高校德育與心理健康教育融合的有效性研究

【摘要】:在人類社會發(fā)展的歷史進(jìn)程中,德育發(fā)揮著至關(guān)重要的作用。伴隨著高校的誕生及其歷史使命的演變,高校德育更是被賦予了許多新的任務(wù)和責(zé)任。然而,現(xiàn)在的狀況卻是,高校德育在發(fā)展中存在種種困境,并不能完全滿足人們的要求。培養(yǎng)道德高尚和心理健康的大學(xué)生是時代的需求,更是教育者的責(zé)任。目前,與高校德育息息相關(guān)的心理健康教育受到了越來越多人的關(guān)注,更有不少研究者提出要實(shí)現(xiàn)高校德育與心理健康教育的融合,給高校教育注入新的活力。通過總結(jié)和分析,我們發(fā)現(xiàn)要實(shí)現(xiàn)兩者的融合也不是一件輕而易舉的事情。高校德育與心理健康教育有著不同的歷史經(jīng)歷和發(fā)展環(huán)境,結(jié)合不同的民族和國情也會產(chǎn)生不同的效果。德育從古至今都與人們的生活緊密聯(lián)系,不同的國度、不同的民族的德育觀念會有很明顯的差別,并且教育的方式也在隨著時間的發(fā)展而不斷變化。但是,任何事物的發(fā)展都不是一帆風(fēng)順的,中國社會正處于轉(zhuǎn)型期,大學(xué)生的各方面發(fā)展都受到巨大影響。目前,大學(xué)生并不良好的心理健康狀況已經(jīng)進(jìn)入到了社會各界的視線里,但是德育在這方面所能起到的作用有限,因此高校呼喚心理健康教育,并希望心理健康教育能和德育結(jié)合起來,共同解決學(xué)生在道德和心理方面的問題。 然而,心理健康教育在我國的發(fā)展情況卻又不盡如人意。比如說,自從1879年馮特在萊比錫大學(xué)建立了第一所實(shí)驗(yàn)室,心理學(xué)的問世也不過百余年的時間,心理健康教育進(jìn)入我國更是僅僅只有二十多年,并且人類的心理現(xiàn)象是個多層次、多維度的綜合體,不僅有共性,而且有獨(dú)特性,想要很好的把握這個復(fù)雜豐富的事物是非常困難的。大學(xué)生在這個特定的人生階段本身就有許多獨(dú)有的特點(diǎn),所以怎樣才能使心理健康教育更好地結(jié)合我國的實(shí)際,結(jié)合當(dāng)代大學(xué)生的實(shí)際,實(shí)現(xiàn)與高校德育的融合,是一個很重要的話題。 雖然目前我國高校在對于德育和心理健康教育的融合方面已經(jīng)取得了一定的成績,但是還存在一定的漏洞或者說不夠完善和有效。所以,本文在采用對文獻(xiàn)的分析法和對歷史的研究法的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了研究的主題,即如何正確把握高校德育與心理健康教育之間的關(guān)聯(lián)性,并在實(shí)現(xiàn)兩者融合上做出探討。融合并不是整合,是要在保持高校德育與心理健康教育各自特性的同時,倡導(dǎo)教育者在教育活動中實(shí)現(xiàn)兩者取長補(bǔ)短、互補(bǔ)共進(jìn)。 本文首先闡述了高校德育與心理健康教育的含義及其發(fā)展歷史。第三章對高校德育與心理健康教育的關(guān)系進(jìn)行梳理,包括二者的定義、區(qū)別和聯(lián)系、對立統(tǒng)一的關(guān)系、對高校教育的影響和局限性以及二者融合的必要性和可能性。其次,闡述了高校德育與心理健康教育融合的目標(biāo)和理論基礎(chǔ)。在探討以上各方面的基礎(chǔ)上,尋求高校德育與心理健康教育融合的原則和途徑就顯得尤為重要。所以,本文第五章從五個方面探討了高校德育與心理健康教育融合的原則,即以“和而不同”為原則;以適應(yīng)時代發(fā)展為原則;以尊重大學(xué)生的個體差別為原則;以理論和實(shí)踐相統(tǒng)一為原則;以助人自助為原則。并從四個方面對融合途徑進(jìn)行探索:第一,輔導(dǎo)員工作是高校德育與心理健康教育融合的有效途徑;第二,對心理輔導(dǎo)理論及其德育價(jià)值的認(rèn)識是重要融合途徑;第三,運(yùn)用德育手段對心理健康教育效果進(jìn)行評價(jià);第四,教育實(shí)踐是實(shí)現(xiàn)高校德育與心理健康教育融合的基礎(chǔ)。最后,對全文進(jìn)行了總結(jié)以及展望。
[Abstract]:In the historical process of human social development, moral education plays a vital role. With the birth of universities and the evolution of their historical mission, moral education in Colleges and universities has been given a lot of new tasks and responsibilities. However, the present situation is that there are various difficulties in the development of moral education in colleges and universities, and can not fully meet the requirements of people. College students with high moral and mental health are the needs of the times and the responsibility of the educators. At present, more and more people have paid more and more attention to the psychological health education which is closely related to the moral education of colleges and universities. More and more researchers have proposed to achieve the integration of moral education in higher education and mental health education, and give new vitality to the education of colleges and universities. We find that it is not an easy thing to achieve the integration of the two. The moral and mental health education in Colleges and universities has different historical experience and development environment, and different national and national conditions will produce different effects. There are obvious differences in the moral concept of the nation, and the way of education is constantly changing with the development of time. However, the development of anything is not smooth, the Chinese society is in the transition period, the development of all aspects of college students have been greatly affected. It has entered the line of sight of all circles of society, but the role of moral education can play a limited role in this respect. Therefore, colleges and universities call for mental health education and hope that mental health education can be combined with moral education to solve the moral and psychological problems of students.
