低碳時(shí)代與我國高等教育理念的發(fā)展

【摘要】:全球化的“低碳革命”正在興起,人類也即將迎來繼農(nóng)業(yè)化、工業(yè)化、信息化浪潮之后的第四次改革浪潮,即以“低能耗、低污染、低排放”為特征的全新時(shí)代。低碳化是解決全球化環(huán)境和氣候問題的必由之路,也是全球化發(fā)展的大趨勢(shì)。因此,隨著低碳時(shí)代的到來,一直作為社會(huì)的熱點(diǎn)問題的高等教育理念問題,也將會(huì)獲得新的發(fā)展。 本文以我國高等教育理念為研究對(duì)象,將其放在低碳時(shí)代的大背景下,以漸進(jìn)主義模型和創(chuàng)新理論為理論基礎(chǔ),描繪出低碳時(shí)代下我國高等教育理念發(fā)展的前景,并探索出低碳時(shí)代下我國高等教育理念發(fā)展路徑,從而指導(dǎo)當(dāng)前我國高等教育改革的實(shí)踐。全文共分為五章。 第一章是緒論。此部分介紹的主要內(nèi)容主要是問題的提出,研究的意義、研究的主要內(nèi)容和方法,分析國內(nèi)外關(guān)于低碳時(shí)代及高等教育理念的研究現(xiàn)狀,提出當(dāng)前研究的不足,并提出未來研究的趨勢(shì)。 第二章重點(diǎn)梳理低碳時(shí)代與高等教育理念的關(guān)系。首先界定了低碳時(shí)代的內(nèi)涵和主要特征,進(jìn)而對(duì)高等教育的內(nèi)涵和特征進(jìn)行了厘清,接著提出了時(shí)代變革與高等教育理念的關(guān)系,最后分析來低碳時(shí)代與高等教育理念的關(guān)系。 第三章回顧時(shí)代變革與中外高等教育理念的發(fā)展歷程。一方面闡述了時(shí)代變革與外國高等教育理念的發(fā)展,介紹了農(nóng)業(yè)時(shí)代與中世紀(jì)歐洲大學(xué)的發(fā)展理念、工業(yè)時(shí)代與近現(xiàn)代歐美大學(xué)的高等教育理念和信息時(shí)代與當(dāng)代世界的高等教育理念;另一方面分析了時(shí)代變革與中國高等教育理念的發(fā)展,介紹了農(nóng)業(yè)時(shí)代與古代中國高等教育理念、工業(yè)時(shí)代與近代中國高等教育理念和信息時(shí)代與當(dāng)代中國高等教育理念。 第四章對(duì)低碳時(shí)代下我國高等教育理念的發(fā)展進(jìn)行分析。首先介紹了低碳時(shí)代下我國高等教育理念發(fā)展的必要性,即高等教育發(fā)展規(guī)律的要求、高等教育資源緊缺日益緊缺以及全球化低碳化思潮的蔓延;其次提出了低碳時(shí)代下高等教育理念的發(fā)展目標(biāo),即實(shí)現(xiàn)高等教育生態(tài)發(fā)展理念、高等教育綠色管理理念和高等教育低碳人才培養(yǎng);最后基于低碳時(shí)代下高等教育理念的發(fā)展目標(biāo),提出低碳時(shí)代下高等教育理念的現(xiàn)實(shí)走向。 第五章探索低碳時(shí)代下我國高等教育理念發(fā)展的路徑。文章提出了低碳時(shí)代下我國高等教育理念發(fā)展的理論基礎(chǔ),即漸進(jìn)主義模型和創(chuàng)新理論;分析了低碳時(shí)代下我國高等教育理念的發(fā)展原則,即國際性與民族性相結(jié)合的原則、生態(tài)型和發(fā)展性相結(jié)合的原則、創(chuàng)新性與可行性相結(jié)合的原則實(shí);推出了低碳時(shí)代下高等教育理念的實(shí)施保障。 低碳時(shí)代是未來社會(huì)的發(fā)展方向,我國高等教育理念的發(fā)展過程也是一個(gè)長(zhǎng)期摸索、不斷總結(jié)的過程,因此研究低碳時(shí)代下我國高等教育理念是未來教育研究的主要方向之一,應(yīng)當(dāng)高度關(guān)注低碳時(shí)代下我國高等教育理念的發(fā)展走,促進(jìn)低碳時(shí)代下我國高等教育的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The globalization of the "low-carbon revolution" is rising, and the fourth wave of reform, following the tide of agriculture, industrialization and information, is a new era characterized by "low energy consumption, low pollution and low emission". Low carbonization is the only way to solve the global environment and climate problems, and also the trend of globalization. Therefore, with the advent of the low carbon era, the concept of higher education, which has always been a hot issue in society, will also get new development.
This paper, taking China's higher education concept as the research object, puts it under the background of low carbon age, based on the progressive doctrine model and innovation theory, depicts the prospect of the development of higher education concept in the low carbon era, and explores the development path of higher education concept in the low carbon era, so as to guide the current China's higher education. The practice of educational reform. The full text is divided into five chapters.
The first chapter is the introduction. The main content of this part is mainly the proposal of the problem, the significance of the research, the main contents and methods of the research, the analysis of the current research status of the low carbon age and higher education concept at home and abroad, the shortage of the current research and the trend of the future research.
The second chapter focuses on the relationship between the low carbon age and the concept of higher education. First, it defines the connotation and main characteristics of the low carbon era, then clarifies the connotation and characteristics of higher education, and then puts forward the relationship between the times change and the concept of higher education, and finally analyzes the relationship between the low carbon age and the higher education concept.
The third chapter reviews the evolution of the times and the concept of higher education in China and foreign countries. On the one hand, it expounds the development of the times and the ideas of foreign higher education, introduces the concept of the development of the agricultural era and the middle ages of European University, the concept of Higher Education in the industrial age and the modern European and American universities, and the higher education in the information age and in the contemporary world. On the other hand, it analyzes the development of the times change and the concept of higher education in China, introduces the concept of higher education in the age of agriculture and the ancient China, the concept of higher education in the industrial era and modern China, the information age and the concept of higher education in contemporary China.
The fourth chapter analyzes the development of higher education concept in the low carbon era. Firstly, it introduces the necessity of the development of higher education concept in the low carbon era, that is, the requirements of the law of higher education development, the shortage of higher education resources and the spread of the trend of globalization of low carbonization. Secondly, it puts forward the lower carbon age. The goal of the development of education concept is to realize the concept of ecological development of higher education, the concept of green management of higher education and the training of low carbon talents in higher education. Finally, based on the development goal of the concept of higher education in the low carbon era, the realistic trend of the concept of higher education in the low carbon era is put forward.
The fifth chapter explores the path of the development of higher education concept in the low carbon era. The article puts forward the theoretical basis for the development of our higher education concept in the low carbon era, namely, the progressive model and the innovation theory, and analyzes the principle of the development of the concept of higher education in the low carbon era, that is, the principle of the combination of international and ethnicity, and the ecology. The principle of combination of type and development, the principle of combining innovation with feasibility, and the implementation guarantee of higher education concept under the low carbon era.
The low carbon age is the development direction of the future society. The development process of our higher education concept is also a long-term exploration and summary process. Therefore, it is one of the main directions of the future education research to study the concept of higher education in the low carbon era, and should pay high attention to the development of higher education concept in the low carbon era and promote the development of our higher education concept.
