【摘要】：當(dāng)前科技發(fā)展已步入"大科學(xué)"時(shí)代,協(xié)同創(chuàng)新成為科技發(fā)展的必由之路�；谏鐣�(huì)資本理論視角,協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的實(shí)質(zhì)就是對(duì)"封閉、單一、分散、低效"的體制機(jī)制進(jìn)行再設(shè)計(jì),建立"開(kāi)放、多元、集成、高效"的協(xié)同創(chuàng)新體制機(jī)制,激活創(chuàng)新主體所在場(chǎng)域的一切有利的社會(huì)要素,以促進(jìn)社會(huì)資源資本化。體制機(jī)制改革是實(shí)施"2011計(jì)劃"的核心,是高校創(chuàng)新能力提升的關(guān)鍵。在調(diào)研我國(guó)高校協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心建設(shè)實(shí)踐的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了高校協(xié)同創(chuàng)新體制機(jī)制建設(shè)面臨的問(wèn)題,試圖探尋最大化積聚社會(huì)資本、最大化產(chǎn)生社會(huì)效益的體制機(jī)制構(gòu)建路徑。
[Abstract]:At present, the development of science and technology has stepped into the era of "big science", and collaborative innovation has become the only way to the development of science and technology. Based on the perspective of social capital theory, the essence of collaborative innovation is to redesign the institutional mechanism of "closed, single, dispersed and inefficient", and to establish the cooperative innovation mechanism of "open, pluralistic, integrated and efficient". To promote capitalization of social resources by activating all favorable social elements in the field of innovation subject. The reform of system and mechanism is the core of implementing the "2011 Plan" and the key to enhance the innovation ability of colleges and universities. On the basis of investigating the construction practice of cooperative innovation center in colleges and universities in our country, this paper analyzes the problems faced by the construction of cooperative innovation system mechanism in colleges and universities, and tries to find out the way to construct the system mechanism that maximizes the accumulation of social capital and maximizes the social benefits.