However, the development of mental health education in China is not satisfactory. For example, since von von established the first laboratory in University of Leipzig in 1879, it has been more than a hundred years since the advent of psychology. The psychological health education has only only been in China for more than twenty years, and the psychological phenomenon of human being is a multilevel and much more. The complex of dimensions is not only common, but also unique. It is very difficult to grasp the complex and rich things well. College students have many unique characteristics in this particular stage of life. So how can mental health education be better combined with the reality of our country and combine the reality of contemporary college students with the reality of college students; The integration with moral education in Colleges and universities is a very important topic.
Although our universities have made certain achievements in the integration of moral education and mental health education at present, there are still some loopholes or not perfect and effective. Therefore, on the basis of the analysis of literature and the study of history, this paper puts forward the subject of the study, that is, how to correctly grasp the universities and colleges. The relationship between moral education and mental health education is discussed and the integration of the two is discussed. The integration is not the integration, it is necessary to keep the educators in the educational activities to achieve their complement and complement each other while maintaining the characteristics of the moral education and mental health education in Colleges and universities.
This article first expounds the meaning and development history of moral education and mental health education in Colleges and universities. The third chapter deals with the relationship between moral education and mental health education, including the definition, difference and connection of the two, the relationship of the unity of opposites, the influence and limitation to the education of Universities and the necessity and possibility of the fusion of the two. The objective and theoretical basis of the integration of moral education and mental health education in Colleges and universities is described. On the basis of discussing the above aspects, the principles and ways of seeking the integration of moral education and mental health education are particularly important. Therefore, the fifth chapter discusses the principles of the integration of moral education and mental health education in five aspects, that is, " It is the principle to adapt to the development of the times; to respect the individual difference of the college students as the principle; to unite the theory with practice as the principle; to help people to help themselves as the principle. And to explore the ways of integration from four aspects: first, the work of counselors is an effective way for the integration of moral education and mental health education in Colleges and universities; Two, the understanding of the theory of psychological guidance and its moral value is an important way of integration; third, to evaluate the effect of mental health education by means of moral education; fourth, educational practice is the basis for the integration of moral education and mental health education in Colleges and universities. Finally, the full text is summarized and prospected.
