【摘要】：對大學生的成長與發(fā)展而言,大學生評價是一項十分重要而又充滿紛爭的課題。落實《國家中長期教育改革和發(fā)展規(guī)劃綱要(2010-2020年)》"教育需要關注學生不同特點和個性差異"的內(nèi)容,就要在大學生傳統(tǒng)評價與成長評價的對比爭辯中,從"主客體中心之辯——評價者和被評價者誰應該是中心"、"結(jié)果過程之辯——終結(jié)性評價與形成性評價誰優(yōu)秀"等方面認真把握大學生成長評價的要義,從而用成長評價的方法引導和激勵大學生成長與發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In terms of the growth and development of college students, the evaluation of college students is a very important and controversial topic. The content of the implementation of the national medium and long-term education reform and development plan (2010-2020 years) > "education needs to pay attention to the differences in characteristics and personality of students" should be in the contrast between the traditional evaluation and the evaluation of the growth of the university students. From "the argument of the center of the subject and the object - the evaluator and the evaluator who should be the center", "the argument of the result process - the finality evaluation and the formative evaluation who is excellent", we should grasp the important meaning of the college students' growth evaluation so as to guide and encourage the growth and development of the students by the method of growth evaluation.
