【摘要】：為貫徹落實《中共中央國務院關于進一步加強和改進大學生思想政治教育的意見》的精神，共青團中央、教育部就加強和改進大學生社團工作提出意見，要大力扶持理論學習型社團。高校學生理論社團是幫助在校大學生學習理論知識的一個平臺，其本身就包涵了大量的思想政治教育的因素，在校園文化中占主導地位，同時它也是社會主流文化中的一種形式。每個參加到高校學生理論社團的學生都能夠感受到社團豐富多彩的社團活動，同時在活動中潛移默化的接受到思想政治教育，從而有利于個人“三觀”的建立，因此借用高校社團這種形式，成立進行全校性的學習、研究以馬克思主義理論為主的高校理論社團成為大學生的內在需求。 高校學生理論社團在大學生思想政治教育中具有非常重要的作用，主要有充分提高思想政治教育的吸引力；積極發(fā)揮思想政治教育的主導性；不斷促進思想政治教育的創(chuàng)新力；極大增強思想政治教育的實踐性。追溯高校學生理論社團產生的主要背景分為時代背景、社會背景、學校背景。在其發(fā)展的過程當中，出現(xiàn)了社團規(guī)模不斷壯大；組織結構逐步健全；社團活動方式靈活多樣；社會實踐卓有成效；社團理論網(wǎng)站蓬勃興起等特點。但是目前在發(fā)展過程高校學生理論社團建設依舊存在著不少問題，例如高校學生社團發(fā)展不平衡；管理體制不完善；建設水平提高難；活動層次有待提高；建設經(jīng)費不足等問題值得我們進一步研究。探討高校學生理論社團發(fā)展方法建議，，第一要積極發(fā)揮黨團組織的功能；第二要切實完善高校學生理論社團的管理體制；第三要加強高校學生理論社團中管理干部隊伍的建設和全面提高社團成員的整體素質；最后要加強高校學生理論社團活動的吸引力。最后選取了高校學生理論社團經(jīng)典案例——清華大學學生馬克思主義學習研究協(xié)會，對其社團的成立和發(fā)展歷史、運行狀況以及其建設現(xiàn)狀、部門設置、活動管理進行了詳細分析。

It is necessary to vigorously support theoretical learning societies. The college student theory association is a platform to help college students learn theoretical knowledge. It contains a large number of ideological and political education factors, and plays a leading role in the campus culture. At the same time, it is also a form of social mainstream culture. Every student who participates in the college student theory community can feel the rich and colorful community activities of the community, and at the same time, receive ideological and political education in the activities, which is conducive to the establishment of the "three views" of the individual. Therefore, by borrowing the form of university associations, setting up the whole school to study, to study the Marxist theory of institutions of higher learning to become the inherent needs of students. College students' theoretical associations play a very important role in the ideological and political education of college students, which mainly include improving the attraction of ideological and political education, giving full play to the leading role of ideological and political education, promoting the innovation of ideological and political education, and promoting the innovation of ideological and political education. Greatly enhance the practicality of ideological and political education. The main background of college students' theoretical association is divided into the background of the times, the social background and the school background. In the process of its development, there are some characteristics, such as the continuous expansion of the community scale, the gradual improvement of the organizational structure, the flexible and diverse ways of community activities, the fruitful social practice and the vigorous rise of the social association theory website. However, there are still many problems in the process of development, such as the unbalanced development of college student associations, the imperfect management system, the difficulty of improving the level of construction, the need to improve the level of activities, and the need to improve the level of activities. Problems such as insufficient construction funds are worthy of further study. In order to explore the development method of the college students' theoretical association, the first is to give full play to the function of the party and the group, the second is to improve the management system of the college student's theoretical association. Third, it is necessary to strengthen the construction of the management cadre team and improve the overall quality of the members of the university student theory association, and finally to strengthen the attraction of the university student theory association activity. In the end, the author chooses the classic case of college student theory association-Tsinghua University student Marxism study and research association, to its society establishment and development history, operation condition and its construction present situation, the department setting up, Activity management is analyzed in detail.
