)進(jìn)行了具體分析。在了解國防教育與大學(xué)生綜合素質(zhì)的本質(zhì)的基礎(chǔ)上,對兩者之間存在的關(guān)聯(lián)性和相互間的功能作用進(jìn)行解析,研究兩者諸要素在一定環(huán)境下相互聯(lián)系、相互作用的運(yùn)行規(guī)律和基本原理。研究的目的在于促進(jìn)提高,以高校國防教育的現(xiàn)狀為現(xiàn)實(shí)依據(jù),以國家、學(xué)校、個(gè)人對國防教育的需求為前提,研究國防教育促進(jìn)綜合素質(zhì)發(fā)展的策略和途徑。認(rèn)識到要將國防教育和素質(zhì)教育緊密結(jié)合起來,優(yōu)化國防教育自身的體制結(jié)構(gòu)和教學(xué)內(nèi)容;同時(shí)要緊跟時(shí)代,創(chuàng)新教育手段;強(qiáng)化國防教育的師資力量,并將國防教育作為長期的教育過程持續(xù)開展下去。
[Abstract]:National defense education in colleges and universities is an important part of national defense in our country and plays a special role in the education system of colleges and universities. There are various relations between national defense education and quality education in colleges and universities, which can promote the development of college students' comprehensive quality. College students are the heirs and inheritors of national culture and spirit, and their quality is related to the future of the country and nation. From the perspective of "National defense education in colleges and universities to promote the development of comprehensive quality of college students", this paper explores the connotation essence of national defense education and quality education, and explores the function and realization of national defense education in promoting comprehensive quality. This paper analyzes the connotation characteristics of national defense education in colleges and universities, and probes into the essence of national defense education in colleges and universities from three aspects: essential orientation, main characteristics and value function. Under the guidance of Marx's theory on the all-round development of human beings, the comprehensive quality of college students is divided into ideological and political quality, scientific and cultural quality, physical and mental quality and innovative quality, and the above qualities are analyzed concretely. On the basis of understanding the essence of national defense education and college students' comprehensive quality, this paper analyzes the relationship between them and their functions, and studies the interrelation between the two elements in a certain environment. Based on the current situation of national defense education in colleges and universities, and on the premise of the national defense education needs of the country, schools and individuals, this paper studies the strategies and approaches of national defense education to promote the development of comprehensive quality. Recognizing the need to closely integrate national defence education with quality education, to optimize its own institutional structure and teaching content, to keep abreast of the times, to innovate educational means, and to strengthen the teaching staff of national defense education, And national defense education as a long-term education process to continue to carry out.
