【摘要】：后現(xiàn)代主義是20世紀(jì)50到60年代在歐美廣泛盛行的一種社會(huì)與文化思潮。其最核心精神是尊重個(gè)性、尊重差異、尊重多元、注重人文關(guān)懷，矛頭直指以科學(xué)與理性為基礎(chǔ)的現(xiàn)代性。當(dāng)前我國(guó)正處于經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化的轉(zhuǎn)型時(shí)期，在學(xué)術(shù)研究領(lǐng)域存在著各種思想間的交匯與交鋒，讓人們生活在一個(gè)多元差異的世界里，文明的差異、文化的差異以及人類自身的差異，后現(xiàn)代主義更是其中一股勁風(fēng)。因此，不少研究者競(jìng)相站在后現(xiàn)代主義的立場(chǎng)對(duì)相關(guān)理論和學(xué)術(shù)問題予以審視，以期突破現(xiàn)代主義遭遇的困境，拓展發(fā)現(xiàn)問題、分析問題和解決問題的新思路。在這一宏觀背景下我國(guó)高等教育的社會(huì)功能、管理體制、培養(yǎng)模式，以及學(xué)生個(gè)體的價(jià)值取向、思維方式、行為習(xí)慣等也正在發(fā)生著巨大的變化，給大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作帶來了新情況、新問題和新挑戰(zhàn)，，同時(shí)也帶來了一次發(fā)展機(jī)遇。由此，本文試圖在堅(jiān)持馬克思主義立場(chǎng)的前提下，將大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作的人性化問題置于后現(xiàn)代主義視域中予以研究，以期開拓大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作的新境界。全文共分為五個(gè)部分： 第一章引言。主要概述本研究的意義、研究綜述、研究方法以及本文的創(chuàng)新和存在的不足——為問題的研究提供邏輯起點(diǎn)。 第二章對(duì)后現(xiàn)代主義進(jìn)行概述。主要闡述了后現(xiàn)代主義興起的歷史背景、概念界定及基本主張、對(duì)基本主張的辯證剖析——為問題的研究提供理論支點(diǎn)。 第三章闡述后現(xiàn)代主義視域下當(dāng)前大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作人性化存在的問題。主要闡述了人性、人性化、思想政治教育工作人性化的概念，以及對(duì)當(dāng)前大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作人性化的檢視——為問題的研究提供對(duì)象。 第四章分析了后現(xiàn)代主義對(duì)大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作人性化的影響。本章主要從后現(xiàn)代主義對(duì)大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作的積極和消極影響兩方面進(jìn)行辯證闡述——突出本研究的價(jià)值取向。 第五章主要闡述后現(xiàn)代主義視野下大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作人性化的實(shí)現(xiàn)策略。本章主要從思想教育工作的目的、政治教育主體、教育對(duì)象、工作內(nèi)容、工作方法、教育評(píng)價(jià)等思想政治教育的要素方面提出大學(xué)生思想政治教育工作人性化的路徑——這是本研究的重點(diǎn)所在。
[Abstract]:Post-modernism is a social and cultural trend of thought that prevailed widely in Europe and America from 1950 to 1960's. Its core spirit is to respect individuality, respect difference, respect diversity, pay attention to humanistic concern, and point to modernity based on science and reason. At present, our country is in a period of economic and cultural transformation. In the field of academic research, there is an intersection and confrontation of various ideas, so that people can live in a world of diverse differences and differences in civilization. Postmodernism is one of the cultural differences as well as human differences. Therefore, many researchers race to examine the relevant theories and academic problems from the standpoint of postmodernism, in order to break through the predicament encountered by modernism, expand the new ideas of finding problems, analyzing problems and solving problems. Under this macro background, the social function, management system, training mode, value orientation, thinking mode and behavior habits of Chinese higher education are also undergoing great changes. It brings a new situation, new problems and new challenges to the ideological and political education of college students, and also brings a development opportunity. Therefore, on the premise of adhering to the Marxist position, this paper attempts to study the humanization of ideological and political education of college students from the perspective of postmodernism, in order to open up a new realm of ideological and political education for college students. The full text is divided into five parts: The first chapter is introduction. This paper mainly summarizes the significance of this study, research review, research methods and the innovation and shortcomings of this paper-to provide a logical starting point for the study of the problem. The second chapter summarizes postmodernism. This paper mainly expounds the historical background, the definition of the concept and the basic proposition of the rise of postmodernism, and provides the theoretical fulcrum for the study of the problem through the dialectical analysis of the basic propositions. The third chapter expounds the existing problems of humanization in the ideological and political education of college students under the view of post-modernism. This paper mainly expounds the concept of humanity, humanization and humanization of ideological and political education, and examines the humanization of ideological and political education of college students at present. Chapter four analyzes the influence of postmodernism on the humanization of ideological and political education of college students. This chapter focuses on the positive and negative effects of postmodernism on the ideological and political education of college students-highlighting the value orientation of this study. The fifth chapter mainly expounds the realization strategy of humanization of ideological and political education of college students in the view of post-modernism. This chapter mainly focuses on the purpose of ideological education, the subject of political education, the object of education, the content of work, the method of work, In the aspect of educational evaluation and other elements of ideological and political education, the humanized path of ideological and political education for college students is put forward-which is the focus of this study.
