高校學(xué)生使用移動(dòng)圖書(shū)館的行為意愿影響因素研究

【摘要】:隨著移動(dòng)互聯(lián)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,國(guó)內(nèi)很多高校開(kāi)始引入移動(dòng)圖書(shū)館來(lái)幫助在校學(xué)生更加便捷地訪問(wèn)和利用圖書(shū)館內(nèi)的信息資源。然而,調(diào)查研究表明,高校在校學(xué)生使用移動(dòng)圖書(shū)館的比例相對(duì)較低,從而在一定程度上造成了教育資源的浪費(fèi)。因此,有必要全面探索影響高校學(xué)生使用移動(dòng)圖書(shū)館意愿的相關(guān)因素,從而為高校更好地推動(dòng)移動(dòng)圖書(shū)館在學(xué)生中的使用提出相關(guān)對(duì)策和建議。 本文根據(jù)用戶采納領(lǐng)域內(nèi)的一個(gè)全面的理論框架——技術(shù)接受和使用統(tǒng)一模型(UTAUT),并結(jié)合高校移動(dòng)圖書(shū)館和高校學(xué)生的具體特點(diǎn),提出了一個(gè)關(guān)于高校在校大學(xué)生使用移動(dòng)圖書(shū)館行為意向的理論模型。具體地,移動(dòng)圖書(shū)館的“內(nèi)容豐富化"、在校大學(xué)生的“自我效能”、“主觀規(guī)范”以及“便利條件”被界定為移動(dòng)圖書(shū)館情境下對(duì)應(yīng)于UTAUT模型中的“績(jī)效期望、努力期望、社群影響和便利條件”的主要內(nèi)容?紤]到高校移動(dòng)圖書(shū)館的具體情境,傳統(tǒng)UTAUT模型中調(diào)節(jié)變量“年齡、性別、經(jīng)驗(yàn)以及自愿性"顯得不再那么重要,予以刪除。同時(shí)刪除“使用行為”變量,因?yàn)閲?guó)內(nèi)高校移動(dòng)圖書(shū)館使用率較低,沒(méi)有形成大規(guī)模使用。與此同時(shí),移動(dòng)圖書(shū)館的大學(xué)生用戶群體主要由本科生和研究生這兩類(lèi)學(xué)生構(gòu)成,因此,本研究將學(xué)生類(lèi)型作為調(diào)節(jié)變量,基于這兩類(lèi)學(xué)生的差異比較UTAUT模型中的因果關(guān)系。 本研究采用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查的方法收集數(shù)據(jù),并用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型中的PLS(偏最小二乘)技術(shù)來(lái)驗(yàn)證所提出的理論模型和研究假設(shè)。通過(guò)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)3所已經(jīng)引入移動(dòng)圖書(shū)館服務(wù)的高校在校學(xué)生進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查,最終共收到有效問(wèn)卷251份。數(shù)據(jù)分析的結(jié)果表明:(1)內(nèi)容豐富化、自我效能、便利條件和主觀規(guī)范會(huì)正向直接影響學(xué)生的使用意愿;(2)相對(duì)于研究生,內(nèi)容豐富化和便利條件更容易使得本科生產(chǎn)生使用移動(dòng)圖書(shū)館的行為意愿;而相對(duì)于本科生,主觀規(guī)范更容易使得研究生產(chǎn)生使用移動(dòng)圖書(shū)館的行為意愿。 此次研究,基于UTAUT理論框架,構(gòu)建了一個(gè)較為全面的關(guān)于高校學(xué)生使用移動(dòng)圖書(shū)館行為意愿的理論模型并進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析。不但拓展了我們對(duì)于移動(dòng)圖書(shū)館用戶采納的認(rèn)識(shí),而且豐富了UTAUT理論,同時(shí),為高校更加有效地推動(dòng)移動(dòng)圖書(shū)館在學(xué)生中的使用提供了建議的依據(jù),具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:With the development of mobile interconnection technology, many colleges and universities in China began to introduce mobile libraries to help students access and utilize the information resources in the library more conveniently. However, the investigation shows that the proportion of college students using mobile library is relatively low, which results in the waste of educational resources to some extent. Therefore, it is necessary to explore the relevant factors that affect the willingness of college students to use mobile libraries, so as to put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions for better promoting the use of mobile libraries among students in colleges and universities. According to a comprehensive theoretical framework in the field of user adoption-the unified model of technology acceptance and use, and combined with the specific characteristics of university mobile libraries and college students, This paper puts forward a theoretical model about the behavior intention of college students using mobile library. Specifically, the "content enrichment" of mobile libraries, the "self-efficacy", "subjective norms" and "convenience conditions" of college students are defined as "performance expectations" and "hard expectations" corresponding to the UTAUT model in the context of mobile libraries. Considering the specific situation of mobile libraries in colleges and universities, the traditional UTAUT model of adjusting variables "age, sex, experience and voluntary" is not so important and be deleted. At the same time, the user group of university students in mobile library is mainly composed of undergraduate students and graduate students. Therefore, this study takes the student type as a regulating variable, and compares the causality in UTAUT model based on the differences between the two types of students. In this study, the data were collected by questionnaire, and the theoretical model and the research hypothesis were verified by the PLS (partial least squares) technique in the structural equation model. A total of 251 valid questionnaires were received through a questionnaire survey among the students of 3 universities that have introduced mobile library services in China. The results of the data analysis show that the content enrichment, self-efficacy, convenience conditions and subjective norms can positively affect students' willingness to use than graduate students. It is easier for undergraduates to use mobile libraries than for undergraduates, and subjective norms are easier for graduate students to use mobile libraries. Based on the framework of UTAUT, this study constructs a comprehensive theoretical model of college students' willingness to use mobile libraries and makes an empirical analysis. It not only expands our understanding of mobile library user's adoption, but also enriches the UTAUT theory. At the same time, it provides suggestions for the university to promote the use of mobile library among students more effectively, which is of great significance.
