新建地方本科高校新任教師專業(yè)發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:隨著我國高等教育的持續(xù)大幅擴(kuò)招,一大批新建地方本科高校(以下或稱新建高校)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,隨之充實(shí)到新建高校中的新任教師的數(shù)量逐年增加。新建地方本科高校新任教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展是一個(gè)非常有價(jià)值的研究課題。本研究試圖從新建高校新任教師的視角探討新建高校新任教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的真實(shí)狀況,分析當(dāng)前新建高校新任教師專業(yè)發(fā)展所存在的問題及原因并對此提出相關(guān)的對策和建議。 以終身教育理論、教師專業(yè)發(fā)展理論為基礎(chǔ)。本論文首先以終身教育理論作為本論文的一個(gè)重要理論依據(jù)。大學(xué)教師應(yīng)該與時(shí)俱進(jìn),不斷地學(xué)習(xí)新的理論以及新的實(shí)踐操作技能,并且持續(xù)終身,只有這樣才能促進(jìn)自身專業(yè)不斷發(fā)展。然后以教師教育理論為主要依據(jù),認(rèn)同將教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展分為職前教育、入職教育與在職教育三個(gè)連續(xù)的發(fā)展階段。最后將相關(guān)學(xué)習(xí)理論加以論述,作為新建地方本科高校新任教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的另一個(gè)重要理論基礎(chǔ)。 通過問卷調(diào)查法和訪談法得出新建高校新任教師專業(yè)發(fā)展中存在的問題,并分析了相關(guān)原因。新建高校新任教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的問題主要有成長環(huán)境層面對新件高校新任教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的促進(jìn)不大、政府、新建高校等主體在技術(shù)操作層面對其專業(yè)發(fā)展有重大制約作用和新任教師個(gè)人因素對自身專業(yè)發(fā)展的影響,然后詳細(xì)分析了導(dǎo)致這些問題的原因。 根據(jù)調(diào)查研究的結(jié)果,結(jié)合相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)研究,,得出了新建高校新任教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的相關(guān)建議,需要從政府(如財(cái)政支出保障、制度法規(guī)支持、建立專業(yè)機(jī)構(gòu)等)、新建高校(入職培訓(xùn)、校內(nèi)師徒制、通過課題研究促進(jìn)新任教師專業(yè)發(fā)展等)和新任教師個(gè)人(如自我規(guī)劃、自覺教育研究、自我反思)等三個(gè)方面來采取措施。 總之,在借鑒國內(nèi)外先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,不僅新任教師自身要有較強(qiáng)的自主發(fā)展要求和相關(guān)行動(dòng),政府、新建高校也必須為新任教師提供良好的條件,搭建適宜的發(fā)展平臺(tái)、建立系統(tǒng)科學(xué)、人性化的新任教師專業(yè)發(fā)展體系才能更好地促進(jìn)新建地方本科高校新任教師的專業(yè)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the continuous expansion of higher education in our country, a large number of newly established local undergraduate universities (below or new universities) have emerged, and the number of new teachers who have been enriched to the newly built colleges and universities has increased year by year. The professional development of new teachers in newly-established local colleges and universities is a valuable research topic. This study attempts to explore the real situation of the new teachers' professional development from the perspective of new teachers in newly built colleges and universities, analyzes the problems and causes of the new teachers' professional development at present, and puts forward some relevant countermeasures and suggestions. Based on the theory of lifelong education and the theory of teacher professional development. This thesis firstly takes the theory of lifelong education as an important theoretical basis of this paper. College teachers should keep pace with the times, constantly learn new theories and new practical skills, and continue for life. Only in this way can they promote their own professional development. Then, based on the theory of teacher education, it is recognized that teachers' professional development is divided into three successive stages: pre-service education, induction education and in-service education. Finally, the relevant learning theories are discussed as another important theoretical basis for the new teachers' professional development in newly established local colleges and universities. The problems in the new teachers' professional development in newly-built colleges and universities are obtained by questionnaire and interview, and the related reasons are analyzed. The major problems in the professional development of new teachers in newly built colleges and universities are that the growth environment does not promote the professional development of new teachers in new colleges and universities. The government, New colleges and universities and other subjects in the technical operation level of its professional development has a major role and new teachers' personal factors on their own professional development, and then analyzed in detail the causes of these problems. According to the results of the investigation and related literature research, this paper draws the relevant suggestions for the professional development of new teachers in newly-built colleges and universities, which need to be supported by the government (such as the financial expenditure guarantee, the system and laws and regulations). Establishing professional institutions, establishing new colleges and universities (induction training, in-school teacher-apprenticeship system, promoting the professional development of new teachers through project research, etc.) and individual teachers (such as self-planning, conscious educational research, etc.), Self-reflection) and other three aspects to take measures. In a word, on the basis of drawing lessons from the advanced experience at home and abroad, not only the new teachers themselves should have strong independent development requirements and related actions, but also the government and the newly built universities must provide good conditions for the new teachers and set up a suitable development platform. Only by establishing the system science and humanization of the new teachers' professional development system can we promote the new teachers' professional development in newly-built local colleges and universities.
