構(gòu)建高校藝術(shù)專業(yè)學(xué)生思想政治教育方法模式研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),隨著我國(guó)高等教育的改革和發(fā)展,藝術(shù)高等教育也逐漸從專業(yè)化走向大眾化。除了全國(guó)僅有的幾所高等藝術(shù)院校添設(shè)新專業(yè)擴(kuò)大招生面之外,部分高校也紛紛開(kāi)設(shè)播音主持、影視表演、藝術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)等藝術(shù)專業(yè)。在高校開(kāi)設(shè)藝術(shù)專業(yè)是我國(guó)高等教育的創(chuàng)新舉措,一方面這確實(shí)有利于學(xué)校整體素質(zhì)的提升,但另一方面也確實(shí)使高校的思想政治教育工作面臨著更大的挑戰(zhàn)。由于藝術(shù)專業(yè)學(xué)生的思想政治教育缺少系統(tǒng)的理論支持和實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)的總結(jié),所以本文旨在思想政治教育理論的指導(dǎo)下,,立足藝術(shù)專業(yè)學(xué)生特點(diǎn),對(duì)思想政治教育過(guò)程的組織方式和教育實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)做簡(jiǎn)要概括,從而總結(jié)出針對(duì)于高校藝術(shù)專業(yè)學(xué)生的思想政治教育方法模式,以豐富藝術(shù)專業(yè)學(xué)生的思想政治教育理論。 本文從四個(gè)部分對(duì)高校藝術(shù)專業(yè)思想政治教育方法模式構(gòu)建研究這一問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了論述。 第一部分,主要分析了高校藝術(shù)專業(yè)學(xué)生的特點(diǎn)及成因。從思想道德、人文素質(zhì)、日常行為、心理品質(zhì)、專業(yè)思想等五個(gè)方面對(duì)藝術(shù)專業(yè)學(xué)生的特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的陳述。系統(tǒng)分析市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)繁榮、社會(huì)環(huán)境轉(zhuǎn)型、高等教育改革、信息多元發(fā)展、藝術(shù)專業(yè)特性等多種因素對(duì)藝術(shù)專業(yè)學(xué)生特點(diǎn)形成所起到的作用。 第二部分,主要對(duì)高校藝術(shù)專業(yè)學(xué)生思想政治教育的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析。在肯定成績(jī)的基礎(chǔ)上,指出高校藝術(shù)專業(yè)學(xué)生思想政治教育工作在教育主體、教育內(nèi)容、教育客體三方面中所存在的問(wèn)題,通過(guò)對(duì)問(wèn)題的分析總結(jié)出高校藝術(shù)專業(yè)思想政治教育工作所面臨的挑戰(zhàn)。 第三部分,主要提出了高校藝術(shù)專業(yè)學(xué)生思想政治教育方法模式構(gòu)建的指導(dǎo)思想、原則要求及所要達(dá)到的目標(biāo)。 第四部分,具體闡述了關(guān)于高校藝術(shù)專業(yè)學(xué)生思想政治教育的三個(gè)方法模式。分別是“雙元互動(dòng)”思想政治教育模式、“三位一體”思想政治教育模式、“多維結(jié)合”思想政治教育模式。針對(duì)每一種不同的模式,筆者又具體闡述了實(shí)施該模式的方法途徑。其中“雙元互動(dòng)”思想政治教育模式包括:教學(xué)相長(zhǎng)平等式教育方法、以情化人情感式教育方法、自主管理主體式教育方法;“三位一體”思想政治教育模式包括:完善制度規(guī)范式教育方法、借鑒吸納開(kāi)放式教育方法、溝通理解疏導(dǎo)式教育方法;“多維結(jié)合”思想政治教育模式包括:系統(tǒng)學(xué)習(xí)理論式教育方法、親身體驗(yàn)實(shí)踐式教育方法、顯隱結(jié)合滲透式教育方法。這些方法模式之間都是相互聯(lián)系、相互作用、相互滲透、相互影響,形成合力,共同為完成高校藝術(shù)專業(yè)思想政治教育任務(wù)提供保障。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the reform and development of higher education in China, higher education of art has gradually changed from specialization to popularization. In addition to the limited number of art colleges and universities in the country to add new majors to expand the enrollment, some colleges and universities have also set up broadcasting host, film and television performances, art design and other art majors. Setting up art specialty in colleges and universities is an innovative measure of higher education in our country. On the one hand, it is beneficial to the improvement of the overall quality of the school, but on the other hand, it does make the ideological and political education work in colleges and universities face more challenges. Because the ideological and political education of art majors lacks systematic theoretical support and summary of practical experience, the purpose of this paper is to base on the characteristics of art majors under the guidance of the theory of ideological and political education. This paper makes a brief summary of the organization mode and practical experience of ideological and political education, and sums up the mode of ideological and political education for the students majoring in art in universities, so as to enrich the theory of ideological and political education for the students majoring in art. This paper discusses the construction of ideological and political education methods for art majors in colleges and universities in four parts. The first part mainly analyzes the characteristics and causes of college art majors. The characteristics of art major students are described in detail from five aspects, such as ideology and morality, humanistic quality, daily behavior, psychological quality and professional thought. This paper systematically analyzes the effects of the prosperity of market economy, the transformation of social environment, the reform of higher education, the pluralistic development of information and the characteristics of art majors on the formation of students' characteristics. The second part mainly analyzes the current situation of ideological and political education of art majors in colleges and universities. On the basis of positive achievements, this paper points out the problems existing in the ideological and political education work of art major students in colleges and universities in three aspects: the main body of education, the content of education and the object of education. Through the analysis of the problems, this paper sums up the challenges faced by the ideological and political education of the art major in colleges and universities. In the third part, the author puts forward the guiding ideology, the principle requirement and the goal of constructing the ideological and political education mode for the art major students in colleges and universities. In the fourth part, three methods of ideological and political education for art majors in colleges and universities are elaborated. They are "dual interaction" mode of ideological and political education, "trinity" mode of ideological and political education, "multidimensional combination" mode of ideological and political education. According to each kind of different mode, the author expatiates the method of implementing this mode in detail. The ideological and political education mode of "dual interaction" includes: teaching is equal to each other, emotional education is based on emotion, and subject education is managed independently; The "Trinity" mode of ideological and political education includes: perfecting the educational method of system and norm, drawing lessons from the open education method, communicating and understanding the educational method of dredging; The ideological and political education mode of "multidimensional combination" includes: systematic learning theory education method, personal experience practice education method, explicit and implicit combination infiltration education method. These methods and models are interrelated, interacted, infiltrated, and influenced each other, forming a joint force to provide guarantee for accomplishing the task of ideological and political education of art major in colleges and universities.
